If I could give zero stars I would.To make a long story short, they tried to Bait and Switch the price on a car I was interested in buying. On 11/12 I drove to Delano to purchase the car. After spending hours at the dealership discussing the price and the trade we came to an agreement after 5:00. When suddenly their system went down. We were told we would have to do the deal in the morning and they would drive the car to us the next day. On 11/13 there was no word from them. After a few calls to their other lot we were told that we refused their offer and the price has now gone up 5K. Although as of this afternoon the price is still the same.Do as I did, go to a reputable dealership and workWith people who do honest business. Don t fall for the BATE AND SWITCH. They had no plans of selling the car at the posted price.I ll be contacting the BBB for a formal complaint.

Wasn t really looking to buy a vehicle. Just seeing what was out there. Saw a vehicle I liked and made an inquiry. Received a call from Shawn who was probably the friendliest salesman I ve ever worked with. Told him my situation and said if the deal was good enough I would consider. Well, long story short, they bent over backwards and gave me a deal I couldn t refuse on a beautiful truck. They stayed late after hours, depriving themselves from their own families to make sure I was taken care of. I made friends that night with Shawn and the owner, and got a new truck out of the deal as well. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Liberty Auto in Delano. Great salesmanship and very personal and professional. Ask for Shawn. He ll take care of you.

Just purchased a car from maybe the best automotive dealers ever. They can collaborate with you on reasonable deals. The two kind men who assisted me, Chris and Xerses (X), were very instructive. If you're in the Delano area, or even if you're not from or in the area, I strongly recommend Legacy Auto Center!

Visited the dealership once before I went again and took home a beautiful car. The first time I waked in I was greeted by Xerses who was super nice and didn t pressure me at all! Which really stuck out to me and which is why I went back. Both Xerses and Chris (finance manager) really exceeded my expectations and my overall experience was great. Definitely a great place to look if you re thinking about buying a car. :)

Our Salesman Shawn and Owner Chris where very respectful and showed us the cars they had, i fell in love with the bmw i bought from them. they gave me a afordable price for the monthly payment and i am now super happy with the vehicle , definitely a 5 star service highley recommended
