Caspian auto did our service and it was a winner. Steve, the owner is very professional and honest with his customer service. He explain in details and is very knowledgeable with his team. Service our car and it runs great. I would highly recommend them and would bring my car there every time for service. The price is just right compared to other places. We'll be back.

Steve is as keen and friendly as they come. They know their cars, from ICEs to EVs, and they treat their customers like family. They were incredibly helpful when evaluating a used car I was looking at buying, and made sure I was good to go after they d had a good once-over. Only wish I lived closer to have them service my cars regularly! Also check out his brother Danny at EKE Motorsports in El Cerrito, who s good as gold!

The owner (Steven) of Caspian is a Great guy, he is very nice and polite, and most of all Honest. I was expecting to pay upwards of $1000 or more to replace the oil pump in my Yukon XL, which I self diagnosed , I told him it was most likely the oil pump, he could have gone with that and I wouldn t have known any better, however, he said it was common for the sensors to go out in my particular vehicle, and that would only be a few hundred dollars, well, he was correct, thank goodness it saved me a lot of money and built a lot of trust with him. I normally don t trust mechanics at all, but you can tell that he is honest and sincere. He also took great care of of my wife s car. I wouldn t hesitate to use him for all my mechanic needs in the future. Thanks Steven!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We took used Honda Pilot for a pre-purchase inspection here and had a wonderful experience! Steven was very patient, honest and the service was great. He pointed out to problems with the car and even asked us if we'd like to continue the inspection. Highly recommend his repair shop!

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my truck serviced there and everything was explained up front including an estimate of service.Work was done in a timely manner and professionally.I'm from Ohio and wish I could have all my work performed at Caspian.I highly recommend them fir repair and service.

One of not many honest and professional car services I have ever visited. They repaired my parking break right away and for less than the other nearby car service asked only for an initial inspection and in a week! I am not a car expert, but more-less I am aware of what replacements my car needs and it well matched to what they suggested. Many other car services wanted to replace half of my car without actual need. Definitely, I will visit them again and recommend.Service: Brakes

-Please read this before going to this shop.-Please consider that you are in DUBLIN/PLEASANTON where you CAR SERVICE should BE filled with QUALIFIED mechanics.I TOOK 2 cars here people, not one time nor had I only had 1 service with them, no I had multiple service from them.CAR #1In 2021 I brought my car for diagnostics.they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. and they changed the OIL but DID NOT know how to reset the Service Light for the OIL CHANGE.In terms of my Diagnostics: Apparently there WASNT anything wrong.I told them to check my LINKS, MOUNTS and Wheel. They state my MOUNTS are fine and NO LEAKS. I also was specific about my Suspensions (links and arms) and their response or Steve's response was that MY tires are making me feel everything, and that "some tires" are like that.Fine. Maybe, its me.In 2022, I needed an OIL CHANGE, and then I brought up my vibration again.CASPIAN again, took my money, and told me that There WAS NOTHING wrong that they could see. Hmmm.In 2022, months after this I went to another Service Shop, and told them to drive my car, and tell me what's wrong with it. (this time, I didn't tell the service shop anything besides drive my car)The next day, the shop tells me the ENGINE MOUNTS were out.I asked, how they were able to tell this and they said their diagnostics for FLUID ENGINE MOUNTS has been the same for the last 10 years and that shops should be EASILY capable of identifying the leak or puncture or failure.CAR #2Here are the things to work on:Brakes Replacement (rotors included and pads) as well as a BRAKE FLUSH.This was in 2021/2022.I got the car back and this time around (3-4 months later) I needed an Oil Change, given that I was already having issues with Steve / Caspian auto, I went to another shop, and got an oil change and do a full inspection.I was told that my Brake Fluid was still corroded with other contaminants and that my flush was not a complete flush. ( I recommend Superior Autowerx)I went to another shop again, this time to ask for another inspection if i needed another brake flush. They said that they couldn'tverify if the LAST shop actually did my fluids)..Given that you are in PLEASANTON/DUBLIN and you want your car worked on, please consider that CASPIAN AUTO has junior to no knowledge Mechanics.Please look at the other negative reviews as this is confirmation of their establishment.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for cars newer than 2015. Please take it elsewhere.European Autotech in San Ramon - pretty goodSuperior Autowerx in San Ramon/Danville is also pretty good.I reached out to Steve at CASPIAN auto regarding my issues, and I presented that he should refund me my diagnostic fees, and he agreed, However I HAVE not claimed that and will not claim that.BEING FRIENDLY is good CUSTOMER SERVICE, but that is only 30% of the business.Id rather have a knowledgeable Mechanic than someone who tries to be excessively nice to you..Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

From now on, I will only take my car to Caspian Auto in Dublin! They are the absolute best in the Tri-Valley!My 2016 Ford SUV's sunroof got stuck open right in the middle of rain weather!! My car is under warranty with CarMax but they were too understaffed to even take my car so they highly recommended Steven at Caspian Auto who could work with the warranty company. From start to finish the entire diagnosis, warranty claim, and repair was done in 3 days! They updated me every day via text and were extremely efficient, communicative and professional.I'd give Steven and Caspian Auto in Dublin 10 stars if I could! They took all of the stress out of getting my car taken care of!Service: Electrical repair

Honest service at honest prices. Caspian is a family run shop, so you know they put great quality of work into every. single. job! Brian and Lynette always work with you to form a plan of attack and never push repairs on you if your car doesn't ABSOLUTELY need it. I followed Brian from Dinan Engineering (prestigious European cars like BMW and Minis) after they folded. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my cars. Thank you Caspian!

I took a car there the other week for a per- purchase inspection . They did a great job found a oil leak of which I needed to follow up on . Buying a car you want to know all the history before purchasing .. Thank you for your honestly and great service..

I sent my father to see Steven and my father is Elder and Steven was a stand up guy. He took care of my father and gave excellent service. I recommend this place if you are looking for great service.

This shop dispays a high sense of professionalism and good will. They will explain to you what problems need immediate attention and which ones can be put off and always work their best. I ve been here many times and the one thing that is obvious is that they care a lot and their dedication and work is of the highest standard.

Totaly dislike these people, took a car in for inspection. Had a little oil on engine they act like it was a major oil leak. They said they work on volvo haha i bet. You will never see me again.
