I am so disappointed with the new ownership. We have a 2014 Explorer and have been taking it here to be serviced for almost 10 years and it was always well taken care of.Yesterday I took the car in for a new battery and someone scuffed the passenger side door. I didn t notice it until today and when I called to ask them if they could buff or polish it out they said there was no way I could prove they caused the damage.There is no way I will ever take my car here for service again. They are not honest and don t treat their customers respectfully.

It is no longer Advantage Ford. It is now Envision Motors. Although they are still working to get everything up to speed with the new owners, my time there in service meets with my approval. Also since there hasn't been a Ford dealership in Pasadena for at least 10 years so Envision is now the only place I can go to get service.

This is a busy service center and I've found the service advisors to be both competent and professional. I worked with Polo, who communicates in a straight forward, easy to understand manner...
