I met Thomas. He is nice and cordial. I told him I needed a motor for my car for my Toyota. He asked what type and had a few in stock in different conditions. I chose the so so condition because I want to rebuild it as well.

I know they are very busy and can't always pick up the phone. But if you have some time and you can go see them. They will guide you in the right direction or give you a great price on all the parts you need.

After calling everywhere looking for a window and both front leather seats for my Lexus ES, I was about to give up and was told by another salvage yard to call Silver Star. Sure enough, they had everything I was looking for and at a great price ($200 for everything!). They were super friendly and would highly recommend checking with them if you need parts for you import.

They're very helpful and patient with their customers they have a good customer service and they're very resourceful and knowledgeable of the cars and the parts that they carry I don't think I'd go anywhere else

They were nice and professional (remember you're not at the Ritz) I needed a part for my daughters car and was sent there - they were helpful and went out of the way for me. I've found the help you get is usually reflected in the way you treat them.

They have no desire to help at all. Thety seem unprofessional, and I hope I will no longer have to deal with this company again. One of thier representatives lied to me, and when I caught him in the lie, I felt there was no urgency or effort at all to make a correction for the lie.

I needed a spindle for my truck. .. at the dealer brand new 300.. and they wanted to sell it to me for $350 used!!! Rip offs!! Said nobody else around would have it!!! Bad business.....!!!!!!!!!!
