John c and mike took care of all of my repair needs and put my vehicle back to factory condition. This is not an easy task they use state-of-the-art equipment in repair of your vehicle and take the greatest care and update you weekly when your car will Be ready if not sooner. I am one of the most particular people in regards to my vehicles. My vehicles are commonly in car shows. and events around the state. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their carrying hands and they even detailed it when I picked it up. They also called me on Several occasions to talk to me at home. My vehicle was being prepared and sent pictures of the process. Located in the Duarte Monrovia area. This is the only place I would take by vehicle. I drove all the way from los angeles.

I was so mad when everything happened with my car, and I got sent to this place and literally the second they took the keys out of my hand they took over. Mike kept me informed every step of the way, gave me multiple ways to get a hold of him if need be. That whole team was awesome. Everyone was polite and efficient. My car looks amazing. I definitely recommend.

Been doing business with Caliber Collision over the years. Their service is of great quality and their very punctual with the delivery. Israel and John along with the rest of the team are very skilled in their work. Would highly recommend everyone to get their collision repairs done at this location

My so positive experiences with caliber collision has made The caliber collision my go to place whenever I have my car work need to be done. Estimate for repairs was 2 weeks. I called at the two week mark and was told tomorrow for five consecutive days. Two weeks later it was ready. It s got a service light on that wasn t on when I dropped it off, and the repairs were poorly done. Out of alignment, loose parts, warped new parts.

Very disappointing results on front bumper damage repair. Insurance work.Terrible color match. WhiteMiss alignment on bumperMissing push on rivets.Asked to replace opposite side light lens so it wouldn t look ridiculous. Told them I would pay the difference. Was not doneAsked for my $100 high intensity headlamp back. Nothing but the cheap oem light.They replaced washer reservoir. Not sure why. When installing they crossed the wires. Now when I use front washer the rear comes out and rear the front comes out. Found this out after I completely took the bumper apart to redo this shody work. Now I have to remove a second time to get to the wires. Then they call me back 6 months later and asked for 180 that my insurance gave me and said I owed them. I paid them immediately and told them they will get the proper review they deserve

This is my first time going to this shop, I was recommended by a friend. I was having trouble with my car when I would turn it on. I spoke with Israel and told him my situation, he was able to let me know certain things on what it could possibly be. I brought it in & he was able to check it out for me. Thank god it was nothing major, he provided me the information clearly & very detailed.

I just got my car fixed here everything was good all the staff was friendly Richard was the one helping me through all the processes nice guy and explained everything in detail. The work was done very fast even 2 or 3 days before they promised everything was good look like new i will come back if I ever needed again. Highly recommend

Exceptional work and friendly staff. My insurance company referred me to them and I've used them twice now. The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable about my claim and explained how the process works. I have had the pleasure to deal with both advisors, Eddie and Israel. Both are great at explaining the repair process and keeping me informed. I had a lot of concerns regarding the paint process and they made me feel comfortable by explaining how the whole paint process works. My 4Runner has never looked better. I have been to plenty of body shops that offered me a lower price. However, the quality of work and service that I received Caliber Collision, Duarte CA was outstanding all around. I will never go back to one of those discount places again. This was a refreshingly great experience. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. They were spot on with their deadlines. They checked in with me after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. The staff there are are professional, empathetic and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Kudos to the entire team. Thank you very much.

I got rear-ended by a vehicle doing about 50mph on the freeway. I was asked by my insurance "Travelers " to bring to this location. This wasn't my first choice, but decided to give Calibre a chance. My paint didn't really match, my bumper was not aligned correctly. One side had a gap that was very noticeable and the other side was good. They told me they were going to replace my muffler/exhaust. They didn't do it. They told me my tow bar hitch would be replaced. It wasn't. My shocks feel like they are bottoming out. And they said that they are good. I strongly disagree!!! I believe that they cut some corners and I'm not a happy customer . I really hope that they really take this matter seriously. Although my truck is not the best looking truck out there. It's mine and I take care of it. I hope they can put a little more effort in the quality of work they perform on other people's vehicles.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience at Caliber Collison Duarte. One of the most smooth experiences I've had with auto shops. Every one was very professional and friendly. My point of contact (Israel) was very informative and helpful. My car had some custom items I needed back on the car and Israel made sure they were back on without damage. Also the shop called enterprise and got me a ride for my rental which was a surprise for me. Overall great and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop to fix their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience. I took my vehicle in to be evaluated, and I had so many questions and one of your representatives named Israel Cabanaillas was so helpful and had patience with me. He answered all my questions with a smile and explained everything clearly to me. The service he provided, was amazing. My insurance company recommended the Caliber Collison location in Duarte, CA. All of the staff was very courteous. I worked with Israel for the estimate. The car needed a new rear bumper and paint. Had my catalytic converter stolen from my Prius and called around different shops. Most shops had a 3-7 months back orders. I contacted Caliber Duarte and Kathy answered and told me she has one and would double check with her team. She placed me on a brief hold and confirmed she has the catalytic converter available. She proceeded with scheduling an appointment next morning on a Friday morning. She then contacted me after to confirm paper work and insurance docs. By Monday Kathy then contacted me again that my car was available to pick up! Really good job and Team there at Caliber Duarte.
