Friendly and knowledgeable staff, had best price for my bike compared to two other dealerships, so I bought mine here. Glad I did and would recommend to everyone. Israel is incredibly knowledgeable about the product.

Just purchased a new dirtbike today and was beyond impressed with how knowledgeable Israel (sales rep) was and the level of customer service he provided from start to finish was impeccable! Best in kern county. My wife bought her bike here after visiting every dealer within 100 miles. Great advise they even suggested other vendors when they were not the best fit. Integrity from the sales and the repair teams everytime.

From my experience this place has the best service department. Its worth my ride from Bakersfield. They have a mechanic there that knows what he is doing with no runarounds. They always get the work done fast not like the other shops that try to run you off or charge you an arm and a leg just because they don't know how to fix it.

Horrible customer service. Was treated poorly. The employee wasn t helpful. He rushed us so he could leave. Didn t know what he was doing. He wasn t knowledgeable. I gather shop at cycle gear before coming back. Wasn t the business fault but should be more wise about picking their employees.

They need credit score and motorcycle insurance to test ride a bike. I made my choice, Harley Davison at Bakersfield ca they treat you like family! :)

took my dirt bike wheel to get tube changed guy said he'd finish in a hour guy took 6 hours kept pushing the time back should have just done it myself

Worst place ever . Was there on Monday to buy a piston It was impossible to order the piston . They have the worst customer service . And personnel working .i will never shop there again
