Customer for about 4 years. They recently raised our unit s price by about 30%. We moved out of state and gave our new info, but notices about the rent increase were sent to our old address so we were caught off guard by the drastic price jump. When we spoke on the phone to ask about the increase we were bluntly told we had been notified. We were also told that we wouldn t find anything better. Definitely surprised the new owners wouldn t want to work with customers who had diligently paid for the last 4 years. Needless to say we will be removing our stuff. I don t appreciate being spoken to that way.

A bit pricey, but well maintained and seems secure. Reasonable staff does work with you. Nice.

All storage places are rip offs. Each has its own way to scam the customers. This place is no different.
