This dealership is very professional and they dont play games or force unnecessary dealer upgrades that you can t take off the final price (unlike Roseville Honda). I shopped around online and saw another dealership in the area doing a crazy promotion on the CR-V, I called around and this dealership was able to match their price with the color we wanted! They honored the price we discussed over the phone and the paperwork was seamless. I worked with Vinny from start to finish, and he made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. We are very happy with the deal we got and it s all thanks to him.

I had been looking for an Accord for over a month. Went to see Vinny and he found my perfect car within 2 days. They had to get it from a local dealership. They had the car ready for me as I came to pick it up. Purchase process was very straight forward. Look forward to using their service department for oil changes! 5 star experience!

Great service. I even drive here from Sacramento because all the locations around Sacramento get so busy you get trapped for hours. And I did go to FOLSOM LAKE HONDA a few times but FOLSOM LAKE HONDA made crazy mistakes like leaving the radiator fluid reservoir cap off. In case you are unaware, if such a mistake is not timely discovered (which thank God I did discover before a trip out of town--ALWAYS CHECK under the hood and your tires before going out of town), your radiator fluid can evaporate, and if that happens it can cause $$$$$ thousands of dollars of damage. Bear in mind prices at all Honda dealerships keep going up. And we warranty owners have the often cost-saving option of using ASE-certified techs elsewhere for simple things like an oil change if you have warranty concerns--but you have to weigh that with the Q. of whether you will get genuine Honda parts and whether that issue matters to you and to your warranty.

I again I am pleased to purchase my 6th car from this location. After 24 years I want the care due my loyalty. Thank you to Matt in Sales for not hounding me and his patience to regards to my time table and needs; Phil the Sales Manager from the time I arrived for my appointment (made sooo easy); Doug in Finance with my paperwork and Mandeep for arranging for all the accessories added and installed. I love accessories. This all aside, if their service department wasn't so good the sales would mean nothing. Tom, Jennifer and gang thank you for the many year of care.

Really wish we would have looked at these reviews before purchasing. Came in told them a price range of what we are looking for. They gave me two options on vehicles that were the same price and a little lower than the sale price on vehicle. After a day being there doing paper work and came to terms on the price and vehicle. Turns out they gave it to me for selling price (couple thousand more). I was told you can return vehicle within 2 days. But didn t get paperwork until third day. Angie in particular is very rude, did not go over anything while signing papers. Also calling and being hung up. Very unprofessional and rude. Adding on an extra optional two thousand dollar plan that was not discussed about. Did not Explain what you re signing for. After calling back to the office getting told different stories, saying no managers were in, but having someone else call and the person is in office. Noticed car had a crack in the windshield the next day, they told me they couldn t do anything about it. Would give them 0 stars but after a huge run around and finally coming in a week later to discuss and go over paper work with Doug decided to give 1 star. Doug was very pleasant and seemed to be the only one to help. For future customers I recommend going over everything especially when signing papers. They don t care if you re elderly / young. They just want to make a quick sale. Very shady and unprofessional dealership. Won t be buying any cars from this place again. BEWARE

Walker, the Servive Representative, has superb customer service skills while working with him on the phone. I inquired today about a full pump recall on my 2018 Honda CR-V, and he was able to let me know effectively when that vehicle may be ready to be brought in. He explained to me that recalls don't get repaired immediately until the vendors let them know how to repair it. That small piece of info educated me and put me at ease. Most of all, this dude has positive energy and doesn't throw off that hurried, aggro, irritable vibe. Sometimes, going into service, we customers get the sense that we don't want to be helped or we are an inconvenience or the facility is just to busy to take on another customer. Walker doesn't give off that energy, and others should take heed.

My wife and I bought a 2022 CR-V from Matt Jardine about a month ago here. He and the staff treated us very well. We've shopped at several other dealers around Sacramento and the Bay Area, and these people are the best. My wife and I felt that our business was very important to them.

Mandeep Hansi is awesome! He helped my parents buy a pre-owned vehicle this week. His customer service is above and beyond. He drove from Davis to Walnut Creek just they could test drive the car. He is very attentive to all the details. I highly recommend you ask for him by name. You won t be disappointed.

My mom took her 2016 Honda Civic for service. She had B17 service code, which is an oil change and tire rotation. She had previously had an issue where they did not rotate her tires but charged her for one. So this time she made marks on both her rear tires to see if the tires were rotated properly. When she checked in for her appointment, she let know about her previous experience and asked if they can make sure they perform the work they are charging her for. When the car came out only one the marked tires was in the front the other one was still in the rear. Very untrustworthy!!!! Be careful with tire rotations. You might want to mark them as my mother did. She will no longer bring her business here.

Went to buy a CRV hybrid. Firstly, car mentioned over the call was not available in the lot. Secondly, Negotiation experience with Sigi (who is a very rude and arrogant sales manager) was unpleasant. I would not recommend this place if you want to buy a car.Got an amazing deal for this hot Honda car at Stockton Honda. Highly recommended!

Went to look at a used Honda and made an appointment to come at a specific time. When we arrived (on time), we were shown multiple different cars instead of the car we came to see. Finally, when we were showed "the car", it matched none of the descriptors we found online. The car was heavily damaged and was a different color from what was listed. The dealership failed to apologize and did nothing to remedy this.

This review is for Tom Edwards. Tom has proven to be the BEST mechanic we have ever encountered. We bought a new Honda Accord, and about a month later, it was making this humming noise when we drove. We brought it into Honda three times, but the problem still persisted. However, Tom was very persevering in getting the root of the problem resolved. He took detailed care to try to understand what was causing the sound, by going into the car from the trunk side and then test-driving it to triple-check if the sound was still there. He could have just stopped after the first examination. But, despite the hot weather, he worked tirelessly to examine each possibility. He was relentless and went above and beyond to fix the root issue once and for all. All of this proved him to be not just someone who fixes your car but someone who cares about the customer.

I looked at 5 different Honda dealerships for a Honda CRV and they all told me the CRV only comes with a black interior. However, when I went to Shottenkirk, I found Vinny. He provided me with the option for a gray touring interior and it was here the very next day. Thank you, Vinny!

Horrible dealership.I scheduled a test drive and drove 1.5 hours from Berkeley only to be told the car was in the shop and wasn't available for a test drive or purchase. I then had to drive 1.5 hours back so lost 3 hours and 80$ from a rental car due to the incompetence of this dealership.

We decided to come in and check out the lot with my wife after getting a pretty awful deal from carmax. My dad had gotten his 2022 brand new Accord at this dealership as well. Even when my dad was car shopping he wanted come and checkout some cars. We had gone across the street to Toyota. We had told them the same thing about testing waters and see if I a deal can down or not. Salesperson didn t seem to like that too much and pretty much said comeback when you re serious type vibe. A couple weeks later Davis Honda offered him an amazing deal. Anyways we pulled up to the parking lot and the man himself Christian Ramos came out to greet us. We told him what we were looking for and helped us get it. The thing I loved about Christian was that he is an honest salesman. He never sugarcoated anything and that I can appreciate. We drove off in our 2024 HR V.

Avoid this place like the Plague. Back in 2021 when there was a chip shortage, I tried to buy a Civic at Honda Davis. Like many other people here, Sigi the salesman tried to sell the lowest trim Civic 3000 dollars over msrp. During the whole time I was there he had an unpleasant and rude attitude that made me uncomfortable. I walked away from the deal. He kept calling me days after even though I said I didn't want to buy the car so I had to block his number. One day maybe a week after, he called me using another number and asked why I had blocked him. That's just obsession and it was creepy. The dealership should fire this guy if he hasn't left already.

DON T waste your time here. They lied and said that they had the exact year and model I wanted. When I got there, not only did they not have it, they tried to sell me the newer one and tell me that they d give it to me for the same price. We discussed out the door price and what I had agreed to wasn t what they brought to the table. When I told them I was pre approved, they said I was lying even after I showed them the letter that came directly from my credit union. The finance manager tried to tell me that it was marketing. He tried to scare and intimidate me into taking the deal he was offering which was more than $3,000 more than what the last dealership had offered me. The people there are rude and when you start asking questions, they throw a fit like a child. They wasted over 2 hours of our time with their lies. Don t trust anything they say!!!

Update 01/18/2012Still no head rest, still no communication. Violating contract at this point.Update 10/20/2020:Still have yet to receive any update on the missing headrests which were mentioned in the contract. Called multiple times and of course, they give me the run around and say theyll call back. They never do.Worst customer service experience at a dealership, not even a retail store we would get treated this bad. Originally went with intentions of meeting and buy a vehicle with (sigi), but was brushed off to the side even after he was finished with his customer. The vehicle that was being purchased had a few notable flaws that were pointed out and was brought to their attention, but brushed off by saying that it can be fixed, and that "you're really going to make a big deal about this" along with missing back seat headrests.When doing the paper work I had to repeat myself so many times, beside the fact that he (Martin) kept hopping from customer to customer while avoiding our paperwork, about after three hours, we finally finished the paperwork. Definitely look over your contract before signing, they will put on extra addons without your knowledge. Went from a 10k car to 21k in an instant. Overall, if it the car I wanted wasnt so hard to come by I would of just taken my business else where. The car was also detailed before being handed over, but it was halfassed detailed, they didnt even remove the Hornets nest in the cargo! If I were you is go across the street with friendlier staff.

Go here. Talk to Sales Rep Mandeep. He is very professional, kind and very easy to work with. I enjoyed our conversation while test driving and checking out the vehicles. I also dealt with Phillip. Phillip is very professional and a sharp shooter. Not to mention his hair and beard are on point. :)

Five stars for sure I have never had such a good experience buying a car and a BIG SHOUT OUT FOR QUINN and everyone there.They were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to to Quinn, for taking the time to find the right car for me (the 2023 RED Honda Accord) who was immensely patient and determined to find a great car for me and my needs, taking to answer my questions; even checked in with me once purchased.WILL was also there to help me learn the features; then, and afterwards. Mandeep was hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with in my years of car buying! He greeting my husband and I and I explained what I was looking for he was on top of it. Very friendly and made it personal which I really liked. He was not pushy at all. After finishing up with Angie in finance I walked out one happy mama with her brand new baby on a late Monday night! Shout out to the team who stayed late with me, worked with me in what I wanted and made this deal happen! I ll be recommending everyone to this dealer. Now off to get the windows tinted and enjoy the new ride!

Don t shop there!! They offer you something and then they say they can t get the car you want and pressures you to get a car they have on the lot but not the one you want. I was offered something in writing and when I got there it s not what I was offered and drove there twice already. They want you to sign the loan agreement without seeing the car. The sales guy Adrian is great but the finance manager Izze ( don t know his correct name) but he a rude, pushy, condescending and patronizing. I guess he expects people to not have an option. I ll never work with Honda Davis again . Bad customer service and bad business.

I like working here it s awesome they teach you more. I first started at Maita Honda. I was a Porter for three days and a lobe tech for two days on the weekends It was a little rough start out there. Then I decided to take my experience and grow at Folsom lake Honda, which was a great place since I met the president of the dealership, Don Palumbi, and, his brothers who are in management, they are awesome and helped me grow in the company as a Honda tech. I ended up moving north of natomas which was further so it was a tough leave so I relocated to Shottenkirk Honda, awesome place my experience from folsom Lake, Honda helped me grow and now I m learning more cool task at Shottenkirk Honda. It s awesome place.

My wife and I were in town dropping our daughter off at UC Davis along with our commuter car. Now we needed a replacement.Adrian met with us at around 9 am. We test drove a 2015 Civic. We had seen few other vehicles online we wanted to look at. They were very courteous when we said we were going to look at some other vehicles. No pressure.... so amazing.After looking at all the vehicles at other dealerships. We decided to go back to the Shottenkirk Honda. We decided on the 2015 Civic.Adrian gave us great service, no pressure but plenty of options for which we were grateful.That was followed up by excellent service from Angie in finance.This was the quickest and best customer service we have ever had buying a vehicle. Thanks and keep it up.

Most dishonest dealership My husband and I ever bought a vehicle from. We purchased a CR-V Hybrid Touring from Anjali Deol, who agreed to sell it to us at MSRP at $39,020.00. We were never given any paperwork showing the prices of anything and they sold us things like extended warranty, ETHOS Maintenance and ETHOS Select 3 which gives the vehicle a paint sealant and free key within a year but was a waste of money. We were sent in to see the finance manager Doug Asport. Doug had me sign on the yellow marked line and my husband on the blue marked line, we weren t shown the prices of anything and we were expecting to receive a sales contract so we can see the cost of everything before we sign it, but never received any paperwork at all to be able to see any of the cost and was just given a flash-drive and sent out of the office. I asked Sigi Sigdel why we didn t get a sales contract, he said they do everything paperless there. The next day we printed up the paperwork from the flash-drive and found out they charged us $10,890.00 over the MSRP at $49,910.00. We complained to Sigi but just said we signed the paperwork already and wouldn t do anything for us except try to throw in a 7 year extended warranty that we ve already bought and tell other lies like nobody sales at MSRP which is not true. Sigi is the most corrupt employee my husband s ever seen at any dealership and has purchased many vehicles at different dealerships over the years. Everything was backdated, the delivery date was 5/12/22 but shows the delivery date was 5/10/22 while the PDI date is 5/11/22 which has to be inspected before the vehicle is delivered, other dates from the flash-drive were pre-dated 4/25/22 and 5/1/22. If this dealership done this to us, no telling how many other people they had ripped off. It s hard to believe a dealership can be so dishonest.

Bought a Honda elsewhere; the sales manager at Shottenkirk Davis made the buyer experience uncomfortable by being persistent and trying to sell me something I wasn t looking for.Cars sell themselves if salesmen (management in this case) simply listen to the buyer.
