I was looking to get a Mach-E and had lots of questions. My local dealer had a bunch in stock, but the prices at RonDuPratt were the best around, so I gave them a call. The sales guy, Bill, answered all my questions. Since he also owns a Mach-E, I felt confident that I was talking to the right guy. Besides being very knowledgeable about the Mach-E, he was also very friendly and great to work with. Since I lived about 2 hours away from the dealership, Bill helped make the process as smooth as possible. I sent him pictures of my trade and he was able to give me a fair price for my trade. We also got all the credit app stuff started before I got there.When I got there, there were no surprises. I got for my trade what we agreed upon. I got the Mach-E for the price we agreed upon. They had my finance paperwork ready when I got there. I worked with Tiffany in finance to do all the paperwork. She was also very efficient and very friendly.Overall, amazing experience from start to finish !

I recently purchased a new F-150 and was very happy with the overall experience. I contacted the dealership a few days before the purchase and had a straightforward negotiation over the phone. We came to a tentative agreement, and began doing the paperwork via text and email exchange that day. On the day of the purchase, my new truck was parked in front of the dealership and the staff member I was in contact with was waiting for me when I arrived. I was in and out in about an hour and a half, with no surprises or unexpected fees or price hikes. All in all, a pleasant change from most car buying experiences.

Had an excellent buying experience with Rebecca H. Was able to call that morning and take negotiations, pricing, and incentives all over the phone. Came to the dealership and took just an hour to do paperwork and go over everything. Transparent pricing and great service- I hope to be back soon!

Great buying experience at Ford Dixon. My sales guy was honest and up front. No pressure environment and no drama. They make it too easy to order and lots of help along the way. I also love the people in service. Great communication!

Even though we bought a used car from another brand, the salesperson was beyond helpful, friendly, NOT pushy and fun! Found the right vehicle at the right price, never got the "shady car dealer" vibes and felt like I was being told the truth at all times. We almost bought a truck from them years ago and had the same honest feeling about them so that's 2-for-2 in the "trustworthy" camp. Also one of the faster car buying experiences we've had. Overall, a great experience and I felt well-cared for the entire time.

We had a great experience with Ron DuPratt Ford. They stuck with us all the way through the negotiation process with other Ford dealerships and came out on top because of their great personal service and commitment to the best price possible. Ron DuPratt Ford is not your typical Auto Mall dealership; we felt personally taken care of by Steve while we were there and we would recommend working with him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. My son had a flat tire right off of I-80 near Dixon last night so we called AAA bc he had no spare tire.Marcos from Ron Dupratt Ford Towing showed up about an hour later and he was PHENOMENAL. Instead of towing, which would ve cost us over $100, he offered to patch it. He pulled this large piece of metal debris from the tire, patched it and we were on our way home in 15 mins. He then texted us to make sure we made it home ok - just WOW!He was friendly, courteous and by far, the BEST tow truck driver with the BEST customer service experience we ve ever had.Whoever Marcos reports to, he deserves a raise!!! When you have good employees like that, you take care of them to ensure they stay. He is out there making a good name for your company -THANK YOU MARCOS!

I just moved here from Illinois and brought my Expedition in for a recall. They went above and beyond I feel like and they drove me home to Vacaville after I dropped it off. They will definitely be my go-to Ford dealer from here on out!

I've been searching for a new truck for nearly a year and finally discovered the perfect one at a dealership in Dixon. The sales staff was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. When I mentioned I'd be driving several hours, they kindly waited for me while preparing the truck for the final sale, ensuring it was in excellent condition upon my arrival, perhaps to ensure I wouldn't reconsider. Both the sales manager and associates were friendly and straightforward, providing a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle. They were honest when unsure about certain questions, which I greatly valued over receiving vague responses. Before my visit, they also conducted a video walkthrough and addressed several specific towing questions related to the model's VIN. Overall, my experience was highly positive, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ron Dupratt Ford and I am very happy with their customer service as well as the whole experience. Dealing with Mason during the sale was easy and it was obvious that he was very trustworthy. The car has been great overall and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately, the battery in the car died (these things happen), but the team over at Ron DuPratt took care of it and made sure I was reimbursed for the cost of the battery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that's exactly what you want when purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely go there again and I would highly recommend checking them out.

We had a great experience working with Ron DuPratt Ford for the purchase of our first new car. Even though we experienced some delays outside of DuPratt's control for our new Bronco to be delivered, we felt the dealership was doing all that was within their power to make things right. Sales and financing was a smooth process and we're happy with the warranties we purchased. We would absolutely recommend this dealership (and our salesperson Rebecca!) to our friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Ron DuPratt. Steve Curran was my sales manager, along with Tony Castro. The experience was smooth, they provided excellent customer service all along the way. Low pressure, and they weren t adding markup like I ve experienced at other dealers. I highly recommend!

Service department seems unorganized and a bit hostile to questions. I called first thing this morning and spoke with a young man and asked for an estimate to get my F-350 diesel engine oil and transmission serviced. I was told I would get my estimate via text message later today. Fast forward to 4:PM and no text message I called the service department again this afternoon. I asked a young lady for an estimate for a FULL synthetic engine oil and transmission service. She told me they only use a synthetic blend. She also went on to say they won t be able to give me my estimate because they don t have F-350 VIN number and they don t stock Full synthetic oil, WHAT?

We started the process of ordering a new Ford Maverick Hybrid back in the summer of 2022. We finally took delivery on 11/18/23. The reason we chose this dealership even though there are 6 others that are much closer, is because they were the ONLY one that was not tacking a "Market Adjustment" onto the MSRP. We were kept informed by our salesman, James, over the excruciating 15 month wait. Our delivery experience was also very pleasant, as the F&I manager did not waste our time trying to force extras into the deal once we said we were not interested. We were in and out of his office in 15 minutes. While we would never preorder another vehicle from Ford, we would definitely give more business and referrals to this dealership. They have a great inventory, including a full line of MustangEs.

I ordered a truck through this dealer after dealing with a few other dealerships that try and press you into things you don t want or need. It was a great experience, quite a relief from what you would expect from a dealership. Working with Shannon was quite different then most sales people I ve dealt with in the past, she listened to what I wanted and didn t press unwanted upgrades and also gave me tips to get the truck sooner then the typical build/delivery timeline. I will be buying from them in the future.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle from these guys. It was fast and hassle free. The staff was very friendly and professional. Brandon, my sales rep, was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the whole process as far as the status of the vehicle and getting it ready for pick up when he arrived. On the day of purchase, he had everything ready to go and went over all the features of the vehicle. He was accommodating and I d say he went above and beyond. So thank you Brandon and Ron DuPratt. You guys are awesome!

Great experience custom ordering my Ford Maverick. Bill was the person that worked with me the most and was incredible, walking in just a couple days after Ford announced the Maverick he was happy to chat about it and knew much more than I was expecting considering they literally just announced it. They were happy to let me test drive a Ranger since it was the closest thing they had on the lot which helped my decision. He directed me how to place my reservation so that they could turn it into an order and a couple days later I went in to sign the papers, got verbal confirmation that they were able to sell it at MSRP (which I was worried about considering the chip shortage) and we got the order put in. I called a couple times in the time before the truck arrived and they were happy to give me the VIN and order number so I could track the truck after I got my build date. After the truck arrived they let me go and see it even though it was in the service department on a lift getting a recall checked. Ron was super super friendly and answered a lot of questions I had, he was as excited about it as I was and made my experience a lot better. Actually buying the truck I was anxious that they wouldn't stick to the verbally agreed price, since I didn't get a written and signed copy, but they did, and they helped me with the process of applying the Ford Student rebate which saved some extra money :) I qualify for the first responder rebate as well and they still submitted both even though (according to them) it's rare that Ford accepts more than one. I was only available in the evening and came in as early as possible but Bill ended up staying after they closed as we finished everything up but still didn't make me feel rushed and helped me get familiar with the new truck. 10/10 experience I really appreciate the help from everyone at the dealership and I'll probably order my next vehicle from them.

Do not waste your time in Woodland, go straight to Dixon and Ron DuPratt Ford! You'll save money and have such a better selection of vehicles to choose from, its rediculous and probably unfair to the other dealers with the wide selection Ron gets!
