We purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Dublin Cadillac this week and it was a great experience. Our sales executive MJ was very friendly and accommodating in showing us multiple vehicles even though we came in on a Saturday about an hour before closing. She was eager to help us but we didn t feel pressured when we decided to hold off for a few days to consider financing options. We got her card and even though she was off on Monday, we could text her and she would take care of us. This is where buying from Cadillac is truly a unique experience- come Monday we re approved through our credit union and ready to buy the car, MJ (on her day off) got everything set up for us before hand and when she met us at the dealership, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The finance manager was friendly and to the point. Absolutely no jerking us around trying to set us up with a different lender (which is a problem at A LOT of dealerships). This is our second Cadillac, the first we got at the south sf Cadillac dealership, and they were just as good. Thanks MJ, I love my new ride:)

This is the worst dealer transaction I have ever had. Literally the worst! I sold my Escalade V once I seen the preview of the Escalade IQ. However it was pushed back as expected so I figured I would grab something that would get me started on my EV journey while I waited.I am a Cadillac person so I started researching the Lyriq upon doing so I decided on the Sport 3 AWD, I found many but not in white and not with the Sunroof I had to have the sunroof. So I contacted dealerships to see who had what in transit.No one had what I was looking for, I ended up getting a call from a young man who worked for Dublin Cadillac he was actually very helpful,Mati Rasoully was his name.He said he had what I was looking for and it was in transit, he also said he had the same setup I was looking for but it was in a Rear wheel drive. I had to have AWD drive but I told him I would like to see it in person, we set up a appointment and I headed down which was about a 1:30min drive for me he was unfortunately not able to make it. I was however not greeted by anyone at the dealership so I gave Mati a call, he ended up having his sells manager help me.Who was also very helpful. I sat down with him and let him know I bank with navy federal and The deal will be the same as Cash I'm not interested in running my credit to compare rates etc. he was fine with that we worked #'s and I said I would be in touch. He tried to get me to but the RWD but I said I would wait for the AWD to come in.Fast Forward, zero communication from the dealership but I am tracking the car myself to see if it has arrived, it has not. Once I notice the car no longer says it's in transit. I call and the car is there.They then instruct me they have to run my credit and I'm like no you don't! I've purchased every car the same way thru navy federal & This is actually the cheapest car I've ever purchased. I felt they were being very discriminatory and for what other reason I showed up to buy a 80k car in a 2010 Prius lol. I drove the same car to buy my 170k Escalade.They then tell me I need to pay for the car and once the check clears I can pick up the car. I called my Bank and they said that's absurd!So I told them absolutely not, I'm then told the pdi would take a day it ended up taking 5 just for the car to leave with issues such as the steering wheel & not being updated or me arriving & it not even being charged & me having to wait an additional hour!This dealership was very deceptive with me & when I confronted them about it I was told they have been scammed and dealt with fraud. I suppose I fit the description of the previous assailants.*update went to pick the car up and somehow the bumper was scratched, but they are replacing that for free. Also come to find out the Sales manager lied about keeping the car to do the updates they were never done which is why I ended up getting the error messages. Confronted him about it and he admitted he was not truthful!!Buyers beware of this dealership, they are not honest and definitely do discriminate, they will try to say they employee African Americans in high positions there but that's just a Ploy!Once again Dublin Cadillac is Complete trash and doesn't deserve your business look elsewhere! Coming from a Avid car collector and Cadillac Faithful.

I bought my 2022 XT5 Cadillac at Dublin Cadillac over a year ago. I continue to come to this dealership for my maintenance. I want to give kudos to the Service Advisor Michael Gress in the service department. He always gives me great customer service! He keeps me updated whenever my vehicle is ready for pick up. Most importantly finishes the job with a car wash! This is why I continue to come back to Dublin Cadillac.Thank you Michael Gress!

We got our 2024 LYRIQ on February 16th and we are having a great experience. It has been a month. Our Sales rep Moe Aoucher and the team had been great! They know how to take care their customer. The whole experience have been very enjoyable and no complaints with their services and the performance of the car. I love my LIRIQ. I totally recommend them!

JJ, Kam and Adam gave my family and me absolutely incredible service when we came in on Sunday to purchase a 2023 Escalade Sport! We drove all the way from Sacramento because they had the exact model, trim, and color that I was looking for and they were so helpful and wonderful in making sure that the purchasing process was seamless and so easy. We barely had to spend two hours at the dealership, unlike other experiences we have had in the past when you re literally at the dealership all day long.On top of that, we were able to trade in my current vehicle, and since there were still finishing touches to add to the new car, and since we had signed up for the Butler detailing service, the new car was not ready for pick up on Sunday itself. So, instead, they offered for us to go back home and they would let us know when it would be ready.They have been texting us over the past few days with updates so that we would have an idea of when the car would be delivered.Well, it s ready today, Tuesday, and after FaceTiming us and showing us that everything was complete with the car, they drove it all the way up from Dublin to Sacramento to deliver it to us at our home!I have never had such amazing customer service before, and would highly recommend this team, and especially these guys, your vehicle purchases! We will be back in a few years for our next car!Thank you guys so much!!

Wish they had negative star reviews. They had me drive 2 1/2 hours one way for a vehicle They said was not sold and ready for me to drive down and purchase. Test drove the vehicle went inside to do paperwork and they told me it was sold already. What a joke.

Cody Ramirez is the best car salesman I ve ever met! He does not try to pressure me at all, I told him what I wanted and he didn t try to convince me. I want another color, like the other dealers try to do. He said let s find you what you want. He was patient and he was very good with my time. I was in an out of there with a new car so fast. We ordered one so it s perfect and the price was amazingly better than buying what I didn t want that they have today

I just bought an Escalade from Dublin Cadillac. I mean wow what a breeze to buy the car. Amazing people working there. I suggest please buy your next car from Dublin Cadillac. Sitting at home I signed the paperwork. I traded my car and I got the best value for my trade in even I never expected that. Everything they did and they gave the numbers which I could not refuse. Want to mention three people that did everything for me. Made it so simple and easy for me. Kam, GM; Adam, Finance Manager; JJ my sales person. They make you feel welcomed. I am staying with them forever. Thank you for everything.

Babak Ezzy makes it easy.I bought my first new car, first Cadillac, and first electric vehicle with Babak. I never rate service highly because of perfect service. Instead, it takes the flexibility and humility to fix earnest mistakes and do the little extra things that earn my return business. Babak at Dublin Cadillac hit the nail on the head. He answered all my questions, taught me things I didn t know, showed excellent service and rapport skills, and above all else suggested I could reach out with questions and he actually was attentive keeping his word. No need to go elsewhere. Babak demonstrated that he appreciated my business.

Dublin Cadillac was the best buying experience and the best after purchase support I ve ever experienced. I bought a brand new 2023 Escalade from Kam, Mati and Yassin. We completed the deal over the phone which was very helpful because of how slammed we are with running our businesses and spending time with our newborn. Kam was very honest on the phone and when we met with him in person. There were a few issues from the factory that were addressed immediately by Moe. It s always a good feeling knowing that your hard earned money is supporting a business that cares about its customers. My next company car will be purchased at Dublin Cadillac.

Mohamed Mo Aoucher was so great to work with. He made me a great deal and was totally transparent about everything and communicates very well. Kam Lowery, the sales manager, is also exceptional. These two made my car buying experience excellent. If you want a GM vehicle don t hesitate to go in and see these guys in Dublin. You won t be disappointed.

My experience was so skeptical from the paperwork to the test driving. I test drove with Mo. The auto stop start feature I believe was disabled. I am very annoyed and can't turn off!!!! I was mislead. Had this feature been on I wouldn't have purchased and Mo knew this. This is bad business practice. People please don't do electronic signing. Retrieve all documents signed before leaving dealership otherwise, you're allowing for deceit to happen. Not a good experience at all!!!!!

Mike in service is second to none. He's courteous, welcoming, and goes the extra mile every time I come. I was picked up and dropped off to work by the courtesy shuttle #1, and I'm so impressed. Excellent service all around!

This is the best dealership that I've ever been at in the 68 years of life they treat you like you are family. I highly recommend them if your buying a car they will take care of you from the sales to the service!!! The management give you the best deal!!! I'll differently will come back and buy another car here!!! I love this place!!!Back to get our Cadillac Escalade service and I just want to say that Mike ( Service Manager) is the best!!! He takes care of all your needs from the time you walk in time the time you pick your car up. Out of all the Service Manager that we've had from different dealership he is by far the BEST EVER hand's down. We come from over the hill to get the vehicle service and will keep coming back! The dealership is the best and Mike's is a big reason why it such a great experience from buying to serving! #1

Dublin Cadillac is a wonderful dealership, although I did not buy my car from them (I wish I had, Victory Cadillac in Petaluma is horrible BTW) they treat me as if I did buy from them. All the service staff is nice, I am greeted with a smile. The shuttle drivers always check in to see if you need a ride.Mike in Cadillac service is the best, he is very kind, will explain in detail what they have done, never offer products you don't need. He is very honest, and friendly!If you are in need of service and apart of the GM family go check these guys out, won't regret it!

Made it very easy to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. They were willing to give me a discount I saw online and got everything done within a few hours. My service advisor Michael was funny and kind. I appreciate that he also helped my wife and I set up our OnStar.

Excellent service from Jesse as well as the technicians and employees that passed me in the waiting room. I really felt appreciated as a customer. I actually travel 90 miles from the North Bay. Although other dealerships are closer, I made the journey due to my positive sales experience and will make the journey again due to my very positive service experience.Thank you

The sales person was not very experienced. I asked that the paperwork be ready to sign for the hubby but had to wait another 1.5hrs after we came back to finish the process. It was a long day. Then 2 days later had to bring the car back since the gauges stopped working. The dealership said it was an issue with the battery and sitting on the lot for too long but had to go back out of my way 2 days after purchase and leave the car for 2 days for them to fix it. The financing portion was easy and the financial employee was very knowledgeable and it was an easy process from there. After I made the complaint and took it for a check up they took great care of me and my new car. Overall between 3-4/5 experience. Everyone was accommodating after they knew there was an issue

People don't always like to take their vehicles to the dealership for servicing but Dublin Cadillac and their service manager Mike Gress makes it so easy. The customer service and attentiveness you receive here is unmatched. I know when I bring my vehicle to Dublin Cadillac I'm going to get the VIP treatment! Thank you so much

Poor customer Service if Cadillac treated themselves as a Luxury brand. For a regular service appointment, wait a shuttle for more than an hour, I got a cold and rude customer service experience from Hailey. Would not consider Cadillac for my next vehicle due to poor service.

The worst dealership ever !! I was working a deal with them for a couple days they ran my credit I was approve , decided on a price sent my CDL and insurance .. The next day I didn t hear from them so I decided to follow up because I hadn t received a call , the sales guys said the my manager sold the car to somebody else for a higher price and the car was gone !! What a joke !! I don t recommend buying or shopping from Dublin Cadillac untrustworthy and there word has no valve ..

Updates to service: Go to your email immediately for authorization. On that link, the customer can monitor the progress of repairs.

I had a lovely experience with Michael Boxton my sales person and Brian Koski in finance. Both were so very helpful and really took the time to be sure I was happy with my purchase and had the best financing options. They both equally made the process so seamless when buying a car, which at times can be a frustrating process to say the least. Best-in-class and highly recommend!
