My 2023 Model Y was side swiped on the passenger side back in July and had pretty extensive damage. Front bumper, side mirror, front and rear fender needed repairs while both doors were replaced. Also suspension and wheels were replaced on the passenger side.I realize this was a pretty big job and surprised it wasn't totaled.This place was recommended by Tesla and when I looked them up and saw they worked on really high end cars, I assumed they'd be the right place to take my car for repairs.Brooks was up front when I called, letting me know that there was a month long wait before my car could be repaired as they had a lot of jobs ahead of me. I had my car towed to them immediately in case something opened up sooner.I was pleasantly surprised when work began on my car a month before the quoted time. It took about 3 months for repairs to be completed and within that time, I called and emailed a few times with questions. Bernadette was great about responding to me in a timely manner and was always available to take my call. She was also good about keeping me updated every step of the way.My disappointment and the reason for the 2 star review is due to their attention to detail and their workmanship. When I picked up my car, there were obvious misalignments with the front fender and the rear door that I pointed out and while they were apologetic, accepted responsibility for it and repaired it, at that point, I'd already returned the rental and didn't have an alternative vehicle.So that was one issue. Then upon return, the front fender still wasn't aligned properly, the passenger side headlight was raised and not flush like it should have been, and I believe had I not pushed, I would have been brushed off as it being "within spec."So, they readjusted it on another day.After picking it up, I kept hearing wind noise coming from the rear passenger window. I could also feel air coming in from that window while it was rolled up completely. (I tested it sitting in the passenger seat while someone else drove). Again, I felt like had I not pushed, they would have just let it be, resorting to it being "within spec." I went as far as going to Tesla and having Tesla confirm whether or not it was within spec and before even using their tools to confirm, the service attendant said just looking at the window, he could visually tell it wasn't within spec.So I went back to Brooks and they had an "expert" come in to address the window issue. No more wind noise. Great.However, when closing the door, there was a rattling noise that couldn't be heard in other windows. That issue still persists. And now here I am, about 4 months later, and the wind noise is back again.While I know there's a lifetime warranty on the work Brooks did, I'm hesitant to return to them because I just want the repairs done with strong attention to detail and precision. Now I'm going to work with Tesla instead to get this issue resolved.Like I said, the communication was great while repairs were being done. I always knew what was going on and Bernadette was very responsive. I also understand this was a big job and I don't expect the car to ever be exactly as it was before the accident.However, the workmanship at Brooks - considering the 27k it cost to repair and their reputation as being THE body shop for high end cars, was really disappointing.I do want to mention...I was just going to leave it alone and not say anything but I'm still dealing with an issue related to the repairs now. I'd also hate for someone else to have the same experience due to me not sharing my honest experience. There's also a part of me that thinks it's important to share so hopefully Brooks learns from this and has stronger attention to detail in the future.(the first 6 are photos from the accident so you can see it was a pretty big job. The remaining are the repairs when the car was returned to me from Brooks)

brought in my b9 s5 after getting backed into by a truck. not only was pat and the team timely with the repair, but had great communication through every step of the process. couldn t be happier with the job that they provided! hopefully i won t have to visit them again, but if i do i know i will be in good hands.

I am A person who is very meticulous with my car Some might say pathologically meticulous. It is always really stressful when I bump or bruise it and it's not in good condition for a while. However, I have had my car repaired at Brooks several times over the years, and it alleviates a lot of stress to know that they will take such good care of it. In every case when they have repaired my cars, they have done so with the same meticulous attention to detail that I would apply. The customer service is amazing and they always have the repair done well and on time and work well with my insurance. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Our Model 3 was rear ended in a hit and run. Brooks Motors Cars of Dublin took care of our car and got it repaired as good as new. They even took our car to our PPF shop since our car was wrapped.The entire process was very smooth and we had frequent updates regarding the repair progress. Only had a minor hiccup where AAA wasn t sending notifications that our deductible was waived (AAA instead sent a reimbursement).Brooks Motor Cars of Dublin are listed on the Tesla website as an authorized body shop. AAA originally tried to send us to a shop down in Fremont so we needed to ask to have it taken to Brooks instead.Note that we needed to wait about one month before we were able to drop the car off, but it was well worth the wait. They did an amazing job so it s no surprise they are high on demand!

My Mercedes c63 AMG was hit unfortunately twice and each time I brought my vehicle here everything was always handled professionally with a positive attitude. Feels more like you re being taken care of by family instead of a traditional shop Patrick is very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of with the utmost diligence and is always throughly over looking each detail.Renzo at the Walnut Creek location has also been super helpful. The whole staff at both locations are amazing!Wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else besides brooks. You can confidently drop off your vehicle and feel at ease that you ll get it back just like before if not better! Appreciate everything you all do!- Fahad Khan

A+ repair shop: sourcing parts during the pandemic unfortunately takes time, but the folks at Brooks Dublin have outstanding customer service and will do a perfect job on your car. WOW, am I IMPRESSED! Brooks Motors did a spectacular job repairing my tesla model 3. They do live up to their great reputation. I was rear ended on the charging side quarter panel, and it was very damaged inside and out. My car looks brand new, and they even offered to reinstall my spoiler for me!Patrick and Angela are so kind, they responded in a very timely matter and took great care of me. I was very impressed by their customer service. Patrick especially, he kept me updated on my car weekly and I really appreciated that. It is hard to come by great customer service now a days.Thank you so much Brooks Motors! I highly recommend them!

Had my Tesla Model Y repaired by Brooks a month ago. Patrick was very professional and helpful from the start. Repair was completed much faster than initially estimated, and job was superb. Compared to two other shops I talked to in Pleasanton/Dublin, Brooks was by far the best and most straight forward. Unbelievable body shop! The place is so clean you could practically eat off the floor. Very professional service, great work on our cars and impeccable workmanship. They handled every aspect from A to Z and dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to hassle with the claims department. I wouldn't take a car to anyone else. I have been using Brooks for three decades!Patrick in Dublin handled my latest issue and he was very courteous and professional. Dublin did a great job. Over the years, I have utilized three of their locations and received excellent service at each. They have handled my daily driver as well as my more 'special' cars.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I called all the Tesla certified repair shops near me and the manager Renzo was the only one who cared enough to go above and beyond what I had called in for. Although I did't get a chance to use their body shop repair services, I would 100% recommend Renzo and his guys to anyone looking for a body shop in the future.
