Ask for Thomas and he ll get the job done . No times wasted ( like other dealerships ), he helped me find the perfect car for me and my family. Couldn t be more happier with the service, he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. Shout out Kim too! Thank you again Elite Auto we will definitely be back.

I rarely leave any reviews but once I walked in customer service was top notch and treated with respect and professional helps you out with your needs and price range and always kept a convo going I do recommend coming to this place ! , Love the car !

I have spent weeks looking for my truck. i found the right one by searching endlessly on the internet at around 4:45PM on Sunday night and submitted a call back request. Kim Called back almost immediately. Took My information and we worked out a call back the next day. I get my call from Kim and she sends me to Thomas and he got my numbers in order and just when i was about to pull out cause the price wasn't right, he works his magic and now i am the proud owner of a super low milage 2006 GMC Canyon and an Elite Auto Hat and Keychain. :D Thanks you two for make this experience a great one.

Earlier this year I paid off my current vehicle and decided to wait on buying something else so I could enjoy not having a down payment. I finally decided that I needed something larger for my family and just randomly looked at Elite Auto. I found a reasonably priced van and decided to inquire about it. The staff was friendly when they reached out to me regarding the vehicle and answered all my questions. I arranged a test drive and afterwards decided to move forward with the sale. The financial manager Thomas went above and beyond to find a deal that made sense for my budget and my needs. I got a great deal on my vehicle and a fair amount for my trade. All in all I am extremely impressed with the staff at Elite Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My name Rich I purchased a Chevy truck from the car lot I give them no stars we put 4,500 down out of that 4,500 we had to pay 1,000 in payments we paid 500 on December 16 2023 then the other 500 we paid December 30 2023 after that my 30 day warranty was expired so we have nothing to do with them now march 1 2024 they took another 500 and now today march 7 2024 they just took another 500 and that been another 2 months passed my warranty the people are bunch of crooks don t give them any of ur card info I got 500 back owner wrote me check I messaged him march 7 no reply to be honest I wouldent deal with them or purchase any vehicles from them this is bunch of bull don t even purchase from the visalia lot the girl Kimberly at Dinuba lot don t know what she s doing truck had lots of problem when I got had to take back to Visalia several time ones my wife had to wait whole 8 hours just to get fixed they make the trucks look nice but have lots of problems then they don t want you to tell the bank how much you put down I m going to call bank and let them know what I really payed

My car s transmission had failed, thankfully I had extended warranty on it. Thomas was able to help me find a shop and get me into a loaner in the mean time. Outstanding customer service from him and elite auto! Thank you!

They were very patient with me during my process and gave me the best experience while trading in and leaving another dealership!! I will definitely be doing more business with this location I didn t feel like they were trying to force me in any vehicle, they actually listen to you, and give you options to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Very great employees not a dealership that just wants the money and to send you off!!!

Don t waste your time like I did. Ended up staying there for hours while they talked to the bank , trying to figure out how they going to swindle me out my money. They assured me all was well so I let my ride leave with assurance I was going to leave with the car. However at the end I was stranded. They knew I had no car so they came at me with some ridiculous numbers. 7,500 down on a 18k price tag car .don t even bother and if you do take a good look at the vehicle.

One of the best experiences I ve had in a dealership! It was friendly and the whole experience wasn t dreadful! Thanks to the team in Dinuba and a special to Thomas for making it happen!***UpdateIt s been 11 months and I needed to take my wrangler in for a check up over a weird noise and I had purchased extended warranty to cover my used car.. I m so glad that I did! Thomas and the service team has made this a real easy experience even a year after my purchase. Thanks to Elite Auto and Affordable Brake and Tires.

This is by far the most wonderful experience I've had buying a car, the gentlemen was very helpful,understanding, and patient, worked with what I had and mad sure it worked into my schedule financially , and comfortable with the paperwork. Honestly, this is by far one of the best dealerships I ve been too! They have been able to work with us like 4 times now and they have not let us down! Me and my family are beyond grateful for elite! Anthony Flores and Thomas from the dinuba location have been amazing to us! They literally go out their way to make it happen for us! After going to multiple dealers and being told no for one reason or another. We stopped at Elite auto in Dinuba we were greeted by Joao where we explained what we wanted and what others were telling us. He told us they were the best even better than anyone in town and after He and Thomas worked their magic we drove home In the Tahoe We wanted! Thank you to these 2 guys for helping us out without them we would have not gotten the SUV we wanted!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from the location in dinuba, and let me start off by saying that jo is just simply amazing!!!! He treats us like family and made it happen ones again for me and my family. I finally have the truck i have always wanted!! We couldn t be any happier. He is the best, he doesn t give up until he gets you in a vehicle. Im extremely happy and blessed for everything he has done once again. A simple call turned into purchasing my new truck!
