Horrible place. Never answer phones. Leave you on hold. Have kept my car a month with zero progress made. Haven t even opened the car up to look for any additional damage. I was just told that I would be given a buzz with an update at a later date. Zero integrity. When I made the original call I was told they were two weeks out . Now we re a month in with absolutely zero progress.

I had a bad experience here back in March 2022. Went to get an estimate on having a hood painted and one of the desk employee had me wait for 30 minutes and there was no one in the office but him and another woman employee talking. I asked him what I wanted and he wanted to paint the entire front end of my truck and furthermore refused to just paint the hood because he said the paint would not match. After that came the worst part he said my hood and other parts were probably not original and then another customer came in and the desk employee and other customer joked of how I could go to a cheap location to have my hood painted. I said I would think about it and I left. The following week I went to Visalia to Central Valley Collision Repair, there service and reputation is unmatched. They painted just my hood and it matches exactly. It also turns out that my parts were Genuine GM parts after all. Central Valley Collision Repair is certify be many dealerships and has a 4.9 star rating.My advice is to go to highly rated places, there are many in Visalia or anywhere in this area better to make the drive and have good customer service and top service done. This place has no customer service and judging from there star rating they also have an average repair service or not good enough; unsatisfying.I won t ever return here or either take my truck to Ed Denas service center again. Very disappointed on how I was treated. For your benefit avoid this awful place.

They find any little thing too keep your car longer They say your car will be done by a certain day and when u call its not done Takes them 2 days too add a front bumper also. Don t recommend!

Worst place ive ever had collision repair done at. Small fender bender took over 2 months to get done and get back my car. Wrong parts ordered and always full of excuses. They installed a used part that looked so scratched and old. Said they would order another part and redo. Charged the ins. I called 2 months later when i seen ins. statement. Said they were sorry would call during the week to schedule in the car. Its now 4 months later..still nothing. NOW I NEED A WINDOW REGULATOR FIXED FOR ANOTHER CAR. DEFINITELY NOT GOING THERE. I DONT EVEN CARE IF THEY ARE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Best experience..well. Let me say I live in Clovis.I recently bought a 2020 Silverado and want to lower it..I had looked around Clovis and Fresno and found a bunch of incompetent shops and guys just telling me whatever to make a sale..well wasn't comfortable with what I was hearing ..called around few places found these guys..the gentlemen I spoke to took his time and explained everything to me and told me something's would potentially costed me major truck damage in the long run if 8 had went to these other vultures..well ill be driving to Dinuba this week to get a quote for custom work I need done!

Took my wife s car to get fix, and they did a flawless job! Couldn t even tell it got in a wrecked. They even repaired stuff that our insurance wouldn t pay for, and used all original parts.

Car was parked outside with no one inside, then a loud noise was heard, turns out someone hit my car, called the police and insurance, got it taken to Ed Dina's Collision Center and they where pretty straight forward with the process. Since this was the first time something like this happened to me, them telling me the steps and the process I had to take as well as the steps they would take to get it all situated, really really helped me out a lot.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
