Took two to of my cars here. First one was for alignment early this year. Made appt and car was done within 40 minutes even though they were slightly busy. Second time - was in a car accident and they repaired my vehicle. Light, number, hood, radiator, beam, etc. this included painting hood/bumper. Shawn was patient and Efrain (mechanic) did an excellent job. Very happy with the results. Will definitely return for other services. Recommended this location to family members as well. Thank you!

I purchased a set of tires about six months ago, but one of them now has a bulge on the sidewall. I checked the warranty and it was still valid. However, the company refused to honor it, claiming that the tire was dirty as if I had hit a curb, which was not the case.When the technician arrived to inspect the car, he asked for my keys and offered to proceed without me. This was odd because the tire is on the outside of the car. Despite his offer, I went outside to observe. He looked at the tire and then checked the mileage, seemingly just trying to find a reason to invalidate the warranty.

Had a wonderful experience here at DCCC. The receptionist/front desk lady running the show was so knowledgeable and on top of things, excellent customer service. Thanks Lily! Free car wash with your oil change, I m sold. They have a little lounge with water and coffee.. 5 stars for sure!

Visited this location today, I was referred to this place by my son that takes both of his cars here. I called at 2:15 knowing they closes at 3, but I still asked if they could change my oil and I was told yes as long as I was there at 2:30. No problem I'm 7 minutes away.I arrived 2:25 and was told they couldn't change my oil. Now don't get me wrong, I understand they are closing and that's why I called, plus my son rant and raves about their good service.Well unfortunately it wasn't shown twards me, and just maybe if their service was so good, they should have the right person answering the phone, like someone that knows what is going on.Oh well, I should've never strayed away from the place I've been using for over twenty years.Goodbye Downey Car Center... We know they don't CARE.Never again!!!!Oh and my son will not be going back either.As a business owner, it's good to know family sticks together!!!

Came in for a car wash and ended up getting an oil change. Attendant was super helpful and professional. Got the whole service done in about an hour. Suggested a few other services my car needs after a diagnostic, and I'll definitely be coming back to get them done here.

My 76 year old mom would trust her local Honda dealership to fix her car. After breaking a bolt on her car then turning around and trying to charge her $500 to fix it I took matters into my own hands. Downey Car care had great reviews so I wanted to give it a chance. They did not disappoint. The level of service and communication provided was top tier service. I received regular updates along with pictures of the parts that required repair. My mom's car is running like a new one. Technical Advisor Luis was fantastic. I trust my mom will be safe driving her vehicle. I highly recommend Downey Car Care.

I loved the service provided by Dana at the tire center. He was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I was able to have my tires delivered the next day and was offered an Uber home and back. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it had gotten a car wash. I would completely recommend this place.

Took my car in for 100,000 service. They provided a complete inspection and did the work. They also said I needed some transmission work done and I knew that so they were honest. They didn t have the parts and recommended a transmission shop. I felt good because they took care of me and were not interested in making money off me for the transmission work they couldn t do but instead gave me advice on what to do to solve my problem. This was an horrible experience for service, is was not efficient at all, I was quoted 45 minutes to complete an simple oil change and this took over 2.5 hours!!!! It was my first time so it was a promotion for a free car wash. I was excited for a free wash but when it came down to it, I was only allowed a basic wash!!!! I know other places allow you to choose the top of the line wash and also the oil change IA over priced!!!! Car wash was not even a wash, my car was still dirty!!!! Never again will I return, I do not recommend to anyone.

It was my first time going to this place for car work. They scanned my car and completed my oil change and notified me of a potential oil leak. Dana was at the front desk. He was super nice and very communicative. He checked in on everyone who was waiting on their cars multiple times while I was there and was able to have everything completed before my lunch period ended. Great experience. Will be going back.

We got off to a little rocky start but Dana was very polite and accommodating so that made up for our rocky start that basically pertained to my appointment time but my car service was performed and my car ready within the timeframe as promised.The parts used for the replacement of my headlights housing, light bulbs and front and back window wipers met my expectations. In fact, the window wipers are so sharp and quiet the best I have had installed over many years.I was looking for a local mechanic and I think I may have found my go to mechanic and parts replacement spot!! Kudos to all of you!!

Great customer service, reasonable prices and prompt service as well. The car wash is top notch. Definitely will be taking my cars there and they give you warranty on their service.

I brought my car in for break service after making an appointment as early as 8am. The service took all day, from 8am to 6pm. This is the second time I bring a car here and service takes all day long. Not only do they take all day to service your car you also have to keep calling to check for any update on your car. I think if I wouldn't of called my car would still be at the shop the next day. This is horrible! After reading some old reviews I see they tend to over book appointments all the time and thishas been happening for years! Its now obvious to me that the customer service manager has done nothing regarding this situation even after responding to all this complaints in the pass. If you value your time stay away from this place nothing will change. Now one of the center caps for one of my wheels fell off. Must have not been properly installed when they put my tires back on.

I came in and explained what was going on with my car, and the technician hooked up his device and got the error codes from my car. He told me what' the codes meant and possible reasons. I left my car, he called me later with diagnosis and estimate. The next morning my car was ready and running great. Professional and quick.

My husband and I have taken our cars here for the past 1-2 years. They've been very professional and honest of their recommendations. Their customer service is great! For example, I just took my car in and their diagnostic tool recommended a change in transmission fuel and we approved it. But we got a call from Luis and recommended that we don't do the transmission because it may cause more damage to the car. He said, if it really needs to get done, take it the dealer so it doesn't ruin your car. He was honest, he saved us money and my car is working great! Thank you!

Very organized and professional establishment. The waiting area is equipped with snacks & refreshments, comfortable seating and TV. I especially like that you are able to monitor the work being done on your vehicle through an online account they text to you. The mechanics upload pics of the issues found and provide their recommendations. The cherry on the top is that they provide a free car wash once done with your vehicle.

Mike was very helpful and kind with my questions. He let me know how long the wait would be for the car alignment to begin. After being involved in a hit and run and not really knowing what else to check on the car his assistance was greatly appreciated. They provide water in an air conditioned room with tvs to help the time go by faster. If you re nervous or scared on where to take your car go here and help your anxieties go away!

This is my second time getting service done on my car. I was very satisfied how quickly my car was seen and was able to be back on the road. Lilly was the best cashier, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, she kept me posted with my cars repairs and even made few breakfast suggestions. Thank you Lily and Downey Car Care Center staff.

Extremely disappointed with the car wash portion of the business. I paid 52 dollars to get a hand wash, and the rims were dirty as if no one while washing the vehicle scrubbed them. The carpet on the back of my suburban was dirty. The exterior of the SUV had dirty water stains, along with yellow stains from parking my vehicle under a tree that releases tree sap. When all of this was mentioned to management they did nothing to resolve the issue, they had the nerve to tell me that I purchased the basic package that I should have paid more money for a higher package. The managers on the floor only care to push cars out, quality control does not exist here. Save your money and go somewhere that cares!

I needed a wheel alignment done on my car as soon as possible and decided to stopped by the Downey Car Care Center on a Saturday. Even though they had a full schedule and I didn't have an appointment they managed to squeeze in my wheel alignment in. Very happy with their service.

Came in on a Saturday as a walk in. They were short staffed but was told upfront about the wait time. The gentleman at the counter was direct and friendly. He was on top of it! Showed sence of urgency, handled the situation very professionally. And lastly, car was done before the estimated time. No up selling or arm twisting to do additional repairs.I will definitely come back.

5 star for customer care. BUT.... Had to bring in my car 3 different times for a oil leak. Paid twice, and on the third visit was told I need to replace more parts. Poor oil leak diagnosis. I was told to change oil housing, sensor and many other things. Now I'm being told it's the gaskets.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I m always satisfied with the service I go in for which is an oil change. It comes with free car wash that honestly they do a bad job at. I always notice spots not properly vacuumed and whipped down. This last time in particular you can clearly see finger prints on the trunk door and again visible spots Not vacuum.Go for oil change and pass on the car wash!

Downey Car Care Center was professional and efficient and they were honest about what needed to be repaired . I only have one complaint and it s not with the Car Repair area. I came here previously and The guys in the car wash did not let me know my car was ready and I was waiting for probably an extra 15-20minutes before I walked over myself to discover my car parked on the side.

The motor of my window stopped working, someone else tried to work on it and made it worse to the point were the window fell all the way down so I was in dire need to get it fixed. I called many places and ended coming here because it was the closest to my house. I got an estimate over the phone and an appointment for 2 days later. The staff was helpful and prompt my only complaint is that it s so confusing pulling up and not knowing which door to go to for sign in. Other than that my window was fixed and so far it s good.
