First time here and came here for a smog. From the first time that I called inquiring about the service to the moment I left - impeccable service. Great value for the service I received and because of their this and my experience, we will use them again for other services. Great local and professional business. Highly recommend.

Took my car in for AC diagnostic and repairs, higher than what my normal diagnostic fee has been, over $100. Gave them green light on fixing issue only to get another call back about a spliced wire that was not originally found. They do not do wiring, so my issue is not fixed, and if they $100+ diagnostic had found all issues originally I would have forgone the repair as it s an older car and I barely wanted to pay the first quote vs. the value of the car overall. Also I confirmed I could pickup by 5pm only to arrive at 4:30 with the place locked up and closed early without a phone call. Won t be back.

Just finished getting a smog certification at First Choice for an out of state car. Christina was very nice and helpful and explained the quick process. Did not have an appointment. We re literally out of there in 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

I had lost my husband and needed to smog his car. They were understanding and took car of me right away. Fast, easy and very professional. They were able to fit me in without an appointment and I was grateful. It only took minutes and the location was very easy to find. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends! I was extremely satisfied.

I don't know where to start!!! There are no words to describe how happy I am that I found First Choice Automotive!! Five stars just aren't enough. I will NEVER go anywhere else. After doing a ton of searching online for a repair facility I found First Choice Automotive. I called a number of times with a number of questions never once did Christina make me feel like I was bothering her ! She was incredibly kind, friendly and informative. Then I had my car towed in and wanted them to look at a number of things I though could be problematic. I received a call from Thom and he explained everything that we should and could do. Not trying to oversell me. He let me know what was important, what could wait and what was not needed. He invited me to come down to the shop before he started and showed me the vehicle and the best timeline for doing certain repairs. The repairs were thorough and quick. Thom, Christina and and everyone that works at First Choice Automotive are a rare find in the service industry. They are fair, kind and above all trustworthy. Isn't that everything you could want!! If you need a vehicle repair, look no further "First Choice Automotive is the first and only shop you will ever need. Perfect Name for the Perfect Company !! I am SO happy I found you!

These guys diagnosed the problem with my poor car quickly and were extremely friendly and very personable. They were kind enough to let me store my car there for a couple of extra days at no charge and even waived the diagnostics fee.I was really impressed with their professionalism and customer service and I recommend everyone give them a try for their car maintenance needs.

They knew my check engine light wasn t working but still charged me for a smog check anyway. Would ve been nice to be informed about the check engine light not working before performing a smog check. Why would you even run a check knowing it wasn t going to pass because of the check engine light not working. Not cool, not honest. I do not recommend

Worst place in town to do a work job in your cars . I had two pay in another place for the same job, because according to them they did not change or put the right pieces. I went back to tell them and show them what I paid for a job that they were supposed to do for me, and they told me that they will give me a phone call ,as soon the boss come back, but they never call me for a clarification. Please don't go there!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BY TAKING YOUR CARS THERE!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went in for a smog check - fast, friendly service. And he told me that there is evidence of rodents on the engine block. And told me to get some moth balls and put on both sides of the engine compartment to keep them away! Awesome!

I was having a difficult time getting my car to pass smog . They resolved the problem . Another time I had to have my car towed to their shop because it wouldn t start . I thought it was an expensive issue. It wasn t . I find them to be honest and reasonable.

I've used them in the past and the service has been good. But don't bet on them being open on a Saturday when you need a smog check.

Had a check engine light on, they ran the code for me at no charge. They were also able to tell me what the code indicated.
