I went in there to trade my vehicle in for a used Dodge and it was a fantastic experience. Zia helped me via email to get the ball rolling. Once at the dealer Allius took care of me and was amazing. He didn't pressure me at all, was very knowledgeable, and he made the entire process very quick. The entire process, including test drive and trade in, took just over 2 hours. The facility itself was very clean and you could tell they took very good care of their vehicles. I highly recommend East Bay Motorcars.

The car they sold us was absolutely incredible! From the moment we stepped into East Bay Motors, their service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and that we found exactly what we wanted. The people working for them are polite, kind, and truly some of the best professionals we have ever encountered.We highly recommend East Bay Motors to anyone in search of a new car. Expressed interest in a vehicle over the phone. Offered to pay a down payment or deposit so it would not be sold before I could come pick it up.Sales associate would not return my calls or respond with any promised information.Dealership sold the car out from under me four days after I initially contacted them about it. So far, the only time the Eastbay Motorcars deigned to contact me was via email to tell me they sold the vehicle.

I'm really impressed with this dealership. I've been to many dealerships to buy cars and this one by far has the best customer service. A lot of car salesmen can be pushy and phony to you. Not there. Alex is very genuine, and never once did I feel like he was being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the Tesla I purchased, too. The finance manager, I think his name was Zia, was really nice and so helpful in finding the right lender for me at the best rate! I was very happy with the process. Thank you, Alex and Zia! I will be back in the future and I highly recommend them!!

I just bought a used tesla from these guys. Conor and Hamid were super helpful. The paperwork was all done electronically within an hour. No issues with the car. Highly recommend their services.

Alex and Conner and the entire team at Eastbay Motorcars are top notch! Purchased a 2022 Model X. I am in Florida, Alex got me all the paperwork, perfectly organized. I signed, paid and Eastbay had the car delivered to my house 3,000 miles away. Easier than going to a local dealership! Can t say enough great things about my purchasing experience. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this place headed to a Ford dealership in San Leandro coming from Sacramento, on the way down I was looking at available trucks in the area since we were going to be make such a drive, figured we might as well have other options to see around. We stopped by here first and their car selection is LEGIT to say the least, especially the GTR sitting in the front of the showroom, more on that later. We walked in, greeted by Conor and he just let us browse without bother nor was he insistent on looking at anything in particular like how most dealerships are. Looked around and ended up finding a GEM of an F150, 2019 only had 16k miles on it, beautiful color, etc. We asked for a test drive and all he asked for was a copy of our License & insurance policy and he said go wherever you want, city or highway, I'll be right here when you get back. That shocked the heck out of all of us! Every major dealer I've ever done a test drive with, the salesperson was in the backseat hounding us and I get it, it's part of it but not having anyone with us just made us feel super at home with the truck. Came back and we ended up wanting to purchase the truck. We didn't have the typical haggling with Conor, we told him our story of how we ended up there and ended up taking a little bit off the truck without any hesitation. Was enough for us to pull the trigger and not even bother with the other dealers we intended to go visit and we came home with this beauty of a truck!! He wouldn't throw in the GTR as a buy 1 get 1 but completely understandable.They were such a wonderful experience of a car place that I will definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family looking for a car, 100% hands down the best experience buying a car I could've ever asked for. Wrapped it all up in about 2 hours, start to finish only dealt with 1 person the entire time.Now we get why it's the #1 dealer in Dublin! Worth the time, drive and money!

Came in as a walk-in this morning, they had a wide variety of vehicles in their showroom. I believe his name was Alex if i m not mistaken he was handling 2 different customers and still managed to acknowledge me even though I let him know I was just browsing. Every other car dealer i ve gone to the men are extremely rude and pushy and don t bother looking my way unless I was serious and had an appt. Alex showed me their website and told me I could book an appointment over the phone for a car that I was eyeing in the showroom. He was still willing to give me the run down of the vehicles specs I thanked him for his outstanding customer service, because in the past i ve never been taken seriously especially as a walk in. I don t know why they have some reviews saying they have poor customer service ; most likely local competitors. Anyways, I felt very welcomed and did some more research on the vehicle I wanted and booked an appt with Alex this Saturday. Will give an updated review **

The person representing Eastbay Motorcars scheduled to come purchase our car. Confirmed the day before he will come and then 2 hours prior tells me price offered will not be honored instead lowered the range offer to a firm lower offer. Thanks for booking out my time and canceling last minute.To anyone reading this, move on. Do not take their offer. They will waste your time!

I had a very positive experience working with Connor at Eastbay Motorcars. As an out-of-state customer, their staff was very helpful in assisting with transportation to a local shop for a PPI, and also helped coordinate transportation/pick-up of the vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle without seeing or driving it, and the staff at Eastbay Motors made the whole process seamless and enjoyable . Would recommend and would buy from them again.

I work in the luxury & classic car industry and have bought over 15 cars from dealerships. My experience at East Bay Motorcars is the best personal car buying transaction I have had at a dealership. Connor helped me with my purchase and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. He knew about the factory exhaust remote, coilover tool kit, floor mats, books etc that came with my car new (although i was buying used) and was always a step ahead with answers. I knew what I wanted, what I didn't need and I never felt pressure from him. Stand up guy, the cars are presented well, very fairly priced, and the process was a breeze. Spending Hours at a dealership is one of my biggest pet peeves but I was able to show up at 9am, inspect until 930, test drive until 10am, and by 1030 I was on my way home with all paperwork signed. 100% I would buy a car from Connor & East Bay again. Thank you Connor for the great car buying experience.

Had an appointment at 930 am this morning with Connor who wasn t here . The salesman said no problem he could help, however the manager took the keys home to the car we were coming to buy we drove an hour and a half to get here . Long story short the manager won t bring the keys until 1 pm . Away we go looking elsewhere . Customer service on a 1 to 10 is zero

I sold my car today 9/25/23 here, amazing service and response from Jason and Zia. Professional to the core, they beat Carmax, DGDG which gave the maximum for my car..I would highly recommend this place if you need to buy or sell your car...Good Luck

Found an S3 on CarGurus and realized it was close by at Eastbay Motorcars, so I called them up. Conor told me I could come check it out that day. When I got there, he was super chill and knew his stuff. He answered my questions, wasn't pushy, and let me test drive without rushing me. The whole team was cool, and they had a nice selection of cars. Overall, a laid-back and positive experience.

The best used dealer I ve worked with. Conor and Alex were extremely cordial and accommodating. As a out of town buyer, I felt they went above and beyond to work with me on a potential deal. Highly recommend looking here if you re in the used car market.

Recently purchased a 2017 Audi through this retailer. Excellent customer service and honest pricing/negotiating. We had an urgent situation occur with the car shortly after signing for it that they carefully and safely worked us through. We also left something important in our trade in that they mailed to us- Highly recommend them!

Great customer service. I traded in an Audi A5 for a Mini and they took care of everything. The car did have some issues but Zia and Conner immediately acted and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal and great selection of cars.

Great truck buying experience! A no pressure, laid back environment with friendly staff, one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership through the purchase process. Vehicles are priced at market value, and recieved a great price for my trade in! Worked with Allius Hamid who met every request, to include test driving the truck three times, filling the tires to load and even going to get it smogged on the spot when realizing it was due. My wife is due for a car soon we will definitely be going back.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The sales rep, Conner, was totally helpful since the beginning to end. OUR FAMILY is very happy with our Jeep grand cherokee. Any issues or concerns, Eastbay Motorcars was there to help. They have other beautiful selections in vehicles. Would definitely consider to do business again with them in the future.

Bought an Audi from these guys in May 2019. Z was super nice and really made it a no pressure buy. looking at the car in show room made it look amazing but when i got it home i did notice some cracked paint on the back bumper. its pretty small amount and not too noticeable so i am not mad since it is a used car. The reason for the 4 stars is how long it has taken to get my registration from them. overall experience was great through and i would definitely buy from them again.
