I want to clarify something about my review for the Seidners Collision center in Duarte.I've must be mistaken my review with another bodyshop because my daughters car was hit twice in one week and each repair was in different bodyshop. The Seidners Collision center had really good customer service and the body repair quality was great ,it was done amazing job repairing our car. I highly recommend this body shop to everyone. Thank you for their service and sorry for the confusion of the survey. I appreciate your understanding.

I was in greater Los Angeles and I had a collision on Presidents Day. I needed a (hopefully) minor repair so that I could close my driver's door and then drive back to the Bay Area the next day.Seidner's Collision Center was recommended by a friend, and they were GREAT! (Also recommended by AAA.)Jose Gonzales, the General Manager, looked at the damage, and with a couple of minor adjustments by his staff, I was able to close my door and steer without impacting my tire.Kudos to Jose and his staff for their friendly and efficient response to my situation. Highly Recommended!

For better or for worse, I have had to use the services and skills of Seidners numerous times in the past. The service is always great as is the work they do. I highly recommend them for fixing damage to your car.

Can t get paint color right!!!! kept having to go back and forth to make sure there doing the right color!!!!there to lazy to order the right paint color and tried mixing there own being cheap!!!! kept extending the date that the car was going to be ready had to drive a rental for a month and they think it s fun to go on a joy ride with my car to and it was a small scrape they had to paint the whole entire car the wrong color so inappropriate. Save your money and never go here

Horrible customer service! You are required to leave your car there for 24-72 hrs before they can provide you with an estimate. I needed minor repairs after an accident and had to call after 48 hrs to inquire when my car would be done. Was told they would get back to me but after insisting to speak with someone I was told they were going to order a new bumper and it would take another 3 days to repair. I told them it was a minor dent and a new bumper was not necessary however they insisted. I feel they were gouging my insurance and over inflating the repair costs. I had to rent a car for a week that should have been a 2 -3 day repair. I am a long time Customer but will not be back again after this experience.

Best service ever! Angel Ramirez was a dream to work with, along with everyone at Seidner's. Collision care was handled quickly and professionally, along with added kindness made the whole experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there! You will not be disappointed.

They repaired damage to my car's fender and door that had been caused by a light collision. Work was done on the timeline they stated and it was done very well. Price seemed reasonable, though I was not paying (other driver's insurance paid). Car was even washed, waxed and cleaned inside when I got it back.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was very happy with my experience with Seidners. My car was repaired beautifully. I can see no traces of body damage. I was undated by text on the progress of the repairs. Great job repairing the rear axle and the wait was crazy for the tires but all in all worth the wait. NOT COOL were the scratches to the car caused by Seidners' worker (s). Also NOT COOL want having to return the car and wait again for repairs.

My car was in the shop for about 3 in a half months. I was hardly updated about my vehicle throughout the entire process. The receptionist would constantly put me on hold when I would call them for updates about my vehicle or simply want to talk to a manager about how much longer my vehicle would be in the shop for and then they would claim to call me back and never would. I m stuck with a rental bill that is over $2200 due to them dropping the ball on my car as well as them switching from three managers within the time frame of my car being in their care. I would not recommend this to any relatives or close friends. My experience here was not a good one at all so I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

No updates during repair. Had to call. Dent still visible on passenger door from angle, new paint but has swirl marks after they detailed. Brought my car clean interior yet passenger chair had dust on it. Did not even bother to clean that up.

Seidners Collison Center is by far the best that I have experienced. They are very professional, they communicate very well and provide superb service all around. My car was clean when I got it back, and they even finished earlier than expected. All details were explained to me throughout the process. My passenger door got clipped by an inattentive driver. Seidners reviewed my initial quote from another shop and found additional damage that was missed. The team gave me updates and once the insurance company approved the additional repairs they finished the car in two days. Seidner's repaired minor damage to my minivan's side door and as much as the experience can be positive, they managed to make it so. Cassandra was pleasant, extremely communicative, available for questions anytime, and they returned my car to me a few days earlier than the estimate, looking like nothing had ever happened. Nightmare. The manager did his best to make things better but, unfortunately, original case manager was inept and caused many unnecessary delays. Dropped off my car at the end of December; received it mid-March. **Disclosure: There was a supply chain issue but parts were both ordered incorrectly and not all parts ordered at once from the get-go.**Services: Painting, Body & Trim
