They couldn't align my car because it was too low. So they tried a friend's shop. Also failed, but that's above and beyond. Great customer service.

We were looking to buy a car remotely from a local dealership, and asked The One Auto Service to do a pre-inspection for us. Most other local mechanics wanted $120-$180 (3x the national average), and many weren't available. The One Auto Service was the only place that offered a reasonable price of $80, and was willing to do it same-day for us. We really appreciated that.What we got back from them was fantastic. They didn't find much in the way of mechanical problems, as the car did only have 13k miles. But there were a number of paint defects (blemishes, scratches, etc) and The One emailed excellent high resolution, in-focus (which is somehow a rarity these days) photos of each and every blemish, from an angle and with lighting that showed it clearly so that we could make an informed decision. We also got quantified measurements (not just "looks good") of each tire's tread and brake life.In the end we decided to purchase a different car from another state, in excellent condition. The One Auto Service helped save us from an unhappy purchase that we would have been reminded of every time we looked at our car for years. I highly recommend them, and am glad there are competent businesses that can do their job well and don't need babysat to get it done.Thank you The One!

This place sets really good expectation for what I ll be paying for. The diagnostic fee was stated at the very beginning. They gave me options of what I want to do. They did tell me some recommendation maintenance jobs to keep my car good. I got no rush from them. They ask me to come back when I m ready for those. So far so good with this place. I love places that allows customer to take the decision but they give recommendation

Guys quoted me 2 hours to get a cap on my roof, oh they also quoted $200 for the job to be done. Next day, i bring in the car at exactly 9, took them 5-6 hours to get it done and want to then charge me $240 for "more labor". Well maybe you would have finished in 2 hours if you weren't too distracted talking to others and working on multiple cars at the same time. I even asked the guy "what time do you think you'll be done?" And he responded with " i'll be done when I'm done" how rude. I was just curious since they quote me 2 HOURS and it was past that. I go home, wait, i call them 2 hours later and they said "We'll call you to confirm it's ready". Mind you when i left my house to check up on the car, it was ready.. parked on the sidewalk. Unbelievable. Don't go here.. place sucks.. no wonder it's cheap. Also they messed up with the lignment on my spoiler, they put more to the right then centered. -.- guys suck

Hey thought I share my experiences with this auto shop, basically my wife hit a curb and messed up the alignment and I called in for an alignment. They charged me 45 for an inspection that wasn't necessary and on top of that said my control arm needed to be replaced and told me it was going to cost 450 to replace. I went to another autoshop and they fixed it for 100 bucks and said the alignment could be done and the autoshopped lied about my control arm. My car is fully functioning no issues.DO NOT COME HERE THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. They will make you fix unnecessary parts and profit. SHADY BUISNESS.

awesome went to get my exhaust done found out the one i bought did not have the right flange since i was going from 2.5inch to 3inch and they were able to build me one and get it working....sounds amazing and the staff is really cool can tell they love there job

I gonna recommend this Auto shop repair because they make a good job Especially mat because when my car brakes is overheated he disassembly the wheel and he shows the real problem and he explained it to me compare to the Firestone and bridgestone that they don't make inspection like this so thats why i give 5 stars for you guys keep up the good work

They ripped me off just for diagnosing my problem. I dont recommend to go there. They charge you way expensive than regular rates. Would give no star if it was possible

They have a high quality service, the reason I have 3 stars is that they usually come up with different flaws in your car in order to get more of your money.
