The salesman was fantastic! Did everything he could to insure credit approval and affordable payments. Started at, "there's no way I can afford that every month" but he didn't stop working at it until he was handing my mom the keys to her new 2023 Buick Encore.

Lino and Gus are truly an awesome experience of straight forward, easy to talk to, truck buying joy! I ve purchased three other trucks from Ed Dena s and now a fourth. They made my first Hummer EV experience amazing.

Dishonest and disrespectful staff. Baby Gap Shirt wearing Gus will tell you what you want. I test drove a car, they offered me 1/8 of what I sold my car for in less than 24 hours after we couldn t make a deal. THEY called me two days later asking if I still wanted the car, so I told them I was going to sell my car first and that they would have to come down on their asking price. After selling mine, I called them the next day and told them the price I d pay, if they want to make a deal. THEY called me BACK TO BACK after missing the first call, so I called back and asked if they were calling to make a deal, and was told GUS said come down and we ll make a deal happen, so I told them that they said that last time and only came down $500 and don t want to drive an hour if they don t give a price. They said they ll see what they can do and get back to me. 20 minutes later THEY called me and it was Gus saying only $500 off, so I told him that s the same deal and they d have to come down another $1,000 and I d do the deal right then. Gus then goes on to say with a disrespectful and arrogant tone, that s all I m going to do, look I know you want the car, and I have no fear that it ll sell, so if you don t by it someone else will. That s why you keep calling us, you know it s clean. You want the car, because it s clean. So I told him the deal was off since he was being disrespectful, so he got argumentative and said, how so? The car is clean, and that s why you want it and why you keep calling us . I told him it wasn t since it was their service writer s car and he had oil on his hands that he got into the leather steering wheel, making it rock hard and slippery, and dirty. And that I would have to do a lot to the car to make it clean . He had nothing else to say, so said ok and hung up. If you count, THEY CALLED ME 5 TIMES and I called them 1 time and returned THEIR CALL I missed once. Gus is an arrogant and disrespectful salesman, especially when you don t let them screw you over and tell them you got 8 times what they offered you for your car in less than 24 hours.

I had a check engine light on and off randomly, and the "low power" message on the dash center, Richard and his team found the problem and replaced the part under warranty, and while they were fixing it they loaned me a vehicle , so I wasn't stuck or in trouble. I recommend this distributor 100%.

Excellent as always, how wish I was informed just a little about features on the truck I picked, I think it was a little on me for not asking the right questions and on the sales rep for not telling me.still was a great experience, super nice .

Excellent place to purchase a vehicle. Lino the salesman was great and got me in line to order 23 Corvette C8 and sold it to me MSRP. Ed Dena s has not marked up any vehicle above manufactured retail price. I will be buying all my Chevy vehicles from Ed Dena Chevrolet in Dinuba

Ed Dena's wouldn't even call me back after telling me they would. I was looking to buy a Tahoo or Yukon and pay cash for it on the spot. Both internet sales people told me they would get back to me, neither did. I even tried calling back 2 days later to try to reach someone again and was told I would get a call back in 5 to 10 minutes. Nope no call back. Went to Keller's and paid cash for a really nice Yukon. I'm sorry my business wasn't good enough for you Ed Dena's. Maybe you just sell so many vehicles that you don't care.

I live nearby but had been taking my truck to another GMC dealership farther away for service. I would like to make Ed Dena's my go to service dealership but would like to receive service discount coupons like the other dealership provides.I was happy with the on-line appointment system and was in and out in a reasonable time. Staff was nice and friendly to work with.

I was there to have my park assist module installed. EVERYONE at dealership acts in a very highly professional and courteous manner. They re absolutely the best at what they do. My only complaint is with GM taking now 14 month to provide modules that they are installing in new vehicles. Im still waiting for my much needed heated steering wheel .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER - This review is a long read, but it may save you some heartache and money if you take the time!I have 30 years of purchasing cars and trucks in multiple states. I just had the worst experience I've ever had in car buying. The type of games played while attempting to purchase a truck through Ed Dena GMC in Dinuba, CA, is why the car buying is so hated and dealerships so reviled. After weeks of searching for a 2024 GMC 2500HD AT4 I thought I'd found it at Ed Dena GMC. I negotiated with the sales manager, and we agreed on an "Out The Door" price of $91,000. The truck was still in transit, and knowing the new model year was hard to find, I placed $1,000 down to hold the truck. Furthermore, I secured my loan through USAA and informed them I would also place $20,000 down. I hoped to streamline the process since I was traveling from Utah to California to pick up the truck. I wrongly thought that everything was good to go and above board. The first hint that things were going downhill was when I was informed that they would require a back-up loan in case my loan wasn't approved. I argued that my loan was approved for far more than the truck was worth. They had the proof in their possession... the actual loan approval and processing instructions from USAA!!! After discussing how foolish this was, I was informed by the sales manager that this was to protect them. The choice given to me was to accept their loan and get pre-approved or shop for a truck elsewhere. I had a loan!!! They had the paperwork!!! I reluctantly accepted their terms after they said they would only process the loan if I disappeared with the truck and canceled my loan with USAA. Red Flag!!The truck finally arrived at the dealership two weeks later than expected due to unforeseen transport/carrier issues. Once on their lot and after multiple discussions with their sales team, I purchased plane tickets and made arrangements to travel to California.Hours before departing Utah, I was informed that a cashier's check for the $20,000 would no longer work for the down payment. They wanted the $20,000 in cash!!!! What the hell?!?!?!? ANOTHER RED FLAG!!! I have never heard of a cashier's check not being accepted. Nobody wants to carry around that amount of cash. So, after having a lengthy discussion with the sales team and how this was starting to feel like a scam, I again gave in and pulled $20,000 in cash out of my bank account.Again, hours before I was to depart Utah, I asked if they could please send any paperwork I could complete before arriving to expedite the process. They finally sent their "required" back-up loan via email. Now, their game was revealed. The truck's price had jumped several thousand dollars beyond the documented "Out the Door" price we agreed upon weeks before. Furthermore, the interest rate was 8.6%!!! I have over an 800 credit score, and USAA, taking care of veterans as they always do, gave me 6.4%. I was beside myself. This loan and the new price were being forced upon me only hours before my departure.I had a lengthy discussion with the managers, and they would not budge. They tried to convince me that there was a mistake made on their side but never accepted responsibility or the fact that we had a documented and agreed-upon price. The new price reflected on their back-up loan would be the price, take it or leave it. I demanded my $1,000 deposit back which they didn't fight me over, thankfully. So, I am out three weeks of time, over $1,000 in plane tickets, and without a vehicle. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt for almost three weeks. I accepted the Red Flags and gave in to their demands. My mistake. I'm old enough to know better. The way I see it, Ed Dena GMC in Dinuba, CA, just purchased several thousand dollars and three weeks of advertising from me. I can't stress this enough, save yourself a lot of hassle, time, and disappointment and find a vehicle somewhere other than Ed Dena GMC in Dinuba, CA.p.s. Victor is a star!

I had an appointment on a Thursday and they did not even look at my car until Tuesday. What is the point of having an appointment. Then when I talked with the service rep each day (I had to call and ask)... they had no idea if the truck had been seen or when it would be seen. I would think that a dealership would be able to say oh your truck is 3rd in line or know what was going on with it or be able to say it will be in at such and such a time. They had no idea how long something would take. Then when they finally got to it, they didn't have the parts needed and could not give me a time frame of when they would get the parts. There was also no offer to discount my service fees after the delay as a way to provide quality customer service. Ed Dena's lost my business after this experience and I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

This was probably the best dealership experience I've ever had. Thanks to Victor and Luis for updating me on the trucks availability and to help set up the contacts for when I came to see the truck. Thanks to Juan and Bea for making the process of actually making the purchase easy and understandable. The dealership in general should be proud of their ethics by openly advertising no "Market Adjustment" and sticking to that. Nice Job!

they used to be better years ago. hey have really slacked in their customer service lately. I do recommend for the automobile sales however. You can get a good deal from them.

We initially called to inquire about a vehicle that was getting delivered to the dealership that we were interested in. Everyone was so helpful and allowed us to look at a similar vehicle that was sold already so that we would have an idea of what our car would look like. Bernie was so helpful in answering all of our questions and the process was so simple once we decided to purchase. While we were waiting for our car Bernie was great at staying in touch with us about the updates on the delivery date and he even made sure we were able to pick it up the same day it was delivered. He was thorough in going over all of the features. We will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car. Every one we interacted with was so polite and helpful. Great experience and we love our new suburban!!

I had my truck serviced back in September 2018. When I got home, there was oil leaking in the driveway. My truck is new so this shouldn't happen. I had to take my truck to Hedricks Chevrolet to to have the problem taken care of because I don't live in Dinuba. Last Friday April 5th, I had my truck serviced again. I was assured that this problem wouldn't happen and they would check everything. Sure enough, I have oil leaking in my driveway. Now I have to take time out of my day to get this issue taken care of.

Buyer s beware!!!!! my son had a good credit score he told Ed denas he was already established for years with a credit union and the name he wanted the loan through so he could stay with the same credit union. He went to look at the vehicle and they hit his credit 16 times in 1 day dropped his score 100 points!! They didn t even go through the credit union he requested! Needless to say he didn t purchase it and went elsewhere but now has a high interest rate due to Ed denas hitting his credit so many times! They don t care about ruining your credit as long as they make a sale! I would give them no stars!!!

Everyone was friendly at the dealership the day we picked it up process was smooth and pleasant they even gave us a piece of birthday cake from an employee's 25th birthday.
