I ve bought three motorcycles from them, and they ve always been very easy to deal with. Recently I took in my Panigale V2 race bike for the 600 mile service and to get the oil light reset. What really impressed me was my bike is safety wired and I removed the belly pan for them prior to taking it in, but I forgot about the safety wired bolts. Not only did they remove the safety wire to drain the oil and change the filter inside the housing, but then the tech safety wired it for me after tightening the bolts. Amazing customer service and attention to detail!!!!!

Great showroom! Very large and well laid out - much better than their old location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing selection of new bikes, it seems like they have every model of Ducati made. They also carry Triumph, MV Agusta, Aprilia, Can-Am, and Polaris

I've purchased 2 bikes from CA Speed Sports and have a 3rd on order. Doug, Kregg, Stacey, Dan, Jim, and the rest of the team have always been open and honest with me, as I have considered several different brands and models before deciding on the Ducati Multistrada 950, Aprilia Tuono 660 and Triumph Street Triple (on order). The service dept. (Jesse & Tyler) has been friendly, accommodating, and completes services in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this store, should you be looking at a Ducati, Triumph, Aprilia, MV Agusta, or Can Am. You won't be disappointed with their knowledge and experience - they're a pleasure to deal with!

I was expecting a smaller place. This is a well stocked, large place. The sales guys are happy to chit chat, and are not hard sale types. I test rode a rocket. If I get one, this will be the place I buy.

Took my bike in for service, literally everyone here is incredibly friendly! From the parts department to the GM I really like this place. Lastly but definitely not least the service department, well I couldn't ask to be treated any better. Prices are spot on and the service manager was knowledgeable and honest.bibwork on my own bikes for the most part so I know what I should be realistically be charged, and well this place is HONEST!

Fantastic shop! Great selection and everyone is incredibly helpful! Originally when I moved into town, brought in a couple of my other bikes (MV dragster and Ducati 1100 evo) to get serviced and one had an issue with the sprag clutch and got some pushback from the extended warranty co (purchased from another shop). Dan from service totally went to bat, spent hours on the phone and made it happen! The service team is just awesome. Highly recommend!!!

MAN! What a bummer this place has turned into! Back when it was Arlen, I purchased 2 motorcycles frim them. I was in the market for a new Triumph, and they wouldn't budge a Penney on the fees that we all know they can do if they want. A competitor was WAY more reasonable. Now, I just tried to order an air filter. They had one in stock. I told him I was around the corner and if he'd put it out for me. He wouldn't even do that. They only had one in stock. I even offered to pay for it over the phone. He still wouldn't do that? And said, he guaranteed no one would come in for it. So, if that is the case why not put my name on it...? It would be my luck I get there and the original person is gone or on brake, or it did get snagged before I got there. A simple reasonable request...? But, wouldn't do it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I told him I'd take my business to another dealer. He said cool... Guess they're doing GREAT and don't need my business. DEUCES!

Not so welcoming , when I went and enquired about triumph motorcycles. Motorcycle displayed there was also added with too many accessories which I didn t want , Not ready to spend extra for accessories under compulsion. So , bought the motorcycle very next week from San Jose dealership . They were ready to negotiate the price as well unlike here , which was good !

We shopped around for a minute looking for the Can am we wanted when a buddy suggested we check out this place in Dublin. We spoke with Stacy and he is the reason we chose to drive 3 hours to get our side by side. Stacy was upfront at every turn he didn t even want accept a down payment until he confirmed the necessary parts would be delivered in a timely manner. After dealing with shady guys at other dealerships, Stacy was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend dealing with California speed sports and specifically Stacy for all of your fun toys!!

The Arlen Ness building is a special place to begin with, now add motorcycles and ATVs, it becomes a candy shop.I was there to test ride a bike and the two salesmen were easy to work with. Both were knowledgeable and happy to answer as many questions as I had to ask. No problem having the test ride setup.Overall I had a very good experience there.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Ducati 797+. Desmond and Nancy were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Nancy did a great job making me feel comfortable and welcome. Desmond went over every detail of the bike with me, sharing his experiences and knowledge. I left feeling great with a big smile on my face. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends.

The employees and the owner are extremely friendly, also incredibly quick too. Just got done purchasing a Ryker Rally Bike and am excited to try it out. They are right on top of it and no problems at all. Offered custom build and everything. Recommended since they are reliable and guarantee you the best quality that you can have!!

Easy buying experience and informative sales staff. They always find time to work around my schedule for services. Great place for purchase or service, Desmond and Quincy are awesome in every way possible. I purchased an 899 Panigale late last year and any issue that has arisen was dealt with swiftly and professionally by them.

I dont know wether to like or hate this place. Their mechanics are great. Buy from them was nice. As they tend to be honest about what youre getting. But getting service from them is a nightmare. They will use the customer's lack of expertise against them to promote their high fees or services. They constantly use the owners manuel text to push their agenda. So you literally have to be an expert of your own bike when conversing with them about work.I went there for an oil change too early. But according to the owners manuals it should be an inspection. Instead of informing me of the potential mistake, they just agree to an oil change, have me sign an estimate with little detail. (Mind you I made the mistake of seeing the wrong price. I thought I saw $36.80 but it was $368.00. My mistake)But they not onmy did an oil change they performed an inspection without clarifying that the oil change would involve that. They charged me 2 hours of work, even though I was literally there 2.5 hours with 30 minute buffers on each side making it about 1.5 hours of work.Does anybody go to place for an oil change and get charged $40 for the oil change AND charge extra money for the time it took? Usually the price of the oil change includes the time itll take for work.Lastly these guys are certified Can-Am dealer. But they constantly have excuses for their slow work time because "Can-Ams are complex" or "this bike is new on the market". So I pay triple the price because their techs are in experienced? They blamed the slow oil change on the design of my bike and it's newness on the market. Then make me pay for it.My advice. Buy your bike here. Theyll do great. But take your bike to Nor-Cal Powersports in Santa Rosa for service. Even though their techs are slightly less experienced, they are literally half the price and they will immediately inform you of every little detail of what is going on with your bike as they work on it, including changes in price due to time or complications. Plus they only charge $100 per hour conpared to $150 per an hour, and they throw in freebies all the time.

Employees are super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mechanics are top notch as well. If you are in the market for a foreign bike (non Japanese), do yourself a favor and go see them. I live in San Jose and make the trip out to see them.

Came here on a slow Saturday looking to inquire on a new 2019/2018 822/797 Monster. With just a handful of customers i was barely greeted with a friendly gesture. I had a guy talk to me for a quick minute and walk away. As I walked around the showroom floor no one else took notice of me, not even the other guy taking pics or the fella having a break on one of the tables. Poor customer service and this just turns me off about purchasing a Ducati. Go somewhere else to a dealership who wants your business. Never judge a book by its cover!

5+ stars for Speed sports. These guys are awesome. The entire experience(sales with Desmond, Quincy and Kregg (owner), paperwork with Nancy, Ducati technicians Mike, Don and Jack). They excel at everything. I will never buy another bike from any other dealer. They treat you like family. Kregg and Quincy kept the shop open one night when I was rear ended. They didnt care about the bike, they were more concerned how I was. Kregg, Quincy and Dez are all riders. They are extremely knowledgeable on riding and can help pick the right bike for you. No high pressure sales or games. Nancy, she can work magic with anything you need, Finance, warranties etc. The technicians, hard to find but they treat the bike like its their own. I ride rain or shine every day to work. I logged 13,000 miles on my Ducati Hyperstrada in 1 year, Just upgraded to a Multistrada. I rarely ride my Harley now as the Ducati has saved my in many situations (great techology)Do yourself a favor, stop by and say hi if your in the market for a Ducati, MV augusta, Polaris or Can Am. You wont regret it. Best price, service and shop around.

Yes, I agree with you about " cocky sales guy" who trys to bull***t his way through.Currently having issues with parts & service. Won't give positive or negative review at this time. They get one more chance to redeem themselves.

I've had very few issues with my Polaris Slingshot, but when I did the folks at Speed-Sports took care of it very professionally - accurate service quotes, repairs executed correctly and everything done on time.If you have a Slingshot or Can-Am Spyder, this is the place to have it maintained.
