We were very satisfied with the service there. The Customer Service people were very informative and kept us updated on everything that was being done and the costs, labor and how long it would take. I appreciated the fact they even took time to go pick up � part that would have taken 2hrs arrive. The end result was excellent Thanks againBrenda Johnson DavisBarbara King Davis

Hanlees wanted to charge me $3K for services that I got fixed elsewhere for $1K. They told me my car wasn t worth the $3K repairs and that I should trade it in. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I have serviced my cars at dealerships for over 25 years but I will not return to Hanlees.

The service manager is an extremely rude person. I had to request the itemized service list be emailed from him several times before the document was sent. He treated me with disrespect assuming I couldn t understand the paperwork and insisting that I drive to Davis from Sacramento knowing my car is in his custody saying I needed to visually see the forms with him instead of just letting me work out any issues I was having with my warranty coverage with the company that I have the warranty with. Every step of the process of getting my car fixed has felt like the service manger trying to swindle me out of more and more money. He also said too many people are involved when I asked him to reach out to my claims adjuster because they had additional questions about the work being done on my car. I am not sure how many claims adjusters contacted him on my behalf but I can t imagine it is out of the ordinary to have verify work with claims people and warranty groups. I had my car towed to Hanlees Davis Chevrolet during an emergency mechanical failure in my car and I would never plan to come back. If you are thinking of taking your car to this place there are much better options.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance
