I meant to leave this review before but kept forgetting due to being busy with life and kept spacing it but I'm actively making an excellent review for this beyond excellent auto bodyshop.As a woman, it's hard to find an auto bodyshop where you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of on repairs, money and overall, being tossed around about your car. I've been here before and have absolutely loved the service I've received from Steven and his dad (the two that run the shop) and about a month ago, I got in a car accident on Firestone in Downey, called my insurance company and gave them Steven's number to fix my vehicle. Steven has been responsive to my texts and calls, not just to me but with my insurance company, he also has been very accommodating to getting work done on my car, as soon as possible, he's even called me to give me an update on my car and when it should be done by. I got my car back today and I'm so happy with the results! It looks like when I first bought my car! Can't even tell I was in a car accident. You can tell him and his dad fixed every detail on my car. On top of it all, he washed my car and clean the inside for me! These men are wonderful men and I fully trust them! The value for what you get at their shop is beyond perfection. On top of it all, they're polite, nice and humble.I'm planning on moving to Long Beach in April and I plan to still have them fix my car even when I no longer live in Downey, it's such a relief to find people who you can trust with your car and not feel taken advantage of.Thank you both for everything! 10/10 recommend them.

My car was a victim of a hit and run. My right mirror was completely broken, I search on google for the best body shop near me, this guys came up on my search, I decided to give it a try. Quality Auto Body exceed my expectations, they gave me a couple options and a great price to fix it. Customer service was also excellent!

This company is Father & Son owned and they really are interested in complete customer satisfaction. My car was fix beautifully, it was done quickly and they even went out of their way to make my repair special. They also kept me updated on what was going on between them and the insurance company. Their shop is extremely clean -- no stuff laying around and they take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs. So glad I found them!

Great experience! Staff was friendly, professional,knowledgeable. After my car was hit they ensured that my car was picked up handled the insurance companies, and made all repairs quick. My car looks good as before (better actually). I was very satisfied. I will definitely bring my car back.

I drove in ask a question about scratches that were on my car door from someone who scrapped my car from their car bumper while it was parked. The owner came to look at it and gave me his honest opinion and he fixed it within like 20 mins. He gave me a real good price when another place tried to charge me more. The staff here are very friendly, professional, honest, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend others to go here.

Absolutely highly recommended. Steven and Jovic treated my 2017 Honda Civic as if it were their own, they did such a remarkable job, I would give 6 stars if I could. The customer service in terms of: giving me a ride back to work after I dropped my car, calling me every few days to update, washing/wax car, and more - was phenomenal. I'm the type of person who doesn't select just any business without doing my research, and I hope that if you are that type of person too, you will go to Quality Auto Body Works for your vehicle's repairs. A+

These guys are great! My car was damaged from the front due to an accident and I took my car in today! They are very kind and knowledgeable, even offered to help me put on a set of new headlights I bought for my car! Also offered a ride back home from the shop! I recommend this place don t go anywhere else this is the shop to go to! Can t wait to see when my car is finished !

Awesome repair experience with these guys. Communication was excellent (aside from a small mishap with the tow driver they sub contract with). Repair was done timely and they kept me informed through the entire process. Will definitely use them again in the future, thanks guys!

I brought my 2014 Honda Accord here at Quality Auto Body Works in Downey right after getting rear ended, they were able to fix my car surprisingly quick, I had a positive experience and anyone needing a repair should definitely come here. They were professional, they were informative, great communicators and they got my car looking like new again!

Great place, highly recommended. Just got my car back from them and they did an excellent job. Quick turn around also, they finished the car 1 day earlier. Most honest people I've met and best service I've had by far.

Really professional shop led by an extremely down to earth father son team. Made me feel at ease right off the bat and consistently updated me on the status of my car. They even offered some educational advice when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. Really hard to find businesses like these nowadays. Thanks for everything guys.

This place is excellent I took my car there I didn't have a ride back home and they provide a ride home they fixed everything they said they were going to do like work look like out of the factory brand new stuff good paint and they even polished and detailed my car when I got it back excellent shop excellent staff
