The new manager ( I believe Ramon) was so much friendlier than the old staff. I used to dread going there, not anymore, he was so pleasant and helpful! Thank you!!

They overcharged and underdelivered. They insisted on rotating tires, which I later found unnecessary, and misaligned the wheels. The car began to shake. I went to BigO to fix it, which cost me another $90. This Jiffy Lube is particularly awful to women, bullying them into additional excessive services. They are either Dishonest or SloppyMy wife pushed me to write this review as I am a car guy . I took my work truck (Ford F150) in for an oil change yesterday (2/16/2022). They did the oil change ($154.), but I had a problem with them last time (they forgot to put the oil cap on the fill hole (on the valve cover) and oil sprayed all over my engine compartment on my way home, so this time I checked the truck before I left. I notice the OLD oil filter was still on the motor. I double checked and sure enough they did not replace the oil filter. I went back in and told them, they did not seem to be surprised, and they never apologized, NEVER. They said the guy that works under the car just left so they did not know what to do?? Really, I told them to change the filter and the guy in charge finally said OK The oil filter is ALLWAYS to be changed when you change the oil, it is very important. But the average customer would never know if they really changed the filter. This is an easy way for a garage to make $10 more per oil change I asked the guy who poured the new oil in how he could let the guy working below skip changing the filter... he just shrugged and walked away... I could not believe this was happening in Danville I am a 20+ year resident of Danville and try to support local business, I also work on cars as a hobby and run them a Laguna Seca and Sears Point racetracks. I got the feeling they were not that surprised the filter was skipped. Which leads me to think this is a common practice?? I hope not, but the fact that they forget to put the cap on the oil spout last time and this time forgot to change the oil filter is very bad. They are either dishonest or very sloppy. Faulty oil filter was installed and most of the oil ended up on my garage floor overnight. Went back to same location and after an hour was assured that everything was fixed. Drove home and after 2 hours another quart of oil was on my garage floor. The oil filter was faulty and they finally replaced on the 3rd trip. No refund was offered. After cleaning up 2 oil spills in my garage and 3 trips to the location, I feel as if I deserved a full refund for my time and trouble.Service: Oil change

I love this Jiffy Lube. They are the best! When I had little kids they would let me stay in the car with the little kids while they were sleeping or watching a movie so we didn t have to get out. Or maybe they just remembered us from the time before when my kids went inside the lobby and dumped water all over the place and made a mess on their dirty floor. but the mechanics here know what they re talking about and they ve even alerted me to a few things that they don t do here that they told me being me to go check out. I like that they try to save you money and do the things you need. And you can always go back through and top off your fluids

Worst jiffy lube ever. I was told 35-45 minutes tops. I was left sitting in my car for 45! They didn t even get started. I had to leave and didn t even get an apology. Don t go there!!! Their service sucks.

For what it is...this is a great place. Friendly.. and very efficient getting you in and out quickly. Absolutely no 'forgiving' in pricing if you leave your coupons home and can't produce at checkout.Full synthetic oil premium just seems high as compared to regular oil change.Wish they would clean windows on inside..but just something they decided wasn't necessary.

I've been a long-time Jiffy Lube customer. From time to time they forget to reset "change oil" light or forget my window sticker - not a huge deal. My recent visit was the worst. They forgot to reset "change oil" light and put my air filter back upside down and it choked my engine - and still have sensors tripping "check engine" light 3 days later...

I've been going here for a handful of years because it's close, fast, and cheap (despite occasional small slip ups: not resetting the odometer notification, leaving the sticker reminder blank, not vacuuming fully, etc).But I'm leaving a review because the last two times I've gone I was serviced by Ken, who, unlike previous workers, does not run through with me all the things "wrong" and in "dire need of fixing" at a million miles an hour, and then guilt/pressure me into getting a new air filter or other upsell. Instead, he laid out the facts, explained the options and recommendations, was honest about the necessity of each, and accepted that I would take the information provided and make my own choice. To a large chain focusing on quick sales that may not be the ideal, but as a customer I truly appreciate it, and am happy to return.

When I declined to change my perfectly acceptable filters, the service guy got annoyed. My carpet was not vacuumed, windshield not cleaned, washer fluid not added. I've had enough of their constant up-selling of things I don't want. Try Oil Changers, better customer service, much less hard sell.

I am a fleet manager for a company with about 100 vehicles. $49.99 for a cabin air filter that had been replaced 3 weeks earlier and only cost $15.28, oil drain plug was not tight and was leaking oil. Total for an oil change and a cabin air filter was 147.71. A complete ripoff and liability.

A bunch of low life hustlers work here. First, they refused to accept a 15 dollar coupon for the customer before me and then me. He then said that he'll apply a 10 dollar coupon on my order. After I swipe my card, I find out that he never applied it. I tell them to cancel it and they say they can't (as if voiding a transaction is a foreign concept). I never even gave the machine my signature and it went through. They try hustling you over a few bucks and end up losing a lot more in the long run. Don't trust this place.

Went in to get the oil changed and had to leave abruptly for an unexpected appointment. They got me out of there fast and without judgement! Excellent customer service!!

Last time this place changed my oil, it's possible that they didn't tighten the filter cap enough, because it developed a substantial leak a few months later. So I took it back in, and they sprayed it with degreaser and showed it to me, trying to act like there was no leak, LOL. Plus after I left, the alternator was whining more than usual. I googled it and learned that degreaser can damage the brushes inside the alternator, and therefore it should be covered first. Anyway all I have is speculation, not proof, but I doubt I'll be going back to this place.

Had a big oil leak in my car and when I brought it in for an oil change they typed it on the receipt but didn't mention it to me at all.. would've been helpful to verbally disclose as they advised me on other things

I shared with the team there that I would be traveling by car the next day to Oregon and asking all fluid levels be checked and the tire pressure be checked, too. 100 miles outside of my home area, my coolant light came on and I was forced to pull over. I open the hood of my car and discovered the top to the coolant had been left off and it was completely empty. This is an inexcusable mistake.Service: Oil change

Hard sell on other services; did not check tires (said they did); got grease marks in car; did not reset maintenance minder (said they did); replaced cabin filter, leaves and all, after I declined replacement.General lack of concern for customer,,, just their $$
