Do not bothering trying to order if your billing address does not match your shipping address. I placed an order three times and it was canceled. The reason it gave was I cancelled the order. I did not. I called and they said they do not ship to an address other than billing address. I m a traveler and work on the road. So am unavailable to purchase direct. The parts I was trying to order are unavailable anywhere else. And I m not ordering and having shipped just to turn around and ship it again to receive it.

Great place to see Arlen Ness motorcycle museum, it s one of the kind in this world. Spend more time reading all of the recognitions on the wall regarding his motorcycles that he built. This dealership has many great selections of Ducati and other brands of motorcycle.

Such a cool place to stop by and check out, Arlen Ness was known for his custom Harley Davidson s and parts. I did see bikes for sale none of which were Harleys but it is still a very neat place to stop by and pay a visit if you are in the. Dublin area.

Shout out to Glenn in the sales department. I called because the fender that I ordered from Cycle gear didn't come with the mounting hardware. Glenn was super helpful and got me set with the hardware. A++ customer service!

Looks like Arlen ness is just a little piece on the side of the actual store not to mention everyone else sell their parts for cheaper price but them it s more expensive if you show up to buy from them lol drove 2 hours and tolls for nothing though it would be a actual store where you could see products

I purchased a front wheel, 7-Valve chrome, from this company. Unfortunately, the chrome began to peel, flake and bubble in numerous places, within ten months of receiving and running the wheel. The chrome work is done so poorly that the wheel will need to be stripped and chromed again.I contacted the Arlen Ness customer service department, a little over a year after purchase, and was informed that the chrome is only under warranty for a year. I informed the company representative that I had only put approximately 300 miles on the wheel and washed it once, with a chrome safe detergent. The representative stated there was nothing the company could do, as the wheel finish was out of warranty.I spent over 1k on this wheel and would expect the chrome to last more than a year and 300 miles. It is shameful that a recognized company puts out such cheap and shoddy work. Furthermore, I would expect a company to stand behind their workmanship and strive to make it correct, should an issue arise with their work.I would strongly recommend not purchasing any chromed wheels from this manufacturer, especially since their chrome finish is only under warranty for a year. There are plenty of other wheel manufacturers in the marketplace, who turn out better quality and stand behind their work for more than a year. I expected better from Arlen Ness, but all companies fade and fall into a "good enough" complacency.

I at first brought my bike into San Francisco, to the dealer there to have it evaluated to the tune of Over 500 bucks, they were absolutely brutal finding an additional 3 GRAND in must be done work, including 4 HOURS worth of "engine oil leaks". I Couldn't believe my ears.. then using every minute of my estimate polishing n cleaning the bike. (why clean and douche a motor that's supposedly unsafe ro ride its leaking so bad)So I yanked it outta there and brought it to Arlen Ness Ducati, THANK GOD, they aren't mercenary mechanics! and only fix things that "Absolutely Need to be fixed", when, it started right up, they ditched an hour right off the bat. (Not "Milk me" like a bank money machine!) That "Other Shop" was prepared to charge me nearly 800 bucks labour for non-existant oil leaks, plus parts. When I mentioned the previous inspection, they double checked their work, to see if maybe they had missed something. Nope nothing.. I feel fortunate, that I decided to go to the Dublin dealership of Arlen Ness Ducati.

After taking nearly a month to receive a remedy for this item, I ended up returning without a replacement as time lost without running this on my bike caused me to grow furious with Arlen Ness and now I have a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service was no more than mediocre. Weeks of trying to get this issue resolved because only one employee in the entire company could help me with this issue, returns department. Glenn, main contact us number, at least answers the phone but can't help me because it's not his department and sends me back to the empty department which appears to be empty. I'm guessing quality control or assurance was out as well since I received risers with a very poor coating finish. Cheers

I purchased a Stage 2 Big Sucker through J n P. Wrong breather bolts were put in the box. Rather than send everything back, I called Arlen Ness directly. I spoke with Rich who was extremely helpful finding the right bolts. He put them in priority mail and I had them in under a week(had to come from CA to PA) great company, great customer service!

Just bought a bike there and the sales team, Doug/Stephen was awesome. I also had it serviced and they were very accommodating and helpful explaining technical features of my bike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new scooter

I love their parts and have over $3,000.00 worth of them on my 2016 Street Glide Special (+ $1000's of previous purchases for other bikes I have owned). Customer Support is a different story though. I recently bought two (2), 6 piston brake calipers and two (2) 14in billet brake rotors through one of their distributors. One of the calipers was missing all the hardware for mounting, the distributor sent me a new caliper which was missing part of the hardware (only 1 bolt and NO spacers), it was their last set in stock so my only remedy was to call Arlen Ness directly to try to buy the hardware. The gentleman that answered in sales told me he could not sell me the hardware. I then asked for the exact specs of the hardware so I could purchase from a local fastener shop in my area, I was basically told to figure it out and he couldn't help me out since they are made by someone else. So sad that people don't try an help you with a reasonable solution, especially if you are willing to pay for it. Also, the original order had no instructions for install (easily figured out though) and so there are also no listing of the mounting hardware. Last night I was looking through their site to get their phone number and noticed their Method fork legs and their Procross forged wheels (front and rear) and decided to buy those when I called today to get the hardware ordered. Guess what? They are not going to get any of that $3500.00, How hard would it be to contact the manufacturer they outsource too and have them put together a hardware kit and charge me for the cost and the shipping? I guess it was to much effort to retain a client that will now never buy their product again. RIP...creating a great customer experience.

I am absolutely new to motorcycles had the best bike purchase experience I could hope for. Danny and Steven were very helpful, welcoming, walked me through everything I had to know and gave me no BS deal (no questionable sales techniques, no upsale, etc). And yes, this place is legendary too, checkout a museum upstairs. Highly recommended.

My forty year wait to buy a new and "real" Indian motorcycle came to an end this week at Arlen Ness Motorcycles in Dublin, CA. Arnie and all of the staff were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They made the process of signing away my hard earned allowance and the prospect of going home and watching my kind and loving wife turn into an "alien predator" almost bearable. I have bought many new and used bikes in my 50+ years of riding and rebuilding bikes of all brands and sizes but the new Indian Chieftain has surpassed all of my expectations. Kings Mtn. and Polaris have at last given us not just a "real" Indian, but one that is of the highest quality. This is not a small bike by any means, but it is exceptionally well mannered both in low speed handling in tight parking lots and out on the highway. It presents what feels like almost unending torque throughout the range, coupled with heart pounding horsepower. All of this is wrapped up in an exquisite finish with pretty much everything you need. A quite comfortable overall riding position and considerable storage capacity. To sum up: If your looking for a cruiser/touring, great looking bike, you want to low ride around town or head out across the U.S. from border to border in the finest style: Buy a new Indian!!! and any model will get you there. Oh yes; make sure you buy it at Arlen Ness Motorcycles in Dublin, CA. and make sure you take a walk through Arlen's personal museum of great custom bikes upstairs. I don't think anyone with a reasonably warped sense of humor, good financial mind and loves bikes would be anything other than totally impressed, and quite satisfied with the overall experience. Arnie and I spent quite a bit of time reminiscing about the old days and old friends and acquaintances. It really was an experience I will remember all the days I have left.
