Forgot to put oil cap correctly and put my new car in peril, then they promised to give a free oil change and accept responsibility if engine damage, came back for the free change and they said ownership changed that mechanic left and they won t honor the previous workers word. I walked away.*this is a response now to the new owners response below.*Forgetting to put the oil cap correctly can absolutely cause damage, my oil went down to dangerous levels with extremely low oil warnings on dashboard less than 2 hours after the service. the car was smoking, literally putt putting (as in would not accelerate and then jerking), and it was a brand new car with 3,000 miles. Today it has 5,000. You say he gave me 3 oil changes? The first one I paid for. The second he filled up after all of the oil leaked out from his mistake. The third was because he and no one else at that establishment of yours suggested the smartest move; looking at some of the used oil and checking for metal debris, to verify if there was engine damage, because he and I could hear the nearly brand new v6 engine running much rougher than before. I paid for the first oil change 85 dollars, see receipt. The second fill was what I originally paid for, just not leaking out all over my hometown and now stained driveway. The third was to check for engine damage, which could cost me over 10 thousand dollars, and you complain about the free oil change your employee promised me to make things right, after he apologized like a gentleman. He also wrote if there is any damage, your company is responsible, and I will ensure that, see receipt.

I came back to this location after my last visit 2 years ago, they operate under new management now and can tell they are more advanced now than ever, highly recommended

I found this on Yelp cuz I was looking a place to Somg cuz the normal place I go to the machine was not working. Sothis Somg place I went was nice and, clean I missed it the 1st I drove by. The technician was very nice and very professional & handsome but serious it was a good experience I would take my car back there
