The general manager Marwan was amazing made me feel like family. Dani was my salesman who picked me up from my house and made me feel like a queen every step of the way! Frank finance manager was the one who worked a miracle for me. These group of gentlemen were such a pleasure to deal with they changed my life! Come to Duarte Nissan!

I wanted my Nissan to be serviced and tuned up before I took a road trip. I made a appointment for Friday morning and arrived 15 minutes early. They took me right in and made me feel comfortable in their lounge. They are practicing safe social distancing and keep in mind you have to have a mask to enter. In no time my car was ready and was less cost than what I thought it would be. The service Manager was there to greet me when the car was done. 5 Stars for great service and fantastic customer service.Service: Auto engine tuning

Purchased a car and they included lifetime oil changes with the deal as long as I own the car. Now they are denying my the oil change and the reason being that I never got any major services done at the location. I've filed a complaint with corporate and now going to with BBB.

I've been taking my car here for 8 years. They damaged my car in March. I'm still trying to get them to fix it. Filed complaint with BBB. Will update this review when there is an update.

Most unfriendly people waiting room was very dirty and unkempt. And then oh my gosh I had to use the restroom and there was pee all over the floor from guys that kept missing the toilet. I have had my car 5 years and have been here 2 times and nothing has changed

I love customer service and they got it! Everyone great job! They dont try to sell you things you dont need, I hate when I go places and they try to hussle me.

Helped us out to get our truck but make sure you read the contract before you sign specially if your putting a lot of cash down payment don't let them give u what they want
