Employees are so nice, and knowledgeable. It's a big company in my small country town, but you'd never know that based on the individual care and attention each customer receives!

Worst company to work for the district manager ubaldo Martinez definitely has his favorites he picks kids to be in management all they do is fail witch is why his district is terrible when it comes to pushing any numbers the only store and person that was a great leader was Jose he goes above and beyond Juan should definitely someone else step in as a dm because there is no leadership all there is is favouritism

We went to autozone at 8:50 pm purchased a H6-VL battery and ask the manager in the grey shirt to help us install the battery we purchased there and he said that they were getting ready to close and it was only him and another associate in a red shirt and one other customer walked in and the manager said he couldn t help us (me and my pregnant daughter). They did loan us a 10mm ratchet and a cart and when I went to turn it back in I said God bless you and the manager said back to me likewise and be careful. I have been going to other autozones and they have always helped me even if there was 2 associates in the store. I feel like we were not rude customers at all. I love your guys stores but not Dinuba.

Mark has to be the best worker at this store hands-down no matter what he does I always see him drop what he s doing to help customers including myself and gives 110% to make sure you as a customer leaves his store happy this kid deserves to be the store manager never have I ever felt so welcome in a store this kids give great customer service each and every day others need to follow in his example because he is definitely The leader of the store great job Mark my family will always go here for your customer service thank you for caring for us as customers

I went in a couple days ago to do my brakes and anette had recommended me rotors with brakes to prevent future problems. Today I went in for a oil change and she helped me once again with which oil to get along with air filter. Very knowledgeable in parts !!! Will be back again very soon !!

Always get amazing service, Carlos the manager that looks after me walks on water, if he can't help he knows who can and he's never afraid to help! Dinuba store, the rest of the staff are also excellent.

Lack of customer service and always giving the higher end prices until I ask to see the screen, then they mention the more cost effective options.I wish they focused more on the customer rather than their numbers.

Didn't like how they are so lazy and choni tight they act like we need them that's why I go to smith auto they treat us right. To save a dollar and get treated like kings I'd rather give it to the guy who remembered my name and if your from dinuba your dad got his parts from smith and now I know why..cuz they give a rats butt about us and don't act like rat turds. They act like friends and help on seriously bad situations.Thanks smith auto and no thank you to auto zone from dinuba.....

I suspected that I needed a new battery. They had it tested and recommended a replacement. They even heiped me put it in. Good people there!

They did not have what I was looking for. They seemed extremely busy. There was no sales staff on the floor to ask what I was looking for. Went to Smith's Auto Parts to get what I needed. It's the new NAPA store in Dinuba.
