Came for a simple oil change, left with an EXPENSIVE car problem. After getting an oil change we noticed a smell of burning oil from the car and an oil leak, which has never happened. My boyfriends car is a 96 Toyota Camry, he s very well with keeping his car up to date on everything and making sure nothing is wrong with his car. Once we noticed the problem we took it back twice to see what the issue was, first jiffy lube told us it was the oil filter and the second time told us it was a rear main seal. It s odd how before getting an oil change this was never a problem, they said given the cars age it s common but how when we ve had multiple oil changes from them and it s never happened before? Never coming back to this location after what happened today.

Didn't get the man's name, but he's the guy with the white hair and beard, one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful workers I've ever met. Long story short I brought my car back because my check engine light was on and I wanted to check my car and make sure they didn't miss a step or anything. So the man comes back to me and tells me that it's my sensors and that there is nothing wrong, in a very condescending tone. So I asked him if I could get a print out of what codes came out when they scanned my car and he threw his hands up in the air and groaned, as if I asked him to save the world of hunger with his own money. Well we scanned the car again and none of the codes mentioned faulty sensors. This man is a liar and a crook

Jiffy Lube I was going to change you after many years of service since your location on Manchester an vaness almost had me crashing after leaving my vehicle improperly, I left a review but you must be busy to reply my concern . Anyways Mathew at this location made it up , great service , no one had treated me with respect courtesy and sympathy . Mathew needs to be managing this location. Paid $49 for a oil filter change and they still didn t manage to fix my leak and they had the audacity to ask for a $80 tip worst service ever especially the dude that s fat this place gotta learn how to be professional

I went to this jiffy lube in March of this year 2023. I had them do the oil change and the change of brakes and also my rotors and once that was done a couple of hours later driving one of the brake pedals came off while I was driving. I went back to have them check that out and it seems like they just basically put a paper clip to hold on to my brakes Now fast forward October 2023. I have a new mechanic checking my brakes and they confirmed that the brakes were in horrible condition. I would not trust anybody else to bring their car to this specific Jiffy Lube as it seems that they take our money and literally fail to Fix any issues with our cars also to add to this when I went back to them to tell them about my brakes they took my receipt and when I asked for them to give it back to me according to them, they lost it and couldn t get me my receipt back anymore Which I know that was a lie to the owner of Jiffy Lube. You should really look into the people that work on customer cars because it seems that if I wanted to I could ve taken this to court just to show you that your team did a horrible job.I just noticed whoever responded to my review. Check your email because I emailed you and it says the email is incorrect. (Another disappointment). If you plan on providing me an email please make sure its a correct one.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Had my car serviced here , great customer service by jackeline , she was very helpful and friendly really lived up to her their customer satisfaction policy. Even when I didn t fully understand she explained as simple as possible for me to understand the needed service.The manager on the other hand .Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

I went to jiffy lube today to get a oil change I was driving my vehicle when I was flag down by another vehicle. That my car had something hanging off in the bottom of my car. The mechanics at jiffy lube forgot to bolted down my plastic cover for the bottom of my car. They need to pay my part that wasn't broken

I had an issue after an oil change. I took my car back, spoke to the manager Santiago, and they took care of all the repairs. Everyone was cool and courteous. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. My experience was great. I do recommend this location for any oil changes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Overall the experience was ok. Came here for a Radiator flush to clean out my old coolant. They had a promo price and decided to come in for the deal. No more than 3 minutes after giving them my keys and waiting in the break room, I was told that I needed new fuel injectors. Only thing is, I just changed them out a month ago and the car ran like new since. Being told that I needed to replace them without my car not having symptoms or codes to indicate otherwise, felt really dishonest and my trust was lost with this location. After correcting him and letting him know about my fuel injector replacement, he left without saying anything. (Definitely feels like I caught him in a lie). When the Guy came back to charge me for the service, he said it's not applicable unless you get another service/repair, even though the coupon clearly states it can be used (who knows, maybe he just didn't know how to do it) to redeem their own coupon on their own website. He eventually had to bring someone experience/more familiar with the computer. The next guy was patient and took the time to check me out, I like the 2nd guy and his professionalism. I would note that this location you can get some employees that are only in it for the upsell and will lie to your face to do so.They completed the service but I'll be keeping an eye out on my vehicle, just in case the job wasn't done properly.

It's not difficult to find or get into. They have a sign advertising an oil service price. But the price doesn't apply to all.

Last time I went to change the oil motor , the girl on the counter told me , we gonna put high mileage oil like the last time . And I signed down , they never show me the different kind of oils that offer to the customers . I paid 105.00 dlls just for a single oil motor changes She got me.....bad services

If I could do 0 stars I would. The guy Tony was rude when I asked him a simple question , why is it so expensive , and he answered with a condescending manner. I felt pressured to get an additional service. Fair to say I won t be coming back to this location .

Awesome job done in a timely and professional manner. Jesus and the rest of the staff at this location are attentive and courteous. Went in for and oil change completed service in good time. People should not be offended by recommended services and what is needed for your vehicle, truck or suv. Know your budget and what your vehicle needs. Great place for your vehicle maintenance and longevity of car or truck. Customers of many years, will continue to recommend for services. Keep up the great work.

Took my vehicle to get an oil change to this location. for starters they never reset my oil change light. a month later i start noticing oil stains on my drive way where i park my car. when i go under the car to check where it leaking i see oil dripping from oil filter. i check my oil and see im half a quart quart low. which i bought at a local auto parts location. i take it to another jiffy lube and they inform me the oil filter was not installed correctly, i called this location to see what they can do and they were rude about it and didn't want to take any account ability about so, i paid for an oil change that was done correctly, paid for an extra quart of oil, spent time to go to a diffrent location to get oil filter installed correctly and now have to spend time clean oil spots on my driveway. dont recommend bring your vehicle hereThis picture is after 5 mins of parking hereService: Oil change

I never seen a place has a worse customer service ever we came to the front no cashier she's only talking and the guys are not doing their job you need to get professional people that's a shame no wonder you guys are doing bad

On October 28, 2020 I took my car to be serviced at this location for an oil change. My car had no leaks prior to this day and was in good condition. The oil change literally took 5-10 minutes I noticed it was a little odd but didn't think anything of it because this was my third time bringing my car here. Not even a whole month later November 25, 2020 my car gave up on me on my way to work. I brought it to my mechanic and he said there was no oil whatsoever in the car. He advised me to call Jiffy Lube and they deny that it has anything to with their service I forgot to get the name of there person that I spoke to on the phone but I asked for his corporate number and he just gave me his boss number like if that's going to help. Now my engine blew up and I have to pay $2000 to replace my engine when I shouldn't have to. My mechanic refuses to touch my car because he doesn't want to mess it up any further unless he finds out what they did to my car. I've skimmed through the reviews and I noticed that I'm not the first to complain about an issues like this. One guy went into depth about how they messed up 2 of his cars and the owner never responded to the review. Why is that? He responded to almost every other review ... I don't recommend especially this location. Take your money to Valvoline down the street!!Service: Oil change

I came here with for an engine oil change... They diagnosed my car for other issues. I knew some stuff was wrong with my car and they were identify the problems. I decided to do everything there for convenience. It took about two hours for them to service my car and a hefty fee.Afterward, my car was much better though right! The issues were gone and they did a great job!

I needed a vehicle inspection done for rideshare. I called first, got up there from Long Beach, then was told they didn't do inspections for that on Saturdays. Anyway, the guy was accommodating when I said I called first. It took about 10 mins with me in the vehicle and another 10ish mins for paperwork. Got in and out in 20 Mins. I took a chance driving out far because they had pretty good reviews. I was not at all disappointed.

I have been a VERY LOYAL Jiffy Lube customer for well over 20 years. But these last 2 visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. At my last visit, I got chewed out because of the amount of time I took between visits (a barely used my car due to COVID). Fine. I let that go. I went back on Monday, 3/28. This will be my last time. Normally, before any work is done, I get recommendations. None. They just proceeded to change my oil. They didn't top off any of the other fluids (my husband had to do it when I returned home). They used to clean out any leaves blocking the filter and show me the filter. Nope. They really did nothing and got me in and out in minutes. No one else was there. No excuse for their lack of thoroughness. I'm done with their rude and lazy employees.

Overpriced, not sure they changed the oil filter or checked any fluids. Notated vehicle has oil leak which it does not. Asked them to put air in tires which they did not do. Will not go back.

Went in because of the $29.99 oil change special they were announcing outside their store. I have been to this location before with no issues but this time they tried to charge me $89.99 because they were going to use synthetic oil for my car even though I had not requested it. There was no mention of the 29.99 special I had asked about when I pulled in, they instead charged me $55 for the synthetic blend. However, the man who talked to me about my car brought out a dirty cabin filter and suggested I change it along with the engine air filter despite having replaced these myself that same week. They also tried pushing me to make other updates/modifications to my car when I only asked for an oil change. Only upside was that the oil change was quick and they topped off my fluids. Overall I don't think I'll be returning to this location as it seems they're only after the customers' money.

I had been coming to Jiffy Lube since I bought my first car and I gave this location a try and that was my mistake. I was so upset with the service I received. Due to the pandemic I was told I had to stay inside my car at all times which is fine I understand so I put my trust in the staff with my car and they turn around and brake some things and don t even tell me. The employees were careless with my car and broke my prop rod and broke a clip that was attached to my ac hose. I was shocked because after they broke it they left it in a random place underneath the hood which could potentially have messed up my car. I ordered the parts that were broken through the dealer, but I can honestly say I will never bring my car to a jiffy lube. It s minor things that were broken but the fact that they finished service and didn t even tell me makes me so upset. My thing is if they didn t know how to handle my vehicle they could ve asked me and avoid this carelessness.Service: Oil change

Im not very happy with these people. I went in for an oil change and the staff was friendly and they had me in and out within 25 mins. But 2 days later my change oil light comes back on and immediately after that the check engine light comes on and car starts acting funny. So I pull over and check the oil since the change oil light just came on. And nothing literally nothn on my oil dipstick. They didn't refill my oil. They r lucky my engine didn't seize bcuz of their negligence. I do not recommend go in there

I brought my girls and mine; vehicles. Had major routine scheduled repairs done and I felt the prices were reasonable. The staff and Tony attending me with excellent customer service and was well knowledge about my problems and proper changes and repairs were performed.
