Great customer service. They have worked on 2 of my cars. Once insurance approves the work, they complete the work in short time. My contact person always kept me updated. Quality of work is excellent.

Worst shop ever they are a buck of thiefs ! There fees are outrageous. The owner Paul is Fraudulent scammer charging $1500 assessment fees that insurance doesn't cover. Customers beware of this Fraudulent shop

This is the worst bodyshop in the world! Rude employees, stupid body shop workers quality of work is trash. The owner is a thief ! Beware of this fraud body shop charging outrageous fees .

Customers beware this shop is a fraud! The owner is a fraudulent snake ! They salvage repairable vehicles to take a $1500.00 assessment fee that is not covered by insurance. No shop does that . There work is terrible unknowledgeable workers and horrible ugly rude staff. Avoid this place at all cost

Worst body shop ever to get you car fixed at customer services terrible they talk to their customers in worst attitude possible they not professional at all they claimEuropean but I promise you the dude that fixes cars around the corner much better I think this place my car was involved in accident my card didn't have a scratch after two month of waiting this how I received my and don t even bother to call and when my car is going to be done they get mad

My car was hit from Behind 2 weeks ago. I was recommended by Mckenna bmw. Nora the rep at European is amazing. She is knowledgeable and trust worthy. I never been in an accident and she made me feel comfortable and took care of pretty much all the process with the insurance. Highly recommend!!!All bmw original parts.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This doesn't deserve not even 1 star ! If you want to get ripped off and experience fraud this is the place ! The most horrible customer service, the most horrible work and they over charge and charge a stupid $1500 assessment fee . Most fraudulent shop.

I am writing this review before I even get my vehicle back. first let me start with the customer service is horrible I called several times and the send me to a person that never answers the phone. Second the lady got loud with me and started yelling back. Very rude and disrespectful. Thirdly, they take forever for the smallest things to repair they take their sweet time to milk insurance companies. It took them a month to repair my vehicle when I was told a week when I was dropping it off. A simple paint job on a bumper and fender took a month. They will give you lip and false dates to pick up your vehicle. I have never been to such a horrible place in my life. If I could give them a zero I would. Never again will ever come here again. Thought this would be a decent place man was I wrong

I took my vehicle for repairs and I must say, the final work is extremely good, my vehicle looks awesome and yes it was a little bit of wait because of the parts but I am not going to blame the shop for the shortage they did the best if not more, I truly appreciate Reina and Art, they walked me through the process and I couldn't be happier. This is the second vehicle I take to these guys and once again I am very pleased with the quality of work. Many thanks and people please be patient, it is an all across the country issue with parts being scarse, not the body shops fault.

Thank you to Tyler. He was so awesome from start to finish. The front desk also took good care of me, gave me peace of mind that they are partnered with Allstate, and work closely to process my repair faster.They also work with enterprise and gave me a lift to the store to pick out a rental.Took two and half weeks to repair a rear end collision. I was notified when they got the parts and when they were ready to begin the labor on the car. They also kept me posted when it was almost ready.I also brought it in to repair a side fender and side skirt. That took a longer time to repair. Almost 3 weeks because it wasn t passing inspection by certified BMW dealer. But everything was working great and looked great when I got it back.Thank you European Collision Team!

They did a good job on repairing my Volkswagen Atlas. Worked with my insurance company. Took a little longer than expected, but I think all repair places are that way. Tyler was easy to work with. The office girls were nice enough. The parking situation is really difficult. I would use them again. They did try to not take my credit card, that was resolved quickly.

This place has horrible customer service. They don't return calls at all. And I mean at all. They call when they want. My vehicle was in there for over 2 months and I can understand pandemic related problems getting parts but tha5 wasn't the problem. The problem was once again, they just don't return calls. They are great when your vehicle is brought in because they want your business but after that they just don't care. Leaving a message with the receptionist doesn't do anything. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere where they want your business and treat you like a customer through the entire process.

This was my first time using this center, I will NOT go there again. I hit something on the freeway and since my car is an Audi I thought they would handle it correctly. Well after 6-7 weeks I finally got my car back.since it's a lease I keep an eye on the milage well I have no idea where they test drove my car that it took them 100 miles I think what bothered me the most is the lack of communication trying to get information on the status of my car was like pulling teeth out of this guy Art Escobedo, I got more & better assistance from Myra & Kelly than from Art. Andy when I picked up my car Myra assisted me & someone else gave me my car Art didn't even have the grace to come out and finish the job which is receive the car and return it to the customer. I hope I never have a problem like this but if I do this is not a place where I will go again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I never gave anyone 1 star before but European Collision Center deserves it. I damaged the passenger side front radiator on a 2018 Porsche Cayman when pulling in a gas station near los Angeles Area and we decided to take it to the nearest Porsche certified dealer in the area. We thought this could have been accomplished within 1-2 weeks but they took 34 days to repair 1 scratch on the front bumper and replace the small left side radiator. We even told them that we don't live in the area and for them to keep us updated with the status of the repair so we can have enough time to purchase plane tickets back to Los Angeles and pick it up, they failed to keep me updated and we had a really bad experience with a 10k repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Two of my cars were hit in 2018 by young /new drivers and I got both cars repaired here. One was minor fender bender and other was major 20k expense. Both repairs were very well done. Every single person at this site is very professional and customer focused.

Had some issues with being contacted and my car not being worked on when they had it for nearly 3 weeks. Though there were some problems at first, the team at European Collision contacted me and resolved all my issues. They put me in a loaner and offered to cover partial for my rental that I had previously, while the rest will be covered by the insurance. They did a good job on the repair and based on that and the final service they provided, I would recommend them. Hopefully they'll be more on the ball in the future.

Can you say EXCEPTIONAL, like forreal they are legit. Someone hit my parked car, and I brought it here for repair I dropped it of on a Monday and got it back in a little over a week. Any issue I had was promptly handled. They also offer a complementary wash after the paint cured, unfortunately I didn't make it back before my wash expired but I appreciate that it was an option.

The BEST Collision Repair Facility !! I have had a couple fender benders and this is the only place I will take my car!! The customer service and professionalism is top notch , they keep me informed with everything thats going on and return my car in a timely manner , looking brand new! I am extremelySatisfied with the work they do and have recommended many friends here as well and everyone thanks me for the recommendation!Thank you European Collsion Center you truly are the BEST !!

It took two full months to repair my car after a minor accident. They used every excuse to justify why it took so long. From not having enough workers due to the pandemic, to parts being delayed, to the insurance company will not send out an inspector. It was one after another...

JUNE 2022:BE WARE OF STORAGE CHARGES OF $200/DAY and OVER STANDARD CHARGES and THEIR CASH ONLY POLICY. THEY KEPT VEHICLE FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE TEARING IT DOWN. I had an accident, so I tried to negotiate and requested to lower the charge, but they don't show sympathy. I ended up paying 2/3 of total charges out of pocket because their charges are above industry standards which is based on CHP's data. Insurance company does not pay for over standard charges. I WOULD NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE THERE AGAIN.

I want to thank the folks at European Collision Center.Al and Bill did a GREAT job listening to my problem, reviewing the situation and fixing my car to look new again.Paint looks great, parts fit correctly and all is well aligned.I have a 2017 X5 that was previously worked on by another body shop that did a horrible job in matching the paint, getting the parts to fit correctly, forgetting to reconnect sensors and not properly aligning them.Europeen Collision, thank you very much for being patience with me and for redoing the work to factory specs.Folks, forget the rest and go with the best ..European Collision Center. Where they want to help you.

The most I've ever used the body shop the vehicle I had had been to these people three or four times I think the final trip the vehicle was considered total even though you could barely see any damage but I understand what has to be repaired the cost of repairs played a factor I would definitely recommend them the only issue I think I've ever had as they're not the most reliable as far as communication but they do get the job done so if you're one of those people that need to be handheld and always notified this may not be for the company the company for you if you just want your vehicle fixed and looking like new definitely go to them
