The slowest place on the planet. I went in to have a flat fixed. There was no cars in the bays and 3 people standing around.nobody worked on another car while I was there and it took them 2.5 hours to patch my tire and then they wanted 35 bucks for it.The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it wouldn't except 0 stars. If this was the last tire place in California I would have my car towed to a different state.

Dan will set you up with the correct tires and knows his products extremely well. Your vehicle is in good hands with Dan at Allen Tire. They do fantastic work. I have been going there for a very long time. I trust them.

A man of his word! DAN fixed a problem we had because of several circumstances, the rain caused delay, but true to his word the problem was resolved, a bit of patience on both parties and I m a happy customer recommending this location! Have faith patience and understanding he will do what he can to help you.

Allen Tires in Downey is the best! Dan and the guys are always available to help me out with all my tire needs! We have been bringing our cars here for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. Great service always!

These folks were fabulous! I limped in here with a AAA spare tire on after mine got shredded on the freeway! I ended up buying 3 quality tires and Dan took very good care of me! Wow! I was so blessed to find them!

I had a flat tire in the pouring rain so I had AAA take me and my car to Allen Tire. Dan P. the manager was so helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me my new tire and on my way. I had to go to work and felt so stressed out. He definitely showed concern and saved the day!

everything was done great and perfect. I got tires there about a year ago. Ran over some nails had to replace one tire took it in. Got everything done once again wonderful job.

Horrible service, when I got my tires done not even one week of driving my car my tire blows out. Call them to let them know that they possibly sold me a bad tire, they did not want to help me at all and hung up on me. The good reviews on here are probably The workers or the families writng the reviews. Would not recommend this place until they replace the rude workers.

Ordered a set of tires from goodyear and had them installed here, great costumer service and speedy good quality of work, Dan is also great as he went above and beyond to help on a issue that I had with my paperwork for the order

Terrible customer service. Dan is very sarcastic and rude. I walked away from a scheduled service ($500) due to his condescending attitude. I am a Downey resident and I DO NOT recommend this place. Plenty of friendly places here in Downey stay away from this place

Super nice helpful staff. My tire had a big screw and they were able to patch up my tire. Excellent and fast service, super clean facility as well.

They service my vehicle oil change but were unable to reset the service light on the dashboard. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership and they charged me to reset my service light. Complete waste of time and money.

Allen tire company wouldnt be anything without its customer service and its sense of urgency, Dan (representative) and Dean (mechanic) always are there to help out. If you want a job well done with smile this is the place to go. Tremendous duo, thanks for all you guys do for the community. P.s. don't go to Pep boys.

I went here a few months back when it comes to oil changes I will do a 3/5 mostly because they didn t even replace the oil filter I had to come here mostly due to reviews and because my car is extremely low to the ground that I couldn t do my oil change for once. When it comes to tire changes I say they are a solid 5/5 when it comes to warranty and pricing.

Amazing service. Manager Daniel is old-school honest and his crew top notch. They serve clients like a pit crew. I drove in for a flat repair. Allen Tire in Downey gave me tire balance and a tire pressure monitoring kit.

I went in for a tire patch due to running over a nail on the road. Immediately when I entered an associate greeted me and asked what I need help with! He did a great job with the patch on the tire and was pretty quick as well. Also, the Store Manager Dan provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place if you ever have a flat tire! Will definitely be returning again as this place cares about its customers :)
