Although my repairs were adequate and timely, when I picked up my car, many personal items were missing. They were either lost or stolen. For instance, my center console was empty, some items were missing from my glove box, and a bag of my kids' toys and books was gone. When I dropped off my car, I asked whether I should remove all of my belongings from the cab. I was told, "No need," because repairs were only being done to the rear bumper. Based on that, I only took out my kids' car seats. The repair shop refused to take full responsibility. Even though the value of my missing items was over $400, the repair shop only offered a $100 gift card. I do not recommend this place to anyone due to dishonest business practices.

Crash Champions living up to their name! Not only was the process very easy and fast, they took great care of us. We were kept up to date on the process. Eli our rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Actually, everyone we spoke with was. My husband is very detailed and after inspecting the vehicle he was satisfied. So satisfied that we just sent our first referral.

Worst experience. Had my belongings stolen. I trusted them with my vehicle and they apparently left it out in the parking for almost two weeks. Never returned my call for updates. When they finally called me to pick up, my vehicle was vandalized locks where broken. My tools and lock boxes stolen. Whoever had my key left it open and my stuff was taken. Management didn't do anything about it. Hope they lose business from this honest review. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this was going to happen. Negligence by the auto shop personnel. 0 out of 10.

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone I know!! The customer service was EXCELLENT! The auto body repair/work was AWESOME! They made it so easy for us and kept us in the loop the whole time! I also like how we were able to pick up and drop up our rental at at CRASH CHAMPIONS! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond for us!! Took my Toyota Rav4 for an out of pocket estimate on Dec. 11, 2023. Almost New Year and I haven t received a quote. I went to visit and called a week after, all I get is the guy is still working on your quote It s just a broken camera side mirror. I tried their online quote and got it within 20 minutes, the only problem is the quote doesn t include the camera and the stabilization. Never coming back here. I went to Penske, just 5 minutes away and I got the quote immediately. Too bad because before they changed their name I used to take my cars and recommended friends and family for body repairs, no more.

Like always, Crash Champions exceeds my expectations! I should seriously have a Crash Champions punchcard. Was there twice in the span of a month.Ellie is the absolute best, she communicates, she s kind, she makes sure that I leave completely satisfied with the service. Please give that gal a raise I was considering changing insurance and I had to make sure the new one worked with CC s. Because customer service is extremely important to me and that + getting your car fixed is what they specialize in.Thank you all for everything!

I took my 2021 double Cab Toyota Tacoma for frontend and dual passenger door damage to Crash Champions. I was a bit skeptical due to a few unsatisfied reviews that previous customers had left. however I decided to give them a try and was completely satisfied with the quality of work that they provided. the Staff was great and most importantly, kept me informed throughout the process

DON T EVER GO HERE THEY STEAL ALL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM THE CAR. THEY STOLE THE RADIO, AN ANTENNA, & REFRACTION TIRES THEN WHEN I REPORTED IT TO THEM THEY SAID THEY COULDN T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Exceeded expectations. Great service. Extremely friendly reps. Dropped off vehicle on a Friday picked up on Tuesday. Damage repaired, painted and parts replaced. Repair looks good. Ellie was absolutely phenomenal in all aspects. From start to finish she was very communicative. I know my words will fall short on showing how truly grateful I am for the work that was done to my vehicle. I wish it was under other circumstances that I met Ellie, however, out of this accident I had the opportunity to work with crash champions again. Took my car to get fixed after a hit&run, I received my car back a week earlier than expected but, after two weeks I have gotten a nail in my tire, I check my trunk for my OEM tools and find out they are missing. My 2 piece jack and my lug wrench. It gets worse. Luckily I have my own tools. The tech who worked on my car cross-threaded one of the nuts and studs. As well as the fasteners for my bumper plastics were done incorrectly. It's been over a month that I've been trying to get in contact with getting my tools back and no luck.
