The shop was amazing! It was easy to make an appointment and the team was able to provide the services (tire rotations on 2 cars at the same time) and delivered above and beyond. The team at the shop were understanding and No was not in their vocabulary. Highly recommend.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid it at all costs. They recommended I replace something that I had just replaced thirty days prior. They must have switched my new one with their old one. These people are thieves and crooks stay away, don't say you weren't warned.

My daughter informed me that the Mngr there was very rude and condescending towards her. She felt rushed to make a decision. She was told if they removed her battery, (which was her reason for going there) they would not be putting it back inside of her car. I m very upset and disappointed with this visit and the service. I do not plan to go back there anytime soon and I m considering filing a formal complaint!

Andrew is the best, and all of the guys are great workers. I felt well taken care of. I felt a feeling of honesty and respect for the work they do and their customer care was outstanding. Thank you all.

STAY AWAY!!! Monrovia is no longer an honest location. Customer service has taken a complete nose dive. The new guy at the front check-in desk is rude and argumentative. Last few times I went in he was dismissive of my questions, aggressive and tried to argue every time in order to upsell ... So much so that I am not comfortable with leaving my car there anymore. Stay away from this location, go to Glendale location for honest service.

I will not be returning to this location. The man at the front dest was very combative for no reason and an overall jerk. His lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable and has costed the shop my years of loyalty. It's sad because all the other employees are the complete opposite but it's not worth dealing with someone who has complete disregard for customers

Customer service was amazing. EC and Mike were phenomenal. I had a flat tire and needed it to be replaced. EC was able to find me a cost effective tire, personally went to the warehouse to pick it up for me and had the guys service my vehicle. I called at about 12p and my tire and alignment were done around 3p. They are quick, efficient and friendly! I m so happy I was able to get my tire fixed the same day. I 100% recommend this business.

I used to go to the Duarte location whenever I needed an oil change especially since they will rotate and align my tires for free since I bought my tires there and always thought that they were so amazing until I went and got my oil changed on Saturday 9/24. Everything seemed normal until about just over an hour after I dropped off my car I get a call stating that my front brakes needed to be replaced and that my rotors were below grade which would cost me $700. I declined the service of brakes and rotor changed since I didn't have $700 on me, also didn't feel that my brakes were that bad as I have not heard them squeak. When I went to pick my car up the gentleman (I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was a slightly older man) had a different attitude towards me since I didn't want them to change my breaks and rotors. I then took my car to a trusted mechanic to get a second opinion and he informed me that my breaks weren't at the level of really needing them, that I could even go another month before needing to replace them. He also informed that my rotors are fine and don't need to replace those just yet. I don't know what happened and why the service level went down so much at this location, but I will say I will never go back there again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Lol. They re so disrespectful to your time. What place takes 3 hours for an oil change? First they blame all their technicians are on lunch break - like who puts all their workers at lunch at the same time?? Then he blames they didn t have the filter so they are waiting for the warehouse. Like bro this was almost 2 hours in and you barely telling me this but hey he was nice enough to give me a $10 online coupon for the time I wasted. SO disrespectful. Go to a real, professional place that does your oil change in 20 mins. Absolute here.

While the technicians who were servicing my car were pleasant, the front assistant manager staff needs more training and is a bit green and confrontational. Slightly surprised that he didn t know how and where to pour windshield wiper fluid but was going to replace my AC for over $1k. I declined further service.

Went in for a tire patch because my tire had a nail. They told me my tire was losing air for another reason without looking for the nail. They suggested to buy a whole new tire. Obviously I didn't buy it because I saw thru his lie.

EC makes it easy, he hooked it up I was in and out for my Tesla vehicle inspection. Within 15 minutes. Best service I ve ever had I ll definitely be back again.

I cannot express my gratitude to this Goodyear location. Mark (I believe that was his name) took care of us from beginning to end. Metal debris hit our rental car and caused the transmission pan to leak. We had to get the rental car towed to the parking lot situated between the Ford Advantage dealership and Goodyear. Ford was not accepting walk ins on the Mustang rental. But luckily, Goodyear was able to take care of us. Their service was impeccable and professional. Kudos to this location and thank you for saving us!

I really like the workers here. Everyone is nice and professional. However, I came in to repair a door that couldn t roll up the window. Parts and labor was priced between $150-$300. Went to the junkyard myself and bought the part for $40 and repaired it. I had some other work done on my car with trial and error, which cost more than what the car was worth. They fixed it but you will be paying anywhere between 150-500% of the actual cost of repair. They get the cheapest possible parts probably at huge discounts and sell the part at premium price, with more than half the bill coming from labor. I hate these exploitative practices by mechanics and it s sad that people don t have the time or ability to fix their own cars. From now on I will fix anything myself and only go to mechanics for anything I can t.

I don't like leaving bad reviews. I prefer to use reviews to encourage others to patronize a business where I had a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Mountain View tire was not a positive one.I had just made some changes to my vehicle and thought i'd better get an alignment check to avoid any bigger problems down the line. I called around a few places and most of them were closed either because it was a Sunday or because of this Pandemic going around. Naturally, I was happy to hear that mountain view was open. I got a quote for $99 dollars which was a little more than I was aiming for, but still reasonable enough. I easily found an online coupon on their own website for $10 off which made me feel much better about not doing more shopping around for a better price before making an appointment.I showed up at service desk and was greeted promptly. When I presented the gentleman behind the counter with the coupon on my phone, he responded that he would not be able to accept the coupon unless it was printed on paper. Really??? in 2020, during a pandemic?? not to mention the coupon itself made absolutely no mention of the coupon having to be printed as many other coupons do. I did not make much more of it since clearly the gentleman was simply " following orders" and surely did not have the autonomy to override that decision. Instead of arguing over $10 I decided to get my car started on and head back home on foot to get this coupon printed out, which I did.When I returned (almost 2 hours later) my car was ready to go. I came back to the counter and presented my $10 coupon which was accepted. I paid for my alignment and was about to walk out of the door when I noticed that the paperwork I was given did not have the alignment specs printed out. Every alignment I have ever received comes with a spec sheet of where the alignment was before and after the service. This showcases how bad the alignment was before and also provides proof that the shop made the adjustments within factory specifications. When I asked for the sheet, the person behind the counter came up with multiple excuses of why he was unable to provide that sheet, first the printer is not working, the computer didn't save it etc. . etc. . whatever the reason the point is they did not have the spec sheet to give me.Did they even do the alignment? Did my car even need it? Truth is I will never know.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone especially when Midas is down the street and Firestone tires is not far away and they both have the option to email their coupons to yourself and present them on your phone. Most importantly, I am sure their alignments come with a spec sheet like every proper alignment should.

I was beyond satisfied. I had a flat tire and the clerk did an amazing job at helping me. He didn t sell me anything I didn t need did exactly what I wanted. It s fast and I definitely recommend coming. Can t beat the customer service. I don t ever Leave reviews unless I m really happy about my experience. Will be coming back again.
