Store is small but customer service is great. This store has a welcoming environment and great selection of products. However products are expensive.

Helpful staff, even if they don't have the tools I need or parts they can order them and get them sometimes in the same day. Prices are a little cheaper than autozone but still great quality. Overall a very good place to shop. The store is clean and organized and very easy to maneuver

Called for a starter this morning, the girlWho answered was pleasant and nice, you know sometimes you call a place and they just sound like they hate their job lol.. she was nice and helpful. So went in to order the part and it was ready for pick up same day by 3:30pm.While we were there a nice bald Filipino man was handing out ice cream sandwiches it was funny but yes! Thanks !! Everyone else was very helpful.

Terrible service. Incomplete parts. Bought high pressure power steering hose was missing both seals. Went to exchange it said they had 2 in stock. Couldn't find either one. I've made 3 trips 24 miles round trip each time. I don't have to tell anyone about the price of gas. Delano,CA. O'Reilly's BOO!!! Take your business elsewhere if you're smart.
