I had my car recently repainted. However, the paint shop did not properly reattach the the doors. I took my car to Caliber Collision for an estimate on the door realignment - it took only a few hours. The staff was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and their team to anyone needing basic or complex car work.Service: Body & Trim

I absolutely trust Caliber Collision to do honest work. We had a minor accident with a few dented panels and I took it in for an estimate. Not only did they give me an estimate in line with what I expected, they let me know that the repairs would be purely cosmetic and (given the cost) recommended that I leave the panels as they are. I did not expect them to put the customers first, but that is exactly what they did today. The next time I have a accident this is where I will be going.

Stepped in to see about getting work done. Staff was phenomenal and very professional. Abe was very helpful in understanding the process of my insurance. The desk lady danaya was polite and friendly! Definitely recommend 10/10!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!Amazing customer service - friendly, respectful and communicative.They went above and beyond to get us back into our vehicle after ours was in an accident & kept us updated the entire way (over a month). They never let more than a few days go by without letting us know the progress.Special shout out to Nicole!The people at this location are great!

Somebody in my neighborhood damaged my brand new challenger by burning my quarter panel with open flame. My insurance company took me to this Caliber Collision shop. They did amazing work fixing it. It took them four days in total to have everything done and the manager always kept me posted during the repair. The result was just perfect. There was no way you could tell which part is repainted and the paint was just pefectly matching the original. The even ask me to come back after a month and get the panel polished again for free. Highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim

The quality of work and professionalism demonstrated at this location far exceeded my expectations. After my car accident I expected the process of getting it repaired to be a slow and painful, but everyone at this location went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. The personable customer service was outstanding! They arranged for my car to be dropped off, and transportation for me to get rental car effortlessly. Anytime I wanted updates on the progress of the repairs, they were happy to answer all my questions. The car was ready before the estimated completion date, and the quality of work was excellent. I'm extremely grateful for the staff Caliber's!

They came pick up my car from downtown Sacramento, I got my rental car, Caliber contacted me often, they keep text me and letting me know how the job was going, very professional, they talk to me, the lady the took care my case was very friendly and knowledgeable, she was very friendly every time she talk to me, my car was right on time when they promised, I m really happy with the job they did, I give them a 10 + great job guys.Service: Body & Trim

From my first phone call, Caliber made the experience seamless! Nicole (mgr) and Ashley were especially nice, but also incredibly professional. Explained the pros and cons, and went out of their way to help with the communication during my "out of town" trip. Car was ready as promised, and what a GREAT job!!. I needed some work done on my car and what would be a stressful errand was actually good. I work night shift and I was really tired and was not in the mood to be dealing with this kind of thing. I took my butt down there, way past my bedtime, and Nicole helped me get started. Her positive attitude made everything a little better. I do recommend this place for quality work and customer service! Will definitely be returning with my auto needs.Service: Body & Trim

My car was broken into, and needed it fixed ASAP. I've always taken my vehicles to get repaired at caliber, and they have yet to let me down. I had called to set up an appointment and i showed up on the wrong day a week earlier. I got a bit upset because I had already missed work to take my car in, but they stepped up and squeezed me into their tight schedule. They repaired my window and fixed a dent that was caused during the break in. I could not tell there was ever a dent there, hopefully i won't be back soon but caliber will always be my repair shop for all of my vehicles! Great shop, very friendly staff!

I became a statistic when my catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius. My insurance company recommended/uses Caliber Collision, and I found their quick replacement of the part and friendly service very welcome. Not Recommended.I took my car here for repair after being rear ended. The original estimate had to be reassessed by the insurance agent due to more extensive body damage than initially thought. I know it's common to find additional damage and I appreciated the thoroughness. After 3 weeks of assessments and repairs, I was told my car had electrical wiring problems that needed to be addressed. Again, I understood but the total length of time without my car was inconvenient.After a month, I finally received a call that my car was ready. I showed up to find my car running and waiting for me in the parking lot out front. The desk staff quickly handed my paperwork and wished me a great day. I got into my already running vehicle and drove home. A few hours later my car battery was dead.I called the auto shop and asked why they returned my car to me with a dead battery, and asked why nobody told me the battery was dead. The staff member on the phone stated the battery may have been bad when the car was dropped off a month ago, so they jumped the car before I arrived and left it running. He did not have an explanation for why I wasn't told the battery was dead. He did not offer an apology for my inconvenience or their lack of communication.It's unknown whether my car's electrical problems caused the dead battery, or a technician left a car light on. But the staff did not seem honest or genuine. Their actions suggested purposeful deceitfulness and made me consider the latter cause for my dead battery. I would NOT recommend this auto body shop, and I discussed with Nissan my disappointment in their auto shop recommendation.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

My Volvo was rear ended, they repaired the bumper flawlessly within a pretty good time period, especially on the backend on covid and supply chain issues, and listened when I told them about the shaking sound I was still hearing in the back end area, they took multiple test drives, and the manager came along for the last one where they pinpointed the issue to a broken exhaust weld. they fixed it within 45 minutes same day. Awesome customer service, they have a text service that keeps you updated throughout the entire repair. they had to paint a bit, and I felt the job was done in a satisfactory fashion.Service: Body & Trim

I went into Caliber collision today, and you know anytime you have to go into a place because your car needs to get fixed, it s never a good day. But, thank goodness for Ashley, she really made my bad day a lot better. She was super helpful and very accommodating. Truly just a blessing on my day!

The staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Answered any and all my questions regarding my repairs in a patient manner. The aftermath of an accident can be hectic, however the staff was wonderful- making it less hectic. Car was turned over returned in timely manner, and looks great!

Our car needed repair because of a minor collision. Very friendly receptionist, and the estimator is quite knowledgable and easy to work with. They constantly sent updates during the repair process. The vehicle is finished ahead of the scheduled date. We are quite happy with the results. Will recommend this bodyshop without hesitation.
