Liars. Hand wash is not has wash but spray off. They charged me a mid size price when I drive a Kia Sole they claimed as midsize. Forgot to put in my driverside floor mat. Had to drive back from San Clemente. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

Manager mean unprofessional rude foul mouth POS ever meet. Act like he so tough to customer, who do that to public customer??? They don t want Dana Point people s business!! He yell at the woman in front of me in line, I cannot believe what I see!! I drive away immediately after I see this! NEVER GO HERE. MANAGER IS ALCOHOLIC DRUGGIE,! Man from Chevron tell me he see him drinking and he buy alcohol, do drugs side of building of Car Wash. Reason small man act so rude and mean all the time to customers, don t take your car here. Disgrace to Dana Point.

I lthink this is, the BEST car wash in area. One MUST give it a try! One must know, also, my hours reported are for the fall. They change hours during daylight savings and the more sunny days.

I have been going here since 2019 and they always take good care of me. Very detailed about rinsing the car prior to going through the wash. If your looking for a quick reasonable car wash? Well you have found it!

Nah. I went here for years when I was in high school and college. Just moved back and it's not the same. It's cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for. The vacuum is always broken and the owner is incredibly rude and the wash is whatever. I'll pay a buck extra at Costco just because they're nice.

Great car wash with pretty awesome palm trees with shade to wait under while they detail your car! Thank you to the staff! I can t imagine how hot it must be washing cars in this heat lately. I m not someone who ever really gives negative reviews but I ve gotta say - the owner of this place is just plain rude and condescending. I asked him a couple earnest questions including about how his machine affects the car paint and he was just completely sarcastic and rude in his responses. Sure it s inexpensive and convenient but I m choosing not to go back here - I ll pay more somewhere else and farther away. The wash was fine for 6.99, it s a machine. But straight up bad vibes.

Been here a few times w multiple cars & every time it s a different price & different story. Today the same truck that has been here he told me he could not let it go through nor could he hand wash it because he closes at 5:30 & it was 4:15 I definitely have given them multiple Busines visits and now I will not be returning to this business. The quality of the wash was about what you d expect, nothing special. However the staff was incredibly rude. With the litany of places to get a car wash, I wouldn t return to this place with how poor the customer experience is.

incredibly rude. the guy made a big show of directing me towards the car wash, only to tell me that it was going to take an hour and a half before they could vacuum my car (there was only one person waiting). i said i'd just come back later, he said there were vacuums in the back and i should just do it myself. clearly if i was there, i didn't want to do it myself, so after some back and forth - me wanting to leave, him trying to tell me to pick a different option, he got mad at me because he had to tell another car to back up to let me out. not really sure where i went wrong except trying to give them money in exchange for services that they advertise. the whole time, some creepy old guy was just staring me down. won't be back.

Have used this place for several years now. The staff has always been friendly and honest. One car I took there they told me they could not make the car look they way I wanted. Many places would have taken my money and then said that is the best we could do. The work they have done for me has been good. Very happy to have them around:)

Best car wash within 30 miles at least. Even the basic auto wash better than the rest. Costco close.

Buyer beware! I took my car, waited 45 min. for them to get started and then they tried to upcharge me twice after starting the job. The wash was $18.99 and both times they tried to up it to $39.99! The second time was because they said the car required extra vacuuming. When I tried to negotiate with the owner in order to keep him happy, he became irate and flat out rude. I'll never go back!

Great value! Even cheaper than Costco and the wash is better. Its a combo of pressure washing and drive through. For $6.99 you can't beat it!

Wouldn t let me take my FJ CRUISER through the wash. The owner came out yelling at me that it was too tall and he has to hand wash it. Online the hand wash is around $25, he told me $35. When I said your website has it for $25 he moved some cones and told me to leave. Dirty car, because of a dirty owner/business

People speak about justice buy one one stands up for it they are frowned upon.If a business offers a service people expect it. If something is broken they should clearly make note of it. When I came and put money in the machine to vacuum my car it did not work. I came back at 8am and they said it was broken. And I had to wait till 10am. Until their boss came. They still had not placed a sign on the vacuum and other lady came to place her money in.With that's said they do have another vacuum. And when I asked them to start the one that worked they said they can not. Then when I refused to move to stand up for the little things.. It's takes one.they then offered me my money back.. Handing me cash as if thatsbwhy I'm making a stance at this point.Why is it nice people get walked all over and we have to be rude to finally get justice. Not to mention I don't think he treats his employees with respect. I did, leading into a conversation about how speaking to them about how they are afraid to even talk to their boss. Saying... "he gets mad we when bring up issues". Is that's even right!It's the principal. When you run a business and something does not work make sure you display something. They guy said they new yesterday it was broken.which meand all night I'm sure people put in money with management knowing it did not work. IS THIS LEGAL. No its stealing. Because they new and did not put a sign up.Where is the justice. Nice people finish last. But with a purpose.

Took my girlfriends car here as she said she likes it. however, i didn't. First, I took the yellow cards she had not knowing what they were for. Come to find out that she had earned a free was and interior detail. none of which was expressed to me. Not only did they take these yellow cards i was also charged for a outside wash of the vehicle. The asian man who i wish name I could remember was one helping me and I assume was the man in charge. Well I ever go there again? No way. First time going there and last time for me

I paid for a car wash and they did a terrible job vacuuming. I pointed out the poor quality job and even asked if I could use their vacuum to finish the job myself.Eddy, the owner, pointed me to the coin operated vacuum machine. I told him about the poor quality vacuum job and he told me if I'm not happy to go somewhere else.Poor quality work. Very poor customer service skills. Very disappointing experience.

I get my car washed here every other week. You can buy a package so that you get a better price. The water's clean so your car comes out extra shiny and it's very quick.

These guys are a Dana Point staple! Eddy and his father's crew get the job done! They will handle your needs whether it's a full interior/exterior detail or if you want to just drive it through the automated car wash yourself (they will still give a pre-pressure wash and hit your wheels if this is your choice). Also they have a 10 wash stamp card that will get you a free wash one filled up. The best part is if it rains within 24hrs they will give you another drive thru wash within a 24hr period!

At first, the machine did not take my credit card (used it five minutes ago without any problem!) and staff was very rude and unfriendly.I can not recommend this place.

Just wanted to vacuum. Guy working there looking at me like a creep.Paid 1.50 for vacuum that didnt wotk. He says" what do you want me to do' as he bangs the hose on the trash can. I said ,well if its fixed you should get it gong again. He sits back down in his chair and ignores me. Dont go hete. Rude and broken equipment.

Best semi automatic car wash! Gentlemen spray the car & windows & wheels liberally before entering automated wash & dry. Hand dry & many other options available. Other locals favorite, too!

We are here in Orange County California call Dana Point This car wash sits right on the corner of Violet lantern and Pacific coast highway the guy running the place is called Eddie really nice guy carwash was great gave the girl named nessie 5.00 tip the hand dried well worth the money recommend is place 5 stars and above

The owner is rude. Also car wash and vacuuming is very pour ... they left bunch of dirt between seats and under my carpets. Won't go there anymore.

This owner is a condescending jerk. He laughs at you when you can t understand is confusing directions on pulling in. When you ask him if he s laughing he says yes. When you say you re leaving he says probably better . Odd way to run a business.
