They got new owners in the last few years and quality and service went down. Car is always very wet, and dirty on the back. Old owners would put a little bag on the rear wiper but they don t do it anymore probably because washer doesn t even wash it. The vacuum set up is best part but it s a disappointing wash. I use it when I really need it but prefer other car washes if I have time to go to a different location.

Horrible attitude and service and the girl taking my payment refused to give me another wash after she saw that it was dirty. Last time I come here what a waste of money. 0 stars if I could

I really like this Mister car wash better than others I have been to because this one has an air blow nozzle to blow the water out of the trim after the wash. It really helps to get the water out of the trim areas. It is hard for any automatic drive-through car wash to wash the back end of SUV's, but it would be great if they could.

It s been going downhill quite honestly. They used to try to get the gunk off the front windshield before you went in. Now it s just a two second spray. They used to give you stuff to put in the car for making it smell good. And a packet of wipes and they don t do that anymore. The actual car wash did a better job with drying it with the lastplace now it looks like it hasn t even been dried at all. It is the only place in town for now, but I m definitely trying the new one that s opening up on the other side by Walmart and see how that compares.

I spend $10 and get this brilliant wash!! I had to wash it again when i got home. A few stalls of the vacuum cleaners were missing , it would be nice if they would put up signs. Also people use this place to stand around and socialize when there is a line waiting to use the facilities, but the socializing people still stand around talking while their vehicles have been done half hour ago! Most of us want to get in and out quickly!

WORST CARWASH IN TOWN! This carwash company is definitely one of the worst one's from Delano area. I am paying $19.99 a month so I can take advantage and use this service with unlimited washes per month but everytime I go to this location the carwash have nests on the roof of big birds pooping in your car after you finish washing it and after you dry it.Management don't even care for you or have empathy as well. I mentioned my complained to a supposedly manager with a weird name, young girl white complected but she just excuse this company about that they supposedly already know about this issue but they do not want to pay to fumigate this birds so they can leave from their place so we customers have to deal with their poop on our car having to wash it again due to this incompetent company that don't care to fix this iI am filing a full complaint to headquarters so don't even care to excuse yourselves here. A refund should have being given after so many times this happens instead of a simple sorry.

I used to like this place a lot but since couple months ago the tunnel don t work well when is not one thing is another all the back of my car full of dirt still I have to take a extra towel to clean my car didn t dry well uggg terrible service now. Only thing I really like are the vacuumJust because my husband like this place I don t change to another place but please fix your tunnel machine make everything woks like it used to.This is a continuing that every single time I ll go something has to be wrong uggg and I don t know why us still going there they never fix their machines and like I say again just because I have disabilities I can hand wash my car. Terrible service. My dad took my new car to this car wash (the car had no prior issues), and the drivers side mirror was torn off while inside the tunnel. He was told to call General Manager Mayra Martinez so that the damages could be paid for, however, she not only denied my dad's claims, but also was incredibly rude and unprofessional during the phone call. Do not recommend this place, horrible management. Don't expect to be paid for any damages to your car.

The service great, when it first opened, now, the wash and drying is lacking.Still beats no wash for those that cannot wash their vehicles at their property or on their own.

They didn't spray the front of my car like they are supposed to do. And my car came out just as dirty. Very disappointed

This location is horrible. Nothing seems to work in the tunnel. I always have to run my car at least 3 times to clean it up. Makes me want to discontinue my monthly service. The only thing good is the staff which are courteous.

Every time I go something is wrong with it. When it's not the tire shine, you get stuck in the middle of the wash cause it malfunctions. I got the membership last month and took it off today, to me it was just a waste of money and time. Like I said every time I go something is wrong. Today I went for the last time, I was drying my car and seen some scratches that weren't there. I went and told the manger just to get a response that they couldn't do nothing cause the scratches weren't going the same way. I said I know my car I know what it has and doesn't have, and those scratches it didn't have. I canceled my membership today and it will definitely be the last I go. I recommend to everyone that goes to check your car for scratches before you leave. The owner of this car wash needs to take full responsibility for anything that happens to costumers vehicle's.

Delano mister hardly sprays back of car and never front windshield/bumper. When asking the attendant they've said we aren't allowed to. A couple times they did.... but BTW ALL other misters spray both front and back.UPDATE-front bumper no back today...

Delano Mister car wash is the worst. They have the main roller brush broken for over a month, so the car comes out unwashed.

Worst experience ever, NOT COMING BACK. Dirt was visible in my cars window, water and soap was splatter all over and vaccums didn't have enough power to pick up the dirt in the floor mats. A total waste of my money

They are ok and decent with customer service. Nothing like wipes anymore or the stuff that makes your car smell good like there was under the last owners. Currently the best option in Delano, but not great for the price. I'll probably wash my car in Bakersfield when I'm there in the future

I've been to several of these due to membership and traveling for work. I love there vaccums very powerful unlike most others. But there carwash needs work some of the scrubbers don't work and I didn't even get tire shine like my membership states . It was like half my car was clean the the other half. No bueno.

As a local here in kern county, I ve gone to other car washes and this one offers the best service by far. It s fast, effective, and provides free vacuums. Can t go wrong when coming to this location.

This place is a great place to get your car washed. I live in Bakersfield but work in Delano and Waterdrops has a much better wash, and at a much more affordable price compared to Cruz-Thru. My cashier was extremely friendly and explained to me all the instructions I needed to know. Great place to go!

Brought my Audi here hoping they wouldn t do any damage, surely enough my vehicle got a bunch of scratches from a machine coming to close. When contacted they said it didn t come from our machines manager didn t bother helping. I d recommend a hand car wash.

Put a 13 dollars to get a tire shine And didn't even spray my tires the spinning thing to scrub couldn't even reach the right side of my car!!! its because the pick up truck in front of me was too big and the machine didn't even adjust for whichever car next to it! This is not the first time it happens! No Other air fresheners were available no wipes either! The air pressure tips and trigger needs to be change some are firing wide, some fires narrow, some are weak,

Used to be good but now the last drying spinning towels always leave stains and smudges on my car. They also used to have this rule where it you got a car wash and it rained the next 2 days, they'd give you a free basic wash. They took that off.

The misters car wash in delano ca is always malfunctioning or just not running properly in one way or another. So i hardly get a full proper wash.I can only wish that when it does not work properly, they take only a percent off my bill. For im only getting a percentage of my car washed.
