This review section is full of 5 star reviews for good reason. Eddie is an awesome guy. I respect the fact that he will drop what he's doing and take the time to go over any customers needs/wants for their truck no matter how busy he is. His techs are also very knowledgeable. I Brought my truck in for a fuel system and a new turbo and it woke my Old diesel up. Install was clean and leak free. Only shop my truck will ever see.

My 6.4 died at a stoplight in Sacramento and I had the truck towed to Future Ford. They diagnosed the failure as a high pressure fuel pump and sent me a $15,000 repair estimate. I towed the truck to Eddie and he fixed it for $750. I think thats about all you need to know about this shop. I wouldn't take a Ford Diesel anywhere else.

If you have a diesel and you want any kind of work done, Do yourself a favor and take it to fast eddies.My 7.3 is like a whole new truck and tows like a dream.Eddie is the most honest mechanic ive ever met. honest with his prices, honest if what you want is realistic for the vehicle and its condition.I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Are you questioning a shop to work on your diesel truck? Do yourself a favor, come and see Fast Eddies.We brought our 2006 F350 6.0 with 273k on the clock with injector issues. I dropped this truck off to Eddie on a Monday and he started wrenching that day. He and wonderful and friendly crew busted it out in a few days even working until 10 pm to get my work truck back to me in a swift manner. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they go above and beyond when it comes to service and making sure you as a customer know exactly what is being done to you diesel. Thank you so much Eddie and team for your hard work!

Fast Eddies is indeed fast, reliable, honest, and friendly. I brought my 2010 ram 6.7 in for a small intermittent exhaust leak that I casually looked for over several months, I told Eddie I was not in a hurry for my truck back ( just within about 3 weeks) was sufficient. To my surprise, 24 hours or so later I received a text that my truck was ready for pickup. Not only was the leak found but it was also repaired. Eddie and his crew were very friendly and professional upon drop off and pick up. I will return if I ever need diesel service again. Thank you guys for the fast quality work and for taking time to answer questions about my truck service.

I couldn t have been referred to a better shop or hoped for a more professional and knowledgeable staff (2659 miles from home)! To boot, they are humble and very personable. I don t think they ve ever met a stranger either.

I am new to the area and my truck broke down today. Fearing taking my truck to a new mechanic and getting ripped off was the first thoughts going through my head. Decided to give Fast Eddies a call and they were more then willing to take me in and get working right away. Eddie was patient and explained every possible scenario and took his time to show how much he cared about my truck and my concerns. His technician Nate is awesome as well and went above and beyond to explain what the issues with my truck are. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stop by his shop for any of your needs. Fast Eddie has an impeccable car repair business in Dixon. Mike Hamilton, Dixon s citizen of the year, highly recommended Fast Eddie to us. We received excellent and timely service at a fair price. I was on a road trip when suddenly my truck broke down on the side of the freeway. It was late in the day and I didn't know what to do. I called around to multiple shops to try to find someone who could fit my repair in next day so I could be on my way. Finally after multiple calls, Fast Eddies shop answered and I really couldn't be happier.They said I was able to drop my car off that night (even though they were closed) so I wouldn't have to leave it on the freeway. This saved me a huge amount of headache.I was very impressed with everything from the customer service to quickness of the repair. Eddie is a very experienced mechanic so I had no doubt in my mind that everything was done by the book.I picked up my truck after only one day and started driving it on the 600 mile trip home. My truck ran perfectly the whole drive and I have confidence it will continue to do so.Thank you all so much for your help!

A big thank you to Fast Eddie s. This shop is highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service. My truck was in and out of there relatively fast for being such a busy shop. Workmanship was clean and professional. They really take care of your vehicle as if it was their own. Anytime I have an issue with my truck, I know where I m headed. Thank you. I definitely recommend Fast Eddies.

If you have a truck, the only place to take it is Fast Eddies. He is an excellent mechanic. Eddie found issues I didn't even know I was having and other shops either looked past or failed to recognize. My 97 OBS 7.3 is in much better shape after going to Eddie. Fast Eddie's is the only truck shop to go to.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Eddie and his team are great mechanics who will take amazing care of you and your truck. I have found myself a life-long diesel shop to go to. My 03' 7.3 was hard starting and had leaks left and right, a few days with Eddie and it rode brand new and is no longer leaving oil and fuel stains in front of my house! If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly mechanic than I recommend taking your truck here.

**Honest review**If you are anywhere in the area and need repairs and/or upgrades on your vehicle BRING IT HERE!Eddies extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy (as well as the other folks at his shop)..I went in looking for some cheaper upgrades for my 06 F250 (6.0L Diesel).Eddie asked me what I was looking to get better results/performance from, my biggest complaint was the turbo lag and turbo response time when the accelerator is pushed, since I wasn t looking to spend a bunch of money, Eddie recommended a upgraded turbo actuator and tuner (CA legal).. Eddie gave me a GREAT deal price-wise and couldn t have made better recommendations!I literally drove my sluggish tank of a truck to his shop this morning, and left an hour later feeling like I was driving a gas truck because it was so responsive but still had all the perks of a diesel!!I gained about 15% boost, turbo lag is GONE and somehow my MPG improved also! My truck drives amazing now!Needless to say Fast Eddie s Diesel shop has absolutely gained another loyal customer..Thanks again Eddie for being an honest mechanic/business owner!!

What an awesome experience! We had heard good things about this shop and they were right. Brought our new to us trailblazer in with a suspected leaking axel seal. Also asked them to check the struts and shocks since it had 90K miles on it. Trina and Eddie confirmed the seals were bad but the struts and shocks were nearly new. I am amazed to find an honest mechanic! Furthermore, as my wife was driving home she got a flashing service engine soon light. Eddie said bring it in and I'll take care of it. Turned out to be an unrelated problem that he drove down to get the parts for himself and stayed late to install! If you need work done bring it to Fast Eddie's!

Fast, honest, great prices and great people! Definitely happy I found this shop. I had my truck towed in because it wouldn t start. I called Eddie, left a message and he go back to me extremely fast. I told him what happened and the trucks history, he ran some tests, figured out what it was and had my truck fixed and ready to roll out before I was even ready to pick it up! I used to take my truck to a shop in Vacaville because some friends recommended it and it was a little closer to my house, but the service here has got me willing to drive just a little farther to get work done. Definitely check this place out if you own a diesel, Eddie will treat you right and fix your ride.

Solid mechanic, the man knows his stuff. I brought my 6.7L powerstroke to him after the dealership told me my motor was shot and needed a new one. I had a feeling it wasn t that serious and after Eddie took a look at it he had it all figured out. Before long he had the thing running like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I have always had plans to do some stuff to the truck, he showed me all my options and what he recommends, I ll definitely be back! I 100% recommend Fast Eddies for all repairs no matter how big or small, and any modifications you may want done!

I met Eddie after another shop screwed my truck up, he was a real lifesaver. I have an F-450 that has the 6.4 turbo diesel which is a very technical engine that requires real training to work on. Eddie has that training. I know he's worked for Ford for 23 years, and I know he fixed in one trip what my other mechanic couldn't figure out in 10.Bottom line is Eddie fixed my truck when the other guys couldn't and that's because he has 23 years of experience and real training on all types of engines, including the 6.4. If you have a 6.4 liter turbo diesel don't make the mistake I did by using the other guys, take it to someone who has a proven track record and the real schooling that it requires to work on that engine. Just take it to Eddie. Working on a 6.4 is not like working on the 7.3, it's stupid technical with a ridiculous things you have to do just because Ford engineered it that way... and if you didn't work for Ford, you didn't get trained on those things to do.Eddie worked for Ford for 23 years and he knows what to do.Eddie also has a good work ethic and reasonable labor rate, he is just an all-around good guy. He is my mechanic for a reason and he should be yours too.You won't get better service anywhere.

Showed up without an appointment and told Eddie I was leaving for college in 3 days. He fit me in his busy schedule and had my truck back to me with no issues in 2 days. 10/10 will definitely be coming back if I have any more issues. Thank you Eddie!!

If you're looking for a good honest mechanic, Eddie is the man. After calling a few shops and getting the run around. I decided to give Eddie a call. So glad I had him do the work. My 6.0 was leaking a large amount of oil. He was able to give me a pretty fast diagnosis on the issue. Got the problem solved and had my truck the following day. And now runs sweeter than ever. Will definitely be back for future repairs

I was recommended to "Fast Eddies" by a friend and sure am glad i looked nowhere else! Eddie is a solid mechanic that was able to help me with the mainteance on my 2017 f250 and a few other upgrades! From the beginning he was able to answer all my questions and give me his opinion on what i needed for my truck! Eddie is deffinetly a mechanic worth the drive in Solano County! Dont hesitate to give Eddie and Trina a call to set up an appointment they will take care of you "fast".

Wish I could give him and his team more than 5 stars. My daughter went in the day she was coming home from college and Eddie and his crew couldn't of been nicer and understanding. I drove 6 hours to see Eddie to get my car fixed, before I come to see Eddie I took my car to Dodge dealership to get it fixed but they cannot fix my carEddie is the best he got my car fixed in one day and his personality is awesome anybody needs to get the car fixed they need to come see Eddie, you guys would not regret to bring your car over here I will guarantee that .Thank you so much for all the help Eddie you are the best!

I had an edge tuner installed on my 2003 dodge 2500 5.9 cummins by the owner Eddie. He was quick with response time when I was searching for diesel mechanics on yelp. I will be returning for future repairs on my truck. He also gave me a bunch of cool stickers and hats for free. In all I would totally recommend Eddie.

Was referred to Eddie by a friend, and was I Not disappointed! My friend was doing a full diesel build and I wanted something more basic. Eddie is able to handle it all, he was fast and knowledgeable and had me on the road in under a couple hours. Offering the best products in the business I ll be sure to refer all my friends I know as well!

I had a competition on a Saturday and they came in on the day before which they were supposed to have off, to make sure the part came in and the truck was fixed. I had a great experience and so has everyone I have spoken too who has had Fast Eddies do work on their vehicles.

Took my truck to Eddie after being told by Ford dealer that my fuel pump was leaking and the turbo seal was leaking turns out the turbo oil line was leaking. They had me in and out the next day. A honest Mechanic is hard to find well guess what I found them "Fast eddies diesel performance and repair" thanks again

Went into Fast Eddies to get a FICM tune on my 6.0. I couldn t believe the difference in responsiveness with my truck, night and day difference. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to Powerstroke motors, I usually don t let other people work on my vehicles but I would go back there in a heartbeat for any work for my truck. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and fair when it comes to his work. I would recommend him to work on your powerstroke.

Omg what godsend. Was driving through Dixon fast Eddie and Nate fixed my 7.3 up so I could tow kinda an emergency and what a great shop. Good price HONEST service. I live in Nevada but will be back for services. Great shop highly recommend
