Purchased 4 tires earlier this year. After two months, I was going on a trip so I checked my tires. 3 were fine but one was over inflated to the point it pegged my gauge. There was wear right in the middle of the tire. Went back to the shop and was told their employees check the tires. If You purchase tires ftom them,you better recheck the pressure. I won't be worried about having them doing anything for me in the future.

Went In for a oil change and got a oil change clean air filters and brand-new Falken tires for my wife's car. Has to be done right. Good job guys. Thank you and I will be back

This is a 5 star Business for sure.The customer service is excellent.I had a flat tire repair done in minutes.The tire repair guy, even took the time to show me the nail he pulled out of my tire.Reasonable rates, compared to other places in town.I know where I'm buying my next set of tires.

They're an honest shop. Whenever my car has an issue they show me what's wrong and why it should be fixed. From other shops I get the sketchy vibe that they are just trying to hustle me but these employees are nice and trustworthy. I can always feel secure that these guys did the job right.

I went to Pacific Tire Dinuba for a second estimate on my truck. I trust them to give me a honest opinion before I spend a large amount of money that I don't have because I'm on a fixed income. I'm satisfied with the second opinion it saves me time and money. Thank you and I recommend this place to family and friends.

I took my car in for alignment. Charged me to do it but it was not completed because they needed to replace camber bolts. If I took it it within 2 months they would replace bolts and realign for "free" took it back. Was charged $88 for 2 bolts. This are priced around $30 . So...Realignment wasn't free. They make it a 2 time visit to charge twice. I had an appointment they should have had the parts. 2 stars because they did a good job and employees are good people.

I called for wait time on oil change and was told there was no wait time. I got there and they took about 30 min to get started. Meanwhile there was about 4 guys just talking in a Circle watching someone else do something. Seems like they waited to finish doing something so all 4 guys can come do my oil change! I should ve stayed with Dinuba Tires across Walmart, but decided to give Pacific tires a chance! Playing around part of the time. So upsetting.

10/6/2020$80 for 2 used 225-60-16 tires (includes installation price).From the time I got in line to the time I paid and left was about 40-45 minutes.After I left, I measured the tires they sold me and they each were between 6 and 7 32nds of an inch (using a tread depth gauge) which is the lowest green (good) zone level before tires start getting into the yellow (moderate) and red (bad) zones.6/2/2023$15 to rotate tires$5 to inspect brakes

Had an appointment set 4 days prior only to show up and have no one able to complete the work! Staff showed no remorse or concerns for customers time and hassle. Horrible way to run a business. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your time and go to an actual professional business.

They dont keep records on carsPoor customer serviceThey put an oversized bolt on my car during an oil change costing me $500 in repairs. Then continued to deny their responsibility in the matter because I did not have a receipt.Manager was rude and continuously rolled his eyes when speaking with me.

I use to go walmart to do my car oil change. Unfortunately, Walmart shop close due to covid19 epidemic . I was shopping where to do my oil change . I decided on Pacific tires. I bought tires there before years ago. I gave them a call and like there prices over the phone.They are really respectful and informative on their work. Best of all they get the job done quick. I recommend family members. My dad had his brakes and rotors done reasonable price. He was really happy with the brakes getting done. Best of all I recommend this place to him usually the other way around.. The crew there very helpful . Keep up the good work pacific tires .. Stay safe. God bless..

The guys there are super nice and freindly. They are always fast and efficient. My family has always gone to this shop. I love thats its family owned. They truly are people you can trust.

5 stars because even though they did t have the best price on a tire, they still mounted and balanced it for $10. Fast and really cool guys. The lady at the register is also nice.

The price is competition come here, but are sloppy if you have aluminum wheels avoid this place they will scrape side them when installing tires that what happened to mine 2016 Chevy Silverado 18 wheels. They are helpful but sloppy.

Very bad service took my truck to get hub bearing done and a so called free alignment and my numbers were way off and also got my truck back with a check engine light on when it didn't have one before. So if you like bad service then this is the place to go. Will no longer go here.

The guy who did are brakes was amazing & fast. Had alot of experince in doing brakes but i didnt fully give it its 5 star only because the other workers were goofy off in someone else car.one of them was trying to do an oil change. & the other worker keep playing around.

Honestly Ive been here a couple of times and Im never disappointed!!! I tried to change my tire changing location and tire business near home but I did not like the owner and business in how they treated me about a tire change warranty. They (Parlier Location) put a used tire without asking me and I asked for them to change it but they just gave me my receipt with no WARRANTY all capitalized. Im willing to drive to Dinuba because Pacific Tire has always gave me great service, great prices and the lady at the desk is so nice and explains what your paying for. Very well owned business!! 5+ or more stars thank you Pacific Tire:)

I have been coming to this place for three cars now and have not been disappointed ever. Good people, great service, and amazing prices.
