Very cool store, and the employees helped me pick out some new parts for my PC. If you're anywhere in the area I definitely recommend checking them out.

Not much in stock, been in several times and have never left with anything. Pretty high markup but fine for a little mom and pop store. Owner isn't exactly courteous and left me with "I can't help you" when asking when something was going to be back in stock.

I have been doing business with Bliss for many years and all I can say is "they continually come through for me." They give me the peace of mind of knowing that I have someone there to help me out when a computer goes down and I need it quickly. When I need something they don't have, they order it right away. They are always helpful when I go in, and they know what they are doing. Thanks Guys and Gals for all you do!

I normally don't do reviews but they absolutely deserve it. A couple weeks ago my fianc� brought his computer in because a windows update knocked out his display drivers and messed with the operating system. He tried to fix it himself and even tried the geek squad virtual assistance since he couldn't turn down the brightness on his computer and his animation software and games wouldn't work anymore, but he couldn't do it. These people were absolutely amazing and did not give up until they fixed his computer. Now everything on his computer works great and everything is running perfectly, and it is all thanks to these amazing computer experts. They aren't even that expensive either for the amount of work they had to do on his computer to get it working again (a lot of back doors). Seriously, if you ever have a problem with your computer, TAKE IT IN TO THEM.

I really enjoy dealing with Bliss! They are always attentive and helpful, and have helped me out of a jam more than once, thus saving me time and significant money. I got my computer there, they tailored it to my needs, and I love how it works! My sister runs my brother-in-law's business and has been a loyal customer of Bliss for many years. Wonderful Electronics shop. Great help with any and all questions I had. Good inventory but if they don't have it they'll order it. Will be going back to build my own PC soon.

This place is as slow as it gets, its a local business with an attitude. The owner has this preconception that all teenagers steal stuff, so he watches over you like a hawk ready to strike, making you feel anything but welcome. Well hey! Are they at least cheap? NO, everything is overpriced, and they carry few modern parts, they carry duo core processors and hardly even know the first thing about modern day technology ,like Intel's i7 line.Bliss has this audio guy who is slowly taking over their business, the guy is hopeless, he's one of those people that think old audio stuff is useless and knows nothing about the actual concrete specifications (i.e. bit depth) when judging a system's audio quality. When in fact expensive old stuff shares the same audio quality but may not support all the fancy bells and whistles. He knows simple problem solving skills like bypassing, yet acts like its the works of Einstein. I suppose the only reason he is there is due to the trusting people of Placerville. We trust "Mr.Audio Guy" with his fancy lingo. Please try somewhere else like Mobile Evolution who's first words aren't "you need"...,but rather "hey, try doing this and that" targeting the betterment of your system not the betterment of their thirsty wallets.

Wouldnt get my computer from anywhere else. Best local spot keeping it local and supporting a local business is important to me. When they survive and do well so do we. They fix what i think will be unfixable. Thank you.

Smaller store, but they do stock some more technical parts you typically won't find unless you go to a massive tech store all the way in Sac.A good local store if you need to make some repairs or customization to your system.

Disgustingly rude owner, just a terrible man threw his chair into his desk aggressively because my brother was confused with what the owner was telling him, I wouldn t be surprised if they are going out of business. Everything is overpriced, next time just make the drive to Roseville

DONT HAVE MUCH,TYPICAL LOCAL STORE,IF YA NEED SOMETHING YOU ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE 2 GO 2 FOLSOM OR SAC- DID NOT EVEN CARRY A STYLIST 4 MY PHONE- the guy asked what's that when I PULLED MY OLD ONE OUT OF MY POCKET

I can see why people think the owner is rude, but honestly he is very passionate about his work and knows his tech stuff. Best place to go to get good computers.
