I do come here from 2018 for my car services. But this time was I fell service writer was not friendly & even i told him got a coupon in email 25$ off with $119 service. He said it's 10 $ .but still he didn't even applied 10 $ that discount. I come 39 miles to this dealer & for not applying coupon & not friendly took 3 hours off my appointment to do just service they lost a customer today. Even I bought new from them in 2018 . Time to change a dealer

This weekend had to visit the service center for some issues with my new truck. I was not satisfied with their service. However, this review is not event due to that. After the service, I found that during their courtesy car wash, they made multiple scratches as shown in the photo. Longest one is about 6 inches. I always hand wax after each car wash, so I know that these were not there before the dealer washed it. I am not even going to try ask them to fix it as I have a feeling they are going to make it worse. I will just take my business elsewhere. Be aware of this anyone taking their service to this dealership. There are few better ones in the Bay Area.

Great emergency repairs service.I had to drop off my FJ Cruiser after hours after the electrical system failed in the nearby highway. The service coordinator helped me arrange the drop off minutes before closing time. She acknowledged my urgency as I don't live nearby and shared clear instructions on how to proceed. The service team had my truck repaired and back on the road in a couple of days, including cleaning up some of my electrical connections.Sure, they are a bit more expensive than my local guy, but they took care of my truck in an emergency in a timely manner and communicated clearly through the process.

I went there to buy a small specialty screw for my Prius. I had researched the part online so I knew what I wanted and had a picture of the area and the part. The guy told me the number was for a RAV4 and argued with me for about a minute after which he reluctantly went and got the part. Guess what? It was the part I wanted and he was wrong. He charged me $7 for a screw and plastic washer! The price online was $3. I think he charged me the $4 extra because I proved him wrong. All dealerships have a license to steal and they charge outrageous prices for good quality parts. And, except for dealer only parts, you can usually buy the same parts through the OE supplier for half the price that the dealerships charge. I go to this dealership because it's only mi from my house and convenient for me. Anyway, if the guy hadn't argued with me it would probably have gotten four stars.

Regarding the Service Department. These guys are some of the best in the East bay if not the industry. Everything one could want when it comes to the maintenance of vehicles; speedy and thorough service with excellent customer service. Thank you for making it happen!

They are very professional. We always go there for oil change, no hassle to get the earliest appt. They are very responsible and respectful. If they find something that needs to be taken care of, they call you first to confirm, and with your permission and consent. However, the cost of oil change is a little high but worth the money because of the exceptional service that you receive.

Stopped by today to test drive a hybrid tundra. Was approached by salesman that passed us off to the manager named Jackson. He showed us the tundra capstone and told us he would get the salesman that originally greeted us to ride along. 2 minutes later the salesman returned and said sorry they couldn t do a test drive because we didn t have an appointment and they were too busy. It was dead, 330p on a Sunday during superbowl weekend.

My experience at Toyota of Pleasanton was excellent. It was my first time purchasing my own vehicle. My mom and I had an amazing car salesman named Bobby. Bobby personally advocated for my wants in a car and my budget. He worked hard and he was a lot of fun too! When you come in to Dublin s Toyota, ask for Sohail he ll work with you to get the best deal!From start to finish, working with Sohail on buying our car from Toyota was a dream! He took time to listen to what we wanted, showed us what we were asking to see, and made further recommendations based on his expertise.Throughout our numerous visits and test drives, Sohail kept up with us, answering our never-ending questions. Bought a new Mirai and was lied to by a russian woman about getting a tax rebate, lied to about how much fuel costs, lied to about how many miles per gallon I will get, and then she ignored multiple calls I placed to her after I purchased it. I now called about rebate and she is gaslighting me saying she never told me any of that and her phone was broke. Very disappointed.

Friday, they said they would give me $4000 for my car if the seat heater worked ($3500 otherwise). So I get it fixed under warranty, now on Monday, they stick with the $3500 offer. Going back on their original offer. Also, their is something to be said if the know the seat heaters have issues, they should recall them.

Extremely rude service advisors. They declined to take my toyota care plus maintenance plan. Put pressure on me to pay 80 bucks on top of my maintenance plan to pay for an oil change. Not to mention he failed to offer me conventional vs synthetic oil change option.Not to mention i will not be returning to this dealership.

I went to a service on November and my CarPlay and Bluetooth connection with the radio was working. DCM was ok.I could listen and ear the radio. After normal service, the car play stopped working. I did not notice until I was close to home. I was traveling to New York next day so I thought I go when I have a chance . My DCM was not working. Last week, I went to the dealer and I did explain what happened. Originally, they thought it could be my phone when Alex tried with iPhone 13 ( mine was 8) he could see the car play was not working but Bluetooth was for both phones. He said we will investigate and that was probably corruption of the sofware. After 3 hours, they claimed that the transceiver is not working. After their work, neither the Bluetooth of the car play work. By causality, I just barely out of warranty so Toyota does not cover. I do believe the part was damaged or changed for creating this service. DO NOT GO THERE

Stay away! I got played by Dublin Toyota.Toyotas are great cars, but my experience here was terrible. The sales manager misled me into registering my car in California saying I can recoup any additional taxes paid later in my home state. He either lied about them having experience selling cars out of state or he deliberately misled me about fees. I lost thousands of dollars on additional fees and taxes and now they claim it's my fault for believing them ("you agreed to doing it this way"). Getting someone to agree to something based on false or partial information is still fraudulent behavior. The company slogan is doing it right but my experience is very different. Too bad, I would have considered them as my go-to dealership for Toyota, now I will have to find a new one.

The associates and service at this branch was amazing! Umesh walked us through the process and answered all our questions regarding different models and was overall truly helpful in finding the right car for us. Lucas also helped us understand the finer details while going over finances and explained everything succinctly. They are so kind and helpful, I definitely recommend going through them if you're ever in need of a vehicle, new or used.

They quoted me $7000.00 for a battery replacement with a 1 year warranty. This is a 2007 Camry hybrid with 133,000 miles. I got a brand new factory battery with a life time warranty for $2800 replaced at my at my home from a different service. Dublin Toyota no longer wants to fix cars but scare you to buy a new car. Shame on them.

This place will not honor a Smart Path advertised price. I found an available car on Smart Path at MSRP and selected it for purchase. The next day I had someone call me to see if I was still interested and I told him yes as long as I get the advertised price. He said most likely not and he will check and get back to me. The next day he calls and tells me that the vehicle is in stock. I tell him again that I am interested in the advertised price I got from Smart Path. He told me that's not going to happen and the manager will just say no. He then told me to check the price on Smart Path as the price is now showing 15k marked up. I told him that I have emails and screenshots of the previous price, but he just said it won't happen because everyone is charging a mark up.This place is sketch. Looks like another bait and switch dealership.

First off, allow me to say how absolutely fantastic this dealership is. Everything is clean, tidy and well organized. I have been looking for a Nissan Rogue hybrid for MONTHS. Sohail helped me today with any questions I had about the car. He and Lance helped me find the perfect plan to suit my needs. Once I was decided, Rohan in the financial department helped me get set up only with what I wanted. I have to say, my previous experiences buying a car have been slow and tedious (4+ hours). I was in and out with keys in hand in a couple hours. It was a huge relief. Once again thank you guys so much! I love my new car!

Service: Mike Cornelious seriously lacks people skills or customer service. He is continually argumentative and offensive for no reason, please retrain this young man. He must be related to the owner, thats the only explanation for his continued employment. Edmond in parts is fantastic and the previous gentleman I dealt with in service has been great. Someone please explain to Mike that Hawaii is a state and his role in the service department is to advise on parts, service, and warranty information.

Horrible customer service from Margarita Madera at the front counter to the mechanics in the shop. Was given a hard time about doing the labor & asked for extra payments such as lunch to be covered. Extremely unprofessional & absolutely disrespectful to experience from a car dealership. Absolute embarrassment of a business. Ashamed to get something from here.

I hate even giving this location 1 star.. I went on Saturday for an appointment to get my car serviced for an oil change. I called a week in advance and checked to see if the coupon Toyota sent me would be valid. The person I spoke to put me on hold to verify with a supervisor and everything, two separate times. It was valid and they told me to present it to the advisor at the appointment. Joe was helping us. First of all, I present him the coupon he nods and brings us in to the office where he then says they won t accept the coupon. Joe s customer service can only be described as an irritated wet mop. Zero compassion for the fact that we called + asked twice and drove down and wasted our whole morning He then says he can give us a discount , which was double what the coupon was for lol, then as if I were wasting HIS time he says so what do you want to do here all angrily The Hayward Toyota location is 1000% better, it s worth the drive! The dublin location is a joke..

First off I would like to give our salesman Umesh a huge shoutout for the incredible customer service that he gave us. He was extremely patient and helpful during my car buying process. He got us an amazing deal and it was a smooth and quick process. I had previously gone to Livermore Toyota and a deal couldn't be reached. If you are in the market for a new car I definitely recommend come to Dublin Toyota and ask for Umesh!

Just bought a Subaru from Dublin Toyota and on the second day of driving it, I lost a hub cap and my new breaks squeak so loud I cannot drive with my windows down. When I asked for my breaks to be replaced under warranty, they gave me a hard time about it. There s also an occasional problem where my window will not close when I want it to. 2 weeks in and I shouldn t have so much regret about buying a car but I can t help but feel like I should have bought a different car somewhere else. Just Sad..

I recently purchased Toyota Corolla SE from Dublin showroom. Right from stepping in showroom for the first time until car got delivered my experience was great. Sohail Ebadi from sales and Rohan Sharma from finance were simply the most efficient in getting right deal for me. I can t ask for anything better than this. I was offered great deal in terms of price. Sohail was instrumental in getting the deal cracked for me. On finance part Rohan Sharma explained every little aspect of financing. He got the best interest rate on new car. Their inventory was vast and you have plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this showroom for buying new or used car. Thanks Dublin Toyota.

Sales manager Moe was great at explaining and getting deal ready. I'm very grateful for his help in getting through the whole purchase process. Although price was jacked up 5k, and I was disappointed, but my family is in need of a car so, I had to buy one. Otherwise I would have waited until chip shortage is over. But Mohamad made the whole process easy. I was at couple other dealers. One dealership in Elk Grove, the sales guy there was dead! Like he was so not interested in selling. I'm like do they give them incentive or are they just coming to work and getting a paycheck. But Moe in Dublin Toyota was very energetic, helpful, answered questions, explained things. That's what I call great customer service. Also he helped out with getting all weather floor mats right before I left the dealership, as we'll as explained how to use new features in my new car. My brother was with me, and he is planning to visit Dublin Toyota as well.

As far as their service department goes, i was really impressed. Had a few issues with my 2020 rav 4 that happened to be pretty common. Thankfully under warranty still and they were able to take care of me and get me back in my car driving with in a matter of hours. I commute pretty far and need my car, so I m very happy they understood and were able to get me back on the road quickly. Huge thanks to the mike, and service department over there. It was also nice a washed from all the ash that was on it from the fire. Brownie points here

Made a verbal deal the day before to purchase a Mirai and get value on my trade. After checking out my car, I asked for a written offer. He gave me a verbal offer. I came in the next day and the sales manager said that what the salesman Yassir said was invalid. He couldn t really give a good reason, but my trade value was suddenly $1000 less!Bought the car anyway. I like the car so much that I wanted to buy 3 more (for my business). Sent the salesman and sales manager a text and no one responded. So I called Steven s Creek Toyota and took a trip to San Jose. Bought 3 more cars over an hour away! Never going back to Dublin Toyota, most unprofessional salespeople! Reminds meof used car sales guys that the Carvana commercials make fun off.
