These guys are amazing. We had a rental trailer and a bolt fell off the carriage dock. We expressed our concerns and they sprung into action that exact moment and we were in and out within 15 mins. We still had a 9 hour drive left and couldn t be more grateful for their help.

There s a reason this place is less than 4 stars, in the span of 1-month, I ve had to come here to replace my rear driver tire, and it s the third times it s popped.They claim they re used tires are just as good as their new tires, but of course, FALSE.The guy I m over the phone kept saying it has to be me since, if I keep driving over a nail or whatever, then why is it specifically my back tire popping and not any of the other tires. This issue ONLY started happening last month, and I know my car isn t the best, but the employees here make you feel like you owe them more than just what your paying

Definitely not friendly at all!! Tried to pull I. To get prices on a tired patch. I got blocked in the gate on a busy street in rush hour.. put me on a very dangerous position. Def will never try to come here again or never will refer people here again. That guy only cared about closing the gate he had no care I. The world for my safety!!!!!!!

I give Carlos 10 stars ans HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Will be doing business again. These guys came out to me, while stranded on the 605 fwy, for a nominal fee, which I was very willing to pay.

never come to this place, very dishonest repair person and the owner, they know their computerized alignment is down, but they told me that they can do job, asked me paid $60 for nothing, they asked me left then return in 30 minutes, I did not leave and watch all what they repair person did was a test drive for 3 minutes. I asked a diagnostic report, they told me the computer is not working, how can you still do computer alignment with no broken computer, I went to talk the own who hold my car key and refused to give back if I do not pay $60 for their 3 minute test driving without a real computerized alignment, after i paid the money, they refused to give an official received, only give a receipt for selling used the tires, I just have 4 new tires from Costco because Costco does not have alignment service, that is why I came this place. I went a different place got a diagnostic test, which shown all 4 wheels alignment were needed, and paid twice for the alignment. so this is not car services, but only to chat for your money. do not come here to waste your money. i took a pic for computer screen by my phone, you can see it was not work. I attached the alignment diagnostic test from a different Car Repair after alignment done by this place. I am going to suit them. they do not even deserve one star.

This place is NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN. The mechanics are so disrespectful and entitled. I was about to wash my car next door and they came to my wash bay and took over the pay machine because apparently they "know the owner". My car was parked and I was outside of my car. They clearly saw I was about to get started. If I was man, I doubt they would of done this. Go somewhere else.

Horrible communication service. I got ripped off. They told me one price before my tires installation and once they were done I noticed they didn't balance the tire after. I asked them why and they said it was extra. Doesn't make sense at all when all other places give you a set price with installation and balance.

I went there to patch my tire that had a nail . When they pulled the tire out there s was a second nail . The guy wanted to charge an extra 20$on top of the 20$ just for a 20cent patch and 5 extra minutes if his time . Never again

THEY STEAL YOUR money and they don t fix your issues. I went in to fix the problem with my steering wheel being too difficult to turn. The mechanic told me that it was this power steering pump and that the cost to replace it would be $460. Not knowing about cars I went ahead and did the repair only to find out that three weeks later it would have the same issues. I took the car back and the mechanic told me that now it had a different issue but he would check to make sure that it was what he was expecting. He said he would give me a call back to confirm on what the problem was but I didn t hear from him in two days I tried calling the shop and no one answered. I drove to the shop because no one was getting back to me and he said that the issue was the hose and the sensor which would be an additional $400. I told him that I would come back because I had already spent the $500 and I did not have another $400 to spend only a month after the initial repair. I then decided to take him to a mechanic who is a family friend And has been with repairing our cars for many years. That mechanic told me that the pump the original mechanic placed in the car it was the wrong one and he told me that the fluids he added to the car had contaminated other parts of the car he replaced the hose and the sensor for only $200 and told me to go back to the mechanic so he can change the pump. When we went back the mechanic said that the pump is God and there was nothing wrong and that if he we wanted to replace that it would be another $80 for him to replace it so basically they steal your money and they don t fix your issues do not trust them to not go with them save your money saver time save a headache.

This place is ridiculously expensive!! You might as well take your car to the dealer. They charge you for there mistakes, the guy charged me labor due to loosing my car part. Also makes up his own prices in Labor. This auto shop will clean you out in you will still have the same problems.

be careful!!!!! the worst mechanic around! I brought my car to change the chain, I made a quote for $ 700, after 3 days I have the car I go and it tells me that the pieces haven't arrived yet !! after an hour he calls me and tells me that the total cost is 1600 $ !!! more than double !!! by now the car was all open and I did the job, in the end it held my car for 10 days and it's still not good !! be really careful of these people !!!!!

I wanted to share that there are friendly and amazing people in this world like, Carlos Junior.I was on my way to Los Angeles after getting my oil change at Valvoline in San Clemente. They said they made sure my car was in good shape to drive long distance. Then after driving on the freeway for a while, my engine started overheating and I was in between gridlock traffic going to LA.Luckily, I was able to exit to try to find help. I found an Auto Service called, R & A Auto Service and met the manager, Carlos. He was able to fix my engine making sure it was safe to drive back to San Diego. Dishonest place, had a brand new tire with a nail. I asked for a patch and was told they dont patch tires with dry rot and i would need to buy a used or new tire.

Got a screw in our tire while driving on the freeway. R & A was at the next exit. Even though they were busy they were able to patch the tire with a plug in 15 min. and didn't overcharge.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will just take your money and tell you the cars fine and they test drove it when they never did. Took my car in because it over heated and i actually googled them and felt confident based off the reviews. WRONG they "fixed the problem" charged me 350$ ! When i left i noticed coolant spilling out my radiator so i called back and they decide to tell me AFTER i leave that my head gasket is blown and it'll cost 1500+ to fix it. THIS WAS AN ISSUE THAT NEEDED TO BE TOLD THEN AND THERE not after i left and basically mest up my car more. The funny part was carlos told me it was still good to drive and anyone who knows about cars knows you shouldnt drive it with the head gasket blown and coolant spilling. Do not trust carlos hes a liar and will just take your money and give you no warenty once you leave.

Ive come here many times, but this last time i came by, the new guys working there gave me a precise advice on how to care for my vehicle. Checked my air and fluids. They seem to know what they doing.

I went to other auto services and they kept me waiting...as soon as I got to A&R auto services an employee came and took care of my tire not took even 5 minutes and I was out great service
