I don t usually post reviews but I have to post my great experience with them. Eric and his team went above and beyond for my car.My car was breaking down bad, I had very little hope for it because it felt like it was just one thing after another but Eric was confident he could get it up and running. And let me tell you when I got it back it felt brand new.He also just did little things that he didn t have to, like check my tire pressure, top off my fluids, and was overall kind. When I asked questions he made sure to explain them in a way someone who isn t too knowledgeable about cars would understand. By far the best experience I have ever had at any car service center.

We were on the road and had unexpected car troubles. The team at Import Masters got us in right away and did a quick yet thorough job and got us back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price. Thanks for keeping our family safe over the holidays!

Big shout out to Alex at import masters I brought him my 2006 Range Rover sport with some electrical issues and he was able to get me a free quote and honest opinion on a solution for my car. Great folks over here will definitely keep in mind for future business.

Eric, the manager and the guys are very nice. They did a brake job on my Mercedes.Eric even topped off my oil for no charge. And it s great because I literally live down the road from the shop. I will definitely be returning for service. 10/10 recommend!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Took my car here ,Eric was amazing, didn t want to take my money, which is rare in this world. I had to force him to take my money . I even bought him and another mechanic lunch . Stranded motorist from out of state, but with the good fortune to land at Import Master's in Dixon, CA. Eric was not only knowledgeable and quick to solve the problem(s), but I was treated with honesty & integrity, and beyond fair pricing. He knew exactly what was wrong, what to trouble shoot. Eric explained and answered all of my questions, and beyond, even checking routine maintenance things without my asking. (They also pointed out a nail in my tire when it was on the rack as well as a tire place to take care of it.) Cannot recommend Eric and his staff highly enough, as mentioned in other reviews! I am in CA regularly, and now have a dependable car service here too.

I was at a dealership down the road for a routine oil change and because my car was not the same brand as the dealership they wanted to charge me $130 in labor to replace the light bulb in my tail light. After walking away from that deal I drove down the street to Import Master and told Eric that my tail light was out. He stopped what he was doing, replaced the light bulb in 5 minutes, and didn't charge me for it. That's good old fashioned service for ya. I'd recommend checking this place out.

Oh my goodness, we were on the way to Napa and my car started shaking and the check engine light came on. There were only two Auto shops open on a Sat and Import was one of them. They were SO friendly and helpful and took us right away and got to us asap and we re very up front about the job that needed to be done and what they could do in the time frame that we needed. Their price point was unbeatable and we are so so thankful and grateful to them.

I really appreciated the quality work that Eric did last week on my car. I needed the work to be done well and quickly, he did both. He also helped me locate parts for my car (he didn't have the parts in his data base). Once the parts come in, he will do the repair work for me. He provided a quote quickly for all the repairs I needed and didn't try to sell me more than my car needed.As a woman, I am always hesitant to visit new car shops, in fear of them taking advantage. However, with Import Master I felt completely comfortable with the price and repair work. He was also very polite, professional, and patient with me, which I appreciate. My engine started shaking on my way to visit my boyfriend's mom in the hospital, so I had it towed here. A sensor needed to be cleaned and they checked everything, test drove it and sent me on my way for no charge at all despite me demanding to pay lol. The nicest auto shop I've ever been to in all of California. Can't recommend enough.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Absolutely 5 star experience every time. Major and minor repairs on my 2010 Prius. Eric is super knowledgeable and professional and goes above and beyond. Repairs done quickly at a great price. Clean new facility. 100% recommend.

Very happy with the work done by Eric! We had a major problem with our Honda Accord and Eric worked step by step to identify and then resolve the problem. The work done was very thorough and he kept me updated regularly. Definitely old school quality customer service, something that's really hard to find these days. Glad they opened their shop in Dixon, we will definitely go back there for any future maintenance needs and/or repairs.Service: Transmission repair

My granddaughter received a quote from a dealer for a timing belt replacement for a little under $3,000.00 I suggested she stop by Import Master Auto Service to get a second estimate. She spoke with Eric. Eric gave her an estimate of $1,200 to $1,300. She was greately relieved but still shocked that she had that kind of bill facing her. The dealer strongly recommended that she get it done within 2 months due to the time elapsed from the last time it was changed. Eric told her it was more about the mileage and use than the time. He offerred to open it up and take a look at it. He looked at the belt and showed us that it looked just fine and didnt show any of the signs that it was getting close to needing replacment. He told her it probably had another 50,000 miles left on it based on what he saw at this point. He closed it up and refused any type of payment for his time and just told her he would apprefciate her business when she needed something done to the car. She was greatly relieved and Eric gained a customer for future repairs, oil changes, tire rotations,, etc. Sounds to me like this is that "hard to find" "honest auto repair shop".Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

The owners son is a crook quoted $1600 for a job that cost $750 for a catalytic converter.I know people who works for this guy personally.
