Gotta call you guys out, unfortunately. Dublin Mazda failed to diagnose my suspension problem after multiple trips there. They replaced some rubber coils and stoppers in the struts for $350, which didn't fix the bad klunking noise I was hearing. I then took my mazda to a private shop. They test drove my vehicle, ran a test, and said there was "significant movement in the left front strut." After having the struts and mounts replaced (over $500 less than Dublin Mazda was going to charge for this), the mechanic showed me where the strut was failing and informed me that the struts were way overtightened by Mazda. He also said he doesn't think anything was actually replaced by Mazda.Save the hassle and $$$ and take your car elsewhere.+2 stars for Frank at the front desk. He's a gem and has always been very easy to do business with.

My experience with Mazda Dublin's service was highly unsatisfactory. Despite applying a discount online during the reservation, it was completely disregarded upon arrival. The insistence on an unnecessary tire rotation, which could have been clarified through basic maintenance history checks, including services like Carfax, added to the frustration.Moreover, Mazda Dublin's promise of a free vehicle estimate during service turned out to be a misleading tactic. It's not integrated into the service, and instead, it implies readiness to sell your car, a premise that is both deceptive and irrelevant to maintenance needs. Instead of providing the promised estimate, they flood your inbox with irrelevant emails, creating a disappointing and aggravating experience overall. The mishandling of discounts, unnecessary services, and misleading practices make Mazda Dublin's service a regrettable choice.

I do not advise . 2 months ago, in the spare parts department, they tried to sell me a more expensive item for $ 100, only 3 times, when they showed that this part is much cheaper on the market, they changed the price. He explained that they revised the price list for the market. And today the situation is the same. 2 services: Transmission oil change and brake fluid change are $110 more expensive than Burlingame and San Leandro dealers. This time they didn't even watch Prime.

I have my Mazda cx-5 for more than 5 years. The best service I had so far is in this place. Glad I moved to tri valley. I am going to may this place as go to for service. Paul Carozza who helped me here is absolute gem of the person. Everything is taken care so well.

This was my first time visiting this Mazda service. I should rate it higher but since I didn't need a large job this won't be a fair evaluation.To explain: we came here because a family member's vehicle had a rattling sound that they wanted investigated and removed. We came over and one of the service advisors proposed driving it around to see whether he could replicate the issue. Before he did that, he opened the hood. Et voil�! The plastic engine cover was just resting on the engine, not firmly fixed as it's supposed to be! He drove it around anyway, and my family member hasn't yet complained that the rattling noise has returned.I learn from this that not all places jump at the opportunity to fleece the customer on unnecessary 'work'. If the customer realizes that the service advisor acts with some grace, the customer is more inclined to come back next time.

When the tire pressure warning came on this morning, I tried 3 different service stations where each one had their air pump out of order. The fourth and fifth stations had air pressure that could maybe inflate balloons for a kids party, but certainly not a tire. So when I was able to limp the car into the service department here, they were super friendly and professional. Had air in my tires and on the road in 5 minutes! Big thanks to the service department!

Easy to drop off my car to get it serviced. They used lyft to get me to and from work. I worked with Paul and he did a great job contacting the warranty agency to get all the maintenance needed for my car. Excellent service.

I absolutely did not expect such a high level of service, many should learn from them! I especially want to mention a specialist Damon Becerra! his problem solving skills are amazing!

Getting my car serviced here has always been a breeze. If you need a ride home they got uber to give you one complimentary.Same thing on the way back.Service advisors always helpful in getting you in n out.The salesman team are so laid back. They answered every dumb question I can think of.

Where do I begin? Well, I was asked to leave the service department because I'm asthmatic and cannot wear a mask over extended periods. They basically treated me like a pariah, buzzing with germs. So, now I have decided to say screw this. No more. I'll never ever return to Dublin Mazda for anything, short of serving them with legal papers. Businesses talk about accommodations they'll make for their customers, but if its a COVID related accommodation, forget it. They're too worried about liability, and fear that allowing a customer inside while socially distant, and where every other person has a mask on, they're protected. But no, I was asked to stand outside in the cold November wind instead. I'm extremely unhappy.

Excellent dealership with modern furnishings and great staff. Unfortunately, they don't stock oil filters for my RX-8, like the neighboring dealers do. Have to special order every time.

I have some great and awful experience there. In general I've got impression the service man you've been assigned to is very nice to deal with, but if he is out it looks like the one who substitutes him doesn't care much

Good experiences here. I purchased the service package with my car and they do a good job keeping it maintained. They also wash it after every service, which is a nice touch.

Came in to test drive a Cx-3 and Cx-9 here a while back, and simply had an amazing time getting to know the cars and how well they compliment my every need in a safe and reliable vehicle. The Mazda Team at this dealership are all very friendly and helpful in allowing you to get to know the wide range of options Mazda has to offer. Shout to Eddie for helping me realize that the best part about purchasing a vehicle is who you're buying it for. That's when the safety and reliability of your choice matters most, when it's aligned properly with your true desire. I also had a chance to test out an Mx-5 with Michael who showed me the real comfort of safety in a reliable fun size version of what Mazda can offer.

Great service. No issue at all. For normal servicing it took 90 mins which I felt was little more than normal but I am ok till job is done nicely.
