Cory has to be the best truck mechanic in the entire Foothill Region if not in the greater Sacramento Region. Corey was a lifesaver - I had a cooling problem on my Dodge 2500 truck and he fixed it no problem! And when later in the year it seemed the water pump was having another issue and he warrantied the part without hesitation. Hard to find straight up honest & dedicated craftsmanship these days & would not hesitate to have Ward's service your vehicle.

My father and I have been going to Wards for a number of years concerning both diesel and gas trucks and the results have always been satisfying. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and hard working people. Corey at Ward's Automotive is fantastic. I've been using him for oil changes for our Class A motorhome since we bought it 3+ years ago. I cannot recommend Ward's Automotive highly enough!

There are the best,extremely Knowledgeable about my diesel Dodge truck in the problems that it was having with not being able to smog it.and some other issues,and how to solve them.this is the second time I've taken to them. The first time they worked on it, they told me that I had to take it to the dodge dealer the computer was bad they couldn't fix that part. I know they worked on it for a Couple of hours they did not charge me a dime because they said they couldn't fix it. Which I thought was extremely honorable. The last time they worked on little bit and then told me how to fix the problem myself and get the smog complete this time they only charge me a $100 I can't believe how honest they are and very knowledgeable

These folks know their Diesel engines. I have an old model Ford F350 with a Banks Diesel engine, Special unit so I'm told (1996). Pulls my RV. They were recommended by Idle Wheels and they didn't steer me wrong. The Ward's have kept my Ford running in top shape for my duration in Placerville, and the one time that they couldn't figure out what was going on, they didn't charge me after putting in 5 hours.. What good guys... I even take my Nissan gas car there now too... They are honorable and trustworthy to the hilt. Hard to find mechanic's like that. I recommend them highly.

Hands down. The best, most helpful, cheerful and thorough mechanic ever. The most immaculate shop--- you could eat off the floor!
