We just purchased a GV80 from Genesis of Dublin. We showed up there without an appointment but they were able to accommodate us and got a test drive within a few minutes. Their team was respectful, knowledgeable and very profressional, it was overall a great purchase experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Genesis.

Just picked up our new GV70 3.5T from these guys. What a pleasant experience. Wish other dealers could learn from the professionalism, friendliness and ease of buying from the team at Genesis Dublin. We started with Ryan the GM, who assigned Adnan to get the vehicle ready and all the contract details. Spent about 20 minutes with Luke in Finance (super nice guy!), no heavy selling of add-ons, thankfully. Nick took us through the delivery and walk through of the vehicle. he did a great job. Traded in our old SUV, got a very fair trade in price, and no hassle. Would definitely buy from these guys again. Worth the 1 hour drive from the South Bay. Keep up the good work Genesis Dublin. 2 thumbs up!

My wife and I drove from Stockton to Dublin hoping to buy a new car. After driving cars at three dealerships we decided we wanted the Ioniq 5. We went back to Dublin Hyundai and came to an agreement within 30 minutes. Both Sam and Adil were great. Their customer service was great.

Bought a car from this dealership around 3 weeks ago and it was overall a pretty bad experience. I'd give a 0 stars if I could and I dread ever having to interact with this showroom againI spent two days negotiating over the phone before making the trip down to Dublin to test drive and buy the car. The negotiations included the exact out of the door price and the warranties included which we discussed multiple times. The car was certified pre-owned which comes with specific manufacturer warranties.But after test driving the car, the finance manager refused to accept that the dealership/Genesis do certified cars at all. We tried to show him the listing on their own website and the Genesis website and he started getting rude with us - rudely told us to go talk to someone else if we didnt want to close the deal on his terms(which were not what I'd discussed for two days beforehand). Then when we went to talk to the branch manager, he followed us and told us to F OFF. Not para-phrasing - this actually happened. He cussed us out and then stormed away. The rest of the showroom was in shock and the transaction was completed by the branch manager as we asked to not have to work with this man anymore. It was completely unreasonable and maybe we should have left at this point.The full transaction took 4.5 hours of us sitting in the poorly lit showroom despite paying in cash and having completed all negotiations before hand. It was a much more stressful and awful process than it needed to be.Post sales experience has also been poor. I've owned the car for 3 weeks now and the onboard computer keeps saying its time for a service. Except the carfax for this car clearly states the car was serviced on 8/5/2023 and the oil and filter were changed. This isnt true as the car is also in need of an oil change already. Nobody at the dealership can seem to tell me if this is real or not which is insane.As other reviewers have mentioned, they're detailing service is awful. The car was delivered dirty and full of random paper and plastic and I needed to go get it cleaned myself.In addition, they ran my credit which hurt my credit score for no reason. I paid in cash and was repeatedly assured they would not run my credit.

My husband and I purchased our new GV80 from here in 2022. The sales associate we had was very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we were told the vehicle had WiFi, and unfortunately, it did not! Returning here for service has been horrible. There is only one person to schedule services, and getting a call back takes days. There are never any damn appointments available for weeks at a time, even if you are bringing it in to have a recall taken care of, which is serious. You would think they would prioritize these since they can be hazardous. The car now has a recall for a fuel pump, which is major, and I was told I would have to wait two weeks!! Are crazy? I brought my car here in June for another recall for the sea belts. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Everyone I saw walked right past me. There was no hello or how may we help. I had to hunt down someone to answer questions I had. It wasn't until I came in that I was told that the car would need to stay overnight. No one told me any of this when I made the appointment, and there were no loaner cars. So, I sat and waited for 40mins while they tried to obtain a rental car. Someone from enterprise showed up and took me to their location, and that was a disaster. All of this should have been avoided if there was communication . I came to pick up my car, which was supposed to have an update done while they had it, but that wasn't done completely, which stopped my Genesis AP from working for over 6months. I couldn't use my remote start features or any other features that you expect to use. Then, when I called Geneis, I was told the car doesn't update directly to the car! I can't even understand how you spend 86k on the car, and it can't do a freaking update. The only option was to go online and download to a USB, which I tried to do 6 damn times, and it wouldn't work. You couldn't even order the USB update from Genesis for several months, which made no damn sense. If the car doesn't self update, then Genesis should be mailing the updates out to their customers to make things easier for everyone. Then, several months later, I got a call from enterprise that Dublin of Genesis hadn't paid for the rental car they arranged for me when they were doing my recall. The gentleman says to me that Dublin is saying they have no record of setting up the car even though Enterprise sent Dublin the purchase order. The car and service have been a nitemare, and honestly, if I could go back, I wouldn't buy the car again, and I will never purchase anything from Hyundai or Genesis again.

We love our Genesis GV70 but if you come here, just be prepared to go through sales hell to get one. This was hands down the worst sales experience we've ever had. They dinged our credit score due to their incompetence and we STILL DON'T HAVE A SECOND KEY FOR OUR VEHICLE 5 MONTHS LATER. Bought a brand new GV70, took us about 6 hours to get out of the sales office and off the lot, even though we were ready to pay cash, they insisted on providing financing so we could get a "better deal" and talked to us in "monthly payments" terms like the sleazy used car salesmen trick. We finally got home (they said they needed to detail our brand new car for 2 hours first before sending us home) and they had inserted several charges into our agreement package we specifically asked to have removed. We had to drive back the next day to get everything restated, reprinted and then whoops restated again because they messed up my husband's name and where he was supposed to sign. They also never properly set up our Genesis account so we found out our payments were past due when we got credit alerts that our Genesis Finance had gone into default, absolutely tanking our credit scores about 150 pts. We still don't get the right emails, notifications or mailing notices despite having to change it ourselves in the system multiple times. On top of it, they only gave us one key and promised to ship it to us when the other one came in. If I lost a key, they'd charge me $1k, but we have called and texted and STILL DONT HAVE ONE! They say they will call us back in 30 minutes and never do. Not to mention, we did a vehicle trade in, and they called us in a panic the next day because they lost the key to our vehicle, even though we handed to the sales associate. I'd try any other Genesis location (even if it means driving extra miles) before ever coming here again.

Incompetent and dishonest. The worst sales experience I have ever encountered! I had exchanged text messages with Nabeel regarding a a car in thier inventory I was interested and mentioned I would be in the next day. When I arrived he handed me off to Donavan who apparently was not too familiar with the car. I asked to see dash and interior features with the car on. 20 minutes of looking and they can't find the keys. I decided to give them and a chance and suggest I return the next day hoping they would locate the keys. Showed up the next day with my wife and still no key the keys were located after another 20 minutes. We asked to test drive the car which was in the show floor. Donavan informed me, they can't allow a test drive unless we commit to buying. We then talked price and Donavan presented a written out-the-door quote for an amount my wife and I felt was in the range we would be willing to spend. The test drive was fine, we sat down to fill out the purchase paper work . Donavan goes back with the paper work and claims the " new Sales Manager" made a mistake and the OTD price was $5,000 more. I was lived, asked to speak with the Sales Manager ( who did not appear) . We left and went to Volvo around the corner where the buying experience was professional

Awful dealership, came in twice within 2 years and never walked away with a good reason to buy a Genesis. The "Genesis" dealership here is a joke, it looks like a bargan bin shop while expecting you to pay outrageous prices. Other dealerships actually invest money in a nice place and experience, here you get nothing. Sure Genesis comes with the warranty but when this is the closest dealer can you emagine dealing with a place like this?

Armaan is honest and straightforward. I didn't feel pressured from him or Adil (finance). We got exactly what we wanted and it was a win-win for both of us! Aaron also helped us understand the car when we came to pick it up. Definitely recommend this dealer!!

Dealership needs serious updating. Service center is an island. Sat in my car for 10 minutes no one came out. There's also no service window you have to open a patio door and there are a few of them. I did that and not a single person asked me if they could help me. I was blown away at the poor level of service. Finally, a brand new employee, in training, approached me and asked what they could help me with. I brought them out to the car and it was a 2023 Genesis GV80. He had no idea what my warning light meant SINCE HE WAS NOT Genesis trained. He was very friendly and said that he would go get somebody to help me. I waited 15 more minutes before anyone came out. Once again it was the young man that originally came out to help me, who knew nothing. He tried to figure it out on his own to no avail. Finally, somebody approached him and took a look at the issue and told me what it was. I have never in all of my years of owning a car had this poor of an experience. If I didn't like the Genesis so much I don't think I would ever buy another one. I have this problem every time I drive into a Hyundai/Genesis dealership. This just happened to be the worst experience.

Adnan was our sale person from start to finish. As GV 60 was in transit, Adnan informed us when car was arriving by text. This is our 6th EV never thought we should own Genesis and process negotiation price=> finance was impressive! We were out of the dealership within 40 mins!! Thank you again!

Overall, it was small details that kept me from giving this dealership five stars. They took care of the recall work on my GV60 and the staff was courteous throughout. However, the protective plastic film and the paper floor mat used for service was still in the car, so I had to deposit those in the proper bins at home. My driver position memory settings were also wiped out, had to reset all that, plus I had to find the information widget that I normally use, since that was also gone from the instrument panel. Whether this was caused by having to shut things down, due to the work involved with the recall notice, I'm not sure. Finally, it took about twenty minutes before someone noticed that in-coming cars were blocking the only exit for me. I finally got guided out of the space, but would have appreciated the car being positioned so I could leave right after servicing and the paperwork was completed. Overall, this is a clean dealership, with a nice waiting area/showroom. The staff at all positions is very courteous, as I've noted. However, a Genesis customer is going to expect the small details being taken care of. They were taken care of on my first visit to this dealership, so to have these "nits" crop up was a bit disappointing. I'll hope for five star service next time (and there will be a next time).

Always been iffy bringing vehicles to dealerships for maintenance due to past experiences but glad to say my service advisor Chance changed my view on dealerships. Will bring my genesis and Hyundai back to Chance gladly for any future services

I purchased my Genesis GV70 Sports Prestige (aka Baby Bentley) from Genesis of Dublin and I couldn't be happier. The sales associates (Sayed and Nate) were amazing. The finance manager, Tommy, explained everything so well and was impeccably organized. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership.

My car was brought here by an auto body shop on 7/10 to recalibrate my windshield due to it being replaced. When this dealership had my car, they noticed some error codes for the rear body harness, so they worked on that. My car was returned to the auto body shop by tow truck on 7/13. When the auto body shop was working on detailing my car before returning to me, they noticed my under carriage (that belongs under my car) was just thrown in my cargo & the panel to my cargo not installed back where it was.Due to this dealership just throwing my under carriage in my cargo, it scratched a suede panel in the inside of my car & they also ripped my weather strip.The auto body shop reached out to the dealership without a response. The service rep, Chase, was the one who assisted the dealership & his reasoning this happened was bc he was off that day so he didn t know all this happened. Regardless if he was off that day or not, this is unacceptable how my car was handled.The dealership wants me to take my car to them to have them look at it & if they can repair it. Now why would I take my car back to them knowing how they handled my car in the first place. All I was asking is for them to pay for the repair of my car.I called Genesis corporate & unfortunately since this dealership is privately owned, they are unable to make them help me. Even the Genesis corporate rep said it s ridiculous & unprofessional how this business is handling this situation. I also filed a complaint with BBB & with 2 attempts of them reaching out to the business, I am left to take this to small claims court.I also know for a fact those damages were not there before. At the time I ve only have my car for less than a year & I take very good care of my car. If you see the picture where my undercarriage was thrown, that is the area where my suede is scratched.Also, please look at other reviews. Seems like this dealership damages customer s cars quite often while they are working on it & it s like pulling teeth to get them to take accountability.Please take a look at the photos on how my car was returned to the auto body shop. I am thankful for the auto body shop I took it to bc they put my car back together.

Update 6/2/23Car has been fixed and everything looks great again with the bumper, thank you Sherry + Lola! Took a bit to get there but Genesis of Dublin did take the effort to remedy their error and I appreciate it. At the end of the day would recommend this dealership for following through.Update 5/23/23Lola has called me back and they are willing to repair the bumper/give me a loaner in the mean time. Updated to 4 stars, will update to 5 and adjust review fully once everything has been done.Update 5/19/23Dealership is willing to fix my bumper, told to call and ask for Lola or Ana to schedule an appointment. Sent to voicemail. Awaiting for a call back.Car serviced 5/18/23Before explaining the 1 star, I'd like to say that the tech who helped me, Sherry, is great and this doesn't reflect her.As a note for others, I've gotten my car serviced here under warranty before and found out that the 3 year oil change/tire rotation coverage you can only claim every 9 months or 6,000 miles. I came in at 8 months from my prior service so I had to pay just under $200 for the service.When I got home I noticed that my car now has scuffs on the front of my bumper and on the driver's side of the bumper. These scuffs aren't rock chips from driving, they are definitely from bumping into an object (front) or turning and swiping the bumper (side).They take photos of the car when it is checked in and I have been told that I cannot be sent the photos to verify. Since they won't send me the photos, I leave this 1 star review which I'll change if: 1. They can verify these scuffs did exist prior through the photos they've taken.2. If the scuffs did not exist then help me get my bumper fixed.Until then I'd highly recommend taking your Genesis vehicle to a different dealership. The longer this goes on from my service date, the longer they can claim that I did these scuffs prior even with all the cameras and sensors on the car, I'd remember bumping into something or swiping my own bumper from a turn.Once again, if it happened prior from some other circumstance, totally fine and I'll stand corrected and will change this review. But without proof this will stay up as a warning to others.

My husband and I had visited this dealership today and interacted with the sales representative named Sam. He was completely inefficient and wasted 1 hour of our time due to his lack of knowledge. He was completely unaware of the dealer discount that the official website of Genesis of Dublin had and kept on saying that there are no such discounts. When we showed them the details on their website, he took my husband's phone to get it checked by his manage. Not once but every time he came back with a different excuse and we had to point him to the deal on the website again. He did this to and fro 3 or 4 times. He came back and told us that if dealer discount is 4000$ then the interest rate would be 4.99 which is again not correct. When we requested to speak to his boss directly to avoid mis-communication and misinterpretation he flatly refused, saying that's not how things work here. He kept touching my husband's phone with the nib of his pen to point to some detail or the other and this was just ridiculous. Oh and btw they don't even allow you to take the car on a test-drive on the freeway. There is this 800 yard strip in front of their showroom where they will accompany you and allow to drive the vehicle.First educate your sales representatives and then let them handle the customers. We dont have the entire day to keep waiting while your representatives run around with half baked knowledge. The sales rep didnt even have a printout, he kept going qround with a pen and paper, doing God knows what calculations. I tried to negotiate with him for a fair deal to which he just put away the papers and locked them away and came back and said its not possible. He didnt even try to negotiate a fair amount for us to accept the deal although we were genuinely interested.

11/16/2022I bought my G70 in Richmond. It is 3 months old with 1800 miles on it. It started having problems with sensors that showed parking issues that sounded an alarm in the car that I could not shut off, plus I thought I was also having lane change software issues. Needless to say this was something one would not try to drive with. I called Richmond, where I purchased the car, and they said their diagnostic technician was off in November and booked in December and could I bring it in in January...you have to be kidding me, right? This is NOT what one expects from Genesis in any way.I called Dublin and got in 3 business days later. Well ,thanks to Theodore and Johnny the thing was fixed in 2 hours. I need to really compliment Johnny who diagnosed it with a test drive and noticed the sensor was offset on the front bumper right away. They were really busy, but I had come 35 miles with no ride and all the cars were out, and they got it done in 2 hours! Bravo....a great job and I wish I had bought it there, but still, they are my go to for service, and if anyone asks where to shop for a Genesis I will send them there straight away.

I had been communicating with a sales representative here deciding between a Genesis G70 or G80. I made plans to drive up from Modesto (90 minutes drive each way) with a specific time to arrive.I arrived early and checked in with the receptionist and I heard her call for the rep. I told her I'd wait at the table in the lobby for the seller to check in and let me know when they'd be available.45 minutes go by...and nothing. No one checks in, no one says that I'll be helped ...nothing.I can't for the life of me understand there is no process in place to handle waiting customers other than let them twist in the wind. This was easily the most disappointing sales experience I've ever had and worse, I really, really was looking forward to a Genesis.

Love my car but the service time for Genesis is terrible. For a normal oil change I m having to wait 3 to 3 1/2 hours. I come from Modesto so I have a 90 min commute so I can t just drop it off. There is also no dealership closer to me that can/will service my car. With my third time of having to wait this long for service I regret getting my car.
