I have taken my Audi Q3 here as well as my mom's Buick Encore. Both for scheduled maintenance, oil change, and check engine light diagnostics and fixing of the issue. Dave, Mike, and the entire team here are great. Very transparent from the start and throughout the process with you. Fair pricing as well. It is so nice having a local garage that understands not only how to maintain & fix your vehicle, but someone that will show you exactly the issue under the hood and explain how they are working through it. So why spend more at the dealership for them to up-charge and just show you on paper what they did?Services: Transmission, Oil change

I was referred here from the business across the street and they were so right. Best service ever. Dave assisted me and got me in and out for my smog check and very reasonable. I definitely will be back here again with my car to get the oil change. If you are looking for a great honest shop Dave and all the workers here are awesome. Dave, the manager at this Chevron service station completely altered how I viewed auto repair shops / auto body shops. He s incredibly knowledgeable, honest and affable. An absolute pleasure to do business with.One of our cars needed minor body work and a paint job. We happened to stop in for gas and noticed that they do body work there the result was great (Don was amazing). The experience was so easy and high quality that we brought another of our cars, a vintage sedan that needed special handling for mechanical repairs (work-in-progress). Each interaction has been friendly and professional with close attention to detail at a fair price.My fianc�e and I have become enthusiastic patrons of Dave and his team.

My car was overheating and so I had no choice but to pull into this Service Station. I'm glad I did! Dave was closing up the shop but stayed late to help me. I got a very honest assessment and the work was finished first thing in the morning for a good price.I'm usually very skeptical about using a different mechanic than my regular guy but I feel lucky to have encountered my problem right next to Dave's service station.I highly recommend getting your next service done here.

I am a student at UCI (just down the road from here) who drives a classic VW. One night on my way back from the beech my engine began to misfire, so I limped the car into the parking lot of this service station. After some quick inspection I decided that all the car needed was a set of spark plug wires. I ducked into the service station and the lady who was there overnight told me that no one would be in the shop until the next morning but that I could leave the car there overnight. She also gave me the owner's phone number so that I could call as soon as the shop opened the next morning. When I called the next morning and spoke to the owner he told me that he did not have a set of the parts I needed in stock and that his classic car mechanic would not be available to look at it or order the parts until the next morning. I told him that I was fine with that, and mentioned that if I had a chance to get the parts before his mechanic returned to work I would have a go at fixing it myself (which he said sounded like a good plan). Later that day, when I arrived with a set of spark plug wires someone came out of the shop to see what was going on. I explained the situation and former phone call, and he said that he didn't care what I had been told previously -- he was in charge at the moment, and he was either going to start looking at my car for $90 per hour right now, or have it impound. I was forced to call a tow truck in order to movie it five miles back to my apartment where I fixed it easily. Needles to say, I will not be returning to this service station -- the poor communication, rude staff, and lack of simple components all put up huge red flags.

Too 'busy' to even make eye contact with me while I was standing in front of the service counter for 10 minutes while he was talking on the phone. Place doesn't need your money or work. Take it elsewhere.

Smog and repair start at 8 AM, not 7 AM as listed on their website.

The gas pump NEVER work properly. I can't comment on the mechanics, this review is for the terrible gas pumps that are at the station.
