All about towing completely dropped the ball, referred by another busy company all I needed was a tire change after 2 hours and the tow service not moving a muscle "I cant come out it's on the other side and there is too much traffic" I operate a limo service and had super VIP clients and I needed a reliable service to get my chauffeur back on the road. I ended a birthday party and ran out to do it myself 20 mins done. Please tell me if there claims are absurd

Damage free, what a joke! My car got towed last night and was perfectly fine when I parked it. I went to pick it up and once I payed, saw my car and the bumper was falling off. The keep saying one of my neighbors hit but there is marking or paint showing it was hit by another car. I will be contacting Davis PD. As my Job I work with tow truck drivers all day ever day! Youguys are are shady!

Fast service and Wes is so kind! He drove me to Davis Tire Pros after a tire popped and I was able to get everything done before Tire Pros closed.All around great service!

I wanted to make sure I wrote a review to compliment the management on the professionalism they displayed.We recently experienced a family accident and All about towing was able to help us not only to stop the cost from incurring but suggested ways we could save money during this unfortunate accident.Highly recommend their services and thanks again for your advice.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

The fact people are bashing this business and leaving one star reviews is laughable. They re upset THEY broke the rules or laws and got towed!!! LOL can t believe that. Don t park some where incorrectly and you won t get towed it s really simple.I have the best customer service and professional care! I have had people park in my paid parking spot a plethora of timesI have called all about towing so many times to help me with this problem!They are so nice and professional and always have been quick and responsive to calls! Had to move my car to a different body shop in Woodland. They arrived with in 10 minutes to help me move my car! I would recommend their towing services to anyone!

These losers send debt collectors to pay the remaining balance after your car gets towed and sold by them. My advice is not to pay.

Update: thank you for your reply. There were no signs (at least none that were visible) and we were guests of the residents at the complex that our car was stolen out of, we were not treating the lot as public parking. Thanks for replying months after the fact, I hope you ve at least put up a sign with your number so that the next victim can get their car with ease.These people are predatory and will do anything (including breaking laws) to squeeze $400 out of college kids. We were towed from a space, after only being there for about 2 hours, that no signage or anything that would suggest we could be towed, and didn t even have a number to call! ILLEGAL. We managed to find the number of this shady company from a picture that someone took of their truck. Avoid using this company, period. Their business practices are immoral and like I said, illegal.

My car was towed on a Sunday for parking at the wrong apartment complex that was right next to my apartment's. On Monday, I immediately called the phone number on the towing sign in the parking lot and was told a certain quote of $505 to get my vehicle back the next day on Tuesday, and I called back another time later that same evening on Monday and was told a much lower quote of $360 to get my vehicle back, which was a big relief. I came in the next morning on Tuesday to get my vehicle and was told that I must pay $490. I was confused and explained my situation and how the person I talked to on the phone told me it would be a much lower rate, and the employees were not understanding or apologetic at all for the misinformation that I received. They simply said "Oh, the night shift guy can tell you anything, he can tell you you'll get your car for free but his word means nothing". Extremely unprofessional of this business to not know what information to provide customers.

Robert was amazing and very kind. I had a hard time with the initial tow company that my insurance was sending out and I called All About Towing instead. He saw that I was upset and was extremely nice, professional, and made sure everything was okay. He came within 10 minutes and got me to Vacaville quickly and efficiently. Definitely made a not-so-great day much much better! He was kind enough to offer me water and a ride back if needed.Service: Car towing

I parked my car at 8 AM in a lot where the sign says 2 hour parking and this company came in and towed it at 9:30 AM. When confronted with this, the staff have a what are you going to do about it kind of attitude. Their actions are consistently unprofessional, immoral, and illegal, but they are unfazed by anyone who raises a complaint. Their only goal is to get money from the people by any means necessary. There are plenty of other reviews with the same kind of experiences.

Report I made to Davis PD unhelpful and rejected on bases of civil matter. "Car was taken from me on July 1 2022 by ALL ABOUT TOWING from 625 Cantrill Dr. Davis CA 95618. It was legally parked with the consent of residence from the apartment. Was given a sticker to show the right to park. Parked at the correct number. Called the workers at the apartments, to be informed that the 2 people who worked that day did not call the towing company. Was informed that other tenants also did not call the towing company. The towing company had illegally towed my car and I was billed for 590.20" -Definition of predatory towing.reply- The tenant who allowed me to park at his space will back me up to this day. He was out of town so he couldn't have called. The phone log that you said you have was not the tenant nor the owner of that specific space. IDK who you said phoned it in but it was not the owner of that parking space. I am positive nothing was done to verify who owns that parking space. And I am a bit SUSPICIOUS of who you said phoned it in.

Don t bother calling anyone else! All About Towing far surpasses all expectations for a towing service in every way. Costumer service (above and beyond!), pricing (unbelievably cheaper than the local competition), service (my car made from point a to point b smooth sailing!)And in case you re looking for the details, I m so impressed with my service this morning, I m writing it all out so that you can save yourselves any headaches choosing someone else AND because this company deserves your business!.My towing experience with All About Towing could not have been easier, more pleasant (not to mention cost effective)! I m totally shocked that their total star review isn t 5 stars. Let me explain why..From the very beginning when I was calling around Davis towing companies for quotes, the woman who picked up the phone with All About Towing (I believe her name was Reina) was just the sweetest! She was professional and clearly competent. With a first impression like that, (with the best quote to match!), I felt this company deserved my business and I felt I would be in good hands.When I called again a few days later to request the service, I was answered by Mark, who ended up being the tow truck driver. I cannot say enough about the kindness and genuine nature of this man! In a time when connection feels far from grasp, a real and honest, human to human conversation is worth a million! while they're still working is "after hours prices" so if you stop them from towing WHILE THEY HAVE YOUR CAR IN FRONT OF YOU, you're down $550.

In response to Craig Hope: I am not sure where you are getting your information from. I have been an employee of this company for over 6 years and have never had an issue going to mine or any of my kids appointments. The managers are great people and have always been understanding with any time that I have to take off, and with 3 kids it happens often. I generally wouldn t respond to a disgruntled customer but this goes too far and is not at all true.

Our car broke down on the hottest heatwave this year (2021) and All About Towing showed up within 10 minutes after requesting for a tow truck. Mark the driver was a life saver. He showed up with two cold bottle of water and also had the a/c on for us in his truck, while he was loading our vehicle. We wanted to get off the freeway, so he dropped us off in a shaded location where there was food, water, fuel, and an auto part store within close proximity. We had a great experience with their service and highly recommend them.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Totally trash and horrible people. The office let me park in the space because the tree oil drops on my car. Then this company just towed my car. Also, he damaged my car s front bumper. What a towed free damaged company. What is more, I was telling him that I wanna call me office manager to ask about the situation. This guy threat me to call cops and charge me for more money. So nice. He left and wished me have a good day . I am wondering if he realizes he ruined my day. So sarcastic. These people always find a good way to get their money. Wish you guys have a good time. They just build their happiness based on other people s pain and I m wondering if they feel happy for that. Also, feel free to comment on my review to show me the legit reason you guys have. I had to utilize a towing service yesterday morning for the first time in Davis and I am really happy that we went with All About Towing. It was a rather stressful situation but when Mark arrived he was compassionate and patient. It was an incredibly smooth process and I m thankful that it unfolded the way it did. I wasn t expecting to receive any sort of comfort from the tow company but there s a first for everything! I caught them right when they opened up. I work nights and was at the end of my shift and was in trouble when my car wouldn't start. I forget the guy's name, but he was a total professional. He towed my car one town over to my preferred auto shop and it honestly cost less than I thought it would. Get those day time prices! Very pleased. Would call on again.

Wes was very professional and kind. He expertly removed my vehicle from a tricky position from the scene of an accident and finessed it into my parking lot spot. Dispatch was also courteous, informative, and quick. All About Towing made my bad day a bit better.

Parked in the Cambridge House apartment complex for 15 minutes while I helped a friend move in, came back outside to find my truck gone. Had to wait until the next day to get it out, and it cost $320. Honest work they're doing.

I just had my car towed by All About Towing. Robert arrived very promptly (within 20 minutes of the call), he was wearing a mask, and was extremely professional and kind. Thank you so much, I will definitely use this business again (well, hopefully not too soon :) ).

It has been a few months since I used this service, but I just found my reminder note to write a review. The person that showed up was friendly, very helpful, and knew what he was doing. Also, when I called for the tow, I had mentioned that I needed to eat something soon since I was starting to get the shakes. When he showed up, he offered me a nut bar that was really good and much appreciated.

Had a terrible experience with my car it broke down in Davis and I had to get it towed to Sacramento. All About Towing was amazing and my tow truck driver John De La Cruz was amazing he really went above and beyond from listening to me talking about my new car that I just got from Carmax and how it been terrible experience from them. I'd never needed to deal with a towing service before today, but Mark arrived quickly and was both friendly and incredibly professional, making the process as smooth as possible. After he managed to jump-start my car so that I could actually drive it to the auto repair shop, he kindly towed my bike. All About Towing is the place to call!
