The Bay Area's best Hyundai dealer. We purchased our Hyundai and recommended friends, and their sales and service representatives were excellent.Firat Sahin, the service advisor, is fantastic and honest. Prioritized safe service recommendation and what can be done at the next service visit. After the service, we encountered a small problem. I messaged the Firat, and he promptly replied. He gave me an appointment for the next day and instructed the shop foreman to inspect the vehicle again and finish the recall campaign immediately. Dublin Hyundai Genesis dealer�provides the same caliber of service as our Mercedes and Lexus dealers, but at a lower price point.Steve Paladino is a no-pressure salesman. He swiftly followed up, addressed all of our questions, and we drove our new car out of the lot in an hour.Nathaniel Turner from the parts department is extremely knowledgable and assisted me in locating components required for service. Their parts prices are significantly less than those of Hyundai San Bruno and very competitive with online OEM dealers. During their tire sale, you can acquire Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tires for almost the same price as Costco buy three, get one free.Large flagship Hyundai and Genesis dealer with a good selection of SUVs, sedans, and new electric vehicles. They have a huge parking lot, fully stocked part department, and a comfortable customer waiting area with soft drink and hot beverage options. Unlike Mercedes-Benz San Francisco, Lexus Oakland, and City Toyota in Daly City, they do not provide snacks and hot donuts.This dealership has a spacious, clean bathroom with a diaper changing station for babies! Why don't all other dealers provide this simple amenity that families require? After all, vehicle dealers serve families of all sizes.On their website, you may always find service coupons and part deals. These service discount coupons are no longer common in Hyundai dealerships around San Francisco.Our Hyundai was serviced at various BayArea Hyundai dealerships, including Hyundai San Francisco (Closed), Hyundai San Bruno (Closed), Hyundai Serramonte (Closed), Hyundai Fremont, and Hyundai San Bruno (Newly opened). Service appointments can be scheduled online, and notifications are sent by email and text message. We keep returning to this dealership because their service is excellent.

Update: Marika was fantastic and was able to resolve the situation with us promptly. We are very satisfied with how Hyundai Dublin handled the situation.Prior to the purchase, everything went fairly smoothly. After the purchase, not so much. The sales associate assured me that there would be two key fobs for the CPO vehicle which was very important to us. He assumed they would have two fobs and did not actually look for the second one. (We likely would not have gone to the dealership that day if there was only one fob as this vehicle will be shared by multiple people in our family.) Only after we started signing papers did they inform us that there was no second fob after all. The associate said they would look for it and I responded that we would like to have it provided to us for free since we had assurances that it was available . I have been trying to get a firm answer for 4 days and nothing. We are also missing floor mats and a cargo tray that were promised in the window sticker and ad. We assumed they were under the plastic floor coverings and only discovered they were missing when we got home. It seemed like as soon as we purchased the car, this dealership no longer cared about any outstanding issues. To be fair, the finance department was great and easy to work with.

I was impressed with Gabriel. He helped us throughout the leasing process. He was very helpful, humble and knowledgeable. We were in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes during which he gave us test ride and did all the documentation, approval , app setting and signing. It was a smooth experience and will highly recommend Hyundai Dublin and Gabriel in particular. They have really made a nice EV car and I am so excited to drive it around.

Lauren Jarvis is the sales person to see! On a whim I wanted to stop by and look at a car as we left SF to head back home. We reached out to request additional pictures and she answered very quickly with hi res images. Then made sure to call directly afterwards. That was fantastic customer service so far as I was concerned. She was very professional, always had a genuine smile and was very willing to work around my needs to get me the best deal possible. The staff in general was very good as well. I'm quite happy with my used car purchase and I would do business with them again in the future.Thanks again Lauren!BC

It was a pleasant experience getting our new car from Dublin Hyundai. Lauren assisted us in getting the exact car model/ color that I was looking for. We were greeted/ assisted almost immediately. They let me test drive the car within 15 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. Lauren helped us all the way, answering all our questions and making sure we had all the answers, worked with us to get the best deal (thank you, Lauren). The best part, they honored the Hyundai incentives and also honored the dealer incentives listed on their website. No mark-up over msrp. It was a breeze. It was a stress free experience. Anthony was amazing to work with and I highly recommend working with him for your next vehicle purchase. He didn t know that I had recently had my car stolen and needed to replace my vehicle. I had shopped around and was not treated so great and lied to at other dealerships. He treated me and my husband with kindness and respect, he answered our questions, worked with us and was honest with us. We purchased our vehicle over the phone and had it delivered, something I never thought was possible. I ve yet to meet Anthony in person or the finance manager but one day I hope to just so we can say Thank You for making this purchase calm and respectful! Highly recommended all the stars given!

Lets talk about how frustrating it is to call leave messages an talking everyone other than who needs to answer all our questions. The gentleman that helped us test drive an work out numbers was great thank you to him. This finance department is awhole other issues. Talk about how our down payment doesn't reflect on our loan also how the finance team told us 2500 was free for a ceramic coating an turns out they charge us for it. Then find out we arent the first customers that this has happened to. Unsatisfied is a understatement at this pint. We are bith highly frustrated witj this outcome an the lack of care has shown here from this dealership. What was supposed to be a nice day have turned into complete dissatisfaction of customer service an disrespect from these people.

We purchased a Tucson over the weekend and had a really great experience at this dealership. From the moment we arrived at the dealership and met Gabriel, He made us feel welcome and made sincere efforts in helping us choose the vehicle and the features/options we needed. Best of all Gabriel has a very no pressure style & friendly demeanor to work with. At the end of the day after several hours, Gabriel was also able to get us a very good pricing on the vehicle. Finally, working with the finance department was a very quick and efficient process. Overall a great experience purchasing the vehicle here at Hyundai dealership and we would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

ETA - The AWFUL service continues. On Monday, we finally spoke to someone. There was no apology for the lack of communication from the service center. AND THEN, we were told the part was ordered and would be done Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning at the latest. TODAY IS THURSDAY AND WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! They still have our car. They did not respond to us yesterday or Tuesday. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER. We bought our car new here almost two years ago. We have had nothing but trouble with the service center. Our most recent grievance? We dropped our car off on Saturday at noon, were told we would get a call when it was ready - WE NEVER GOT A CALL AND STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR CAR. It is absolute absurdity. We called and texted them (before they closed on Saturday) and were told we would get a "call right back". That call NEVER came and WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR CAR.The situation seems to absurd to be real.When we brought our car in for the first service after we bought it, the tire had been losing air so we asked them to look at it although at the moment the air was fine because we had been adding to it. We picked up the car and when we inquired about tire, we were told "oh tire? we didn't see any issue". Come to find out there was a NAIL in our tire and they just never looked because the air pressure was fine when we brought it in even though we told them about our issues.

Dublin Hyundai is the place to go! I was able to purchase the new 2024 Sonata and Nick was a huge help! I had a ton of questions, being that this would be my first car purchase and he definitely took care of me! Overall, the team at Dublin Hyundai was very helpful and attentive.
