I took in my 2012 Ford Focus for service because when I step on the brakes there s a grinding sound. The rear brakes had to be replaced as well as all of the lug nuts. Complimentary tire rotation was added. All these services were reasonably priced compared to the Ford dealership. Additionally, Miles, was very professional. He kept me posted at every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I'm giving an excellent review because they're quite honest & fast . I walked in to have my tires checked coz the left front tire had been sensing low air for 2 weeks even after putting air on it . There was a nail on it , they patched on it , and even agreed to rotate my tires. Probably like an hour only even with all the other customers waiting. I like the area because there's little fastfood restaurants nearby . And I like what the guy in the front desk said , that he is not going to upsell something because if it's not necessary he was not going to advise it to be done . And I like it when people do business like that , it says a lot about their integrity..

I was at Midas a month ago for an oil change; it was the most reasonably priced oil change I found; so I decided to go back today so they could change my wiper blades that were so rusty and old. The new ones are great~ They even checked to see if I had washer fluid. It was done in great time. Going back to them for everything!!

If I could give a zero I would. Worst service ever. Milton, the store manager is telling me how he s trying to fire his employee but can t because he would have to do extra work so for those of you who are reading this review stay away from Midas in Daly city.

I needed an oil change, the Midas on Alemany closed down, and so I went to this one as it was the closest. Shawn was the one that helped me at the desk. He's very helpful, friendly, and chill. The staff was also very helpful, letting me know that my car was being worked on and that it would be ready soon. I was here for about an hour and a half, which I didn't mind as I had my phone and psvita. Time went by real quick. I paid for their services and got my car back. So far, no issues, car ran smoothly. I will be coming here again. Thank you Midas team.

I have gone to multiple Midas' but the one on Mission always delivers the best service! The mechanics get it done and the experience you get in the office is top notch. Great team, great location!!!

I would suggest if you do business with Midas in Daly City make sure they write down your complaint on their notes! I have gone back twice for different situations with my car and they write incorrect information regarding reason for repairs and tell you basically that you are lying. For spending over $1200 on repairs that they do not know why they are repairing a car is ridiculous!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They put the wrong tire in my car. They did not want to solve the problem. Total lack of respect. The clerk ordered the wrong tire, put it in my car. They treated me with disrespect and did not resolve their mistake. Poorly trained, poorly educated and poorly trained employee.They laughed at my face when I told them to remove the wrong tire and return my money. Lousy shop! The consumer is not respected.Poor service, poorly prepared and disqualified employee. My tires are UHP and the employee put HTS. Now I have 3 UHP tires and 1 HTS tire for lack of length and preparation of the MIDAS team. They did nothing to solve the problem caused by the employee who made the wrong tire order. I felt discriminated against for being an immigrant. That is why today I sought a lawyer, I have a photo and video of the employee treating me with contempt and irony. A company can not treat a customer that way.

Got my car serviced here for the 100k mile service which included a timing belt, spark plugs, and filters. Friendly customer service, they explained everything really well and got me my van back on the same day.

Brought my car here for an oil change.... coolant hose fell off (literally, fell off) the day after. Coincidence? At least they smiled and were nice when servicing my car after checking me an additional $400 to fix whatever it is they broke. I took my car to a local mechanic in the avenues and he does outstanding work, the drive is worth his professionalism. Find a local mechanic and stay away from franchise mechanics at all cost- because that's what it will cost you- as much as they can get.

I had a great experience at Midas when I went for an oil change. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and my car runs smoothly. I'll definitely be back!

After booking a 2.30pm appointment and arriving at 2.10pm, was seen at 2.30pm and told it was a 2.30hr wait. I told the guy was going to get my bike and come back in 30min he said ok and told me he would call me if I was up sooner. On arriving approximately 45min later, they told me they had canned my appointment and could not schedule me in until the following Monday, I was there Saturday. The manager was just as unhelpful and unwilling to get me in. I left and called the San Bruno branch and was able to get a 4.15 appointment with a wonderful and helpful guy Ronnie. My advice don't go to the Daly City Midas,

Had an appointment at 2 pm , car wasn't even taken into the bay for 1.5 hrs. The guy at the front desk was the only saving grace. If you accept appointments at 2 pm I'd say you should be able to perform services on time. Making excuses of staffing really doesn't work. Reduce the number of appointments you have !

I went to get all wheels balanced for $80. I knew the balancing was off, paid the high price and waited until I got my car back. Got back a car that shakes even more than before at 65mph. I did not want to hassle them to fix it because they have lost all my trust to begin with. Went to another place and got the wheels balanced properly for $60. What an absolute scam this place is. Can't say anything about other Midas locations but this one in particular is horrible. 5 star reviews appear to be mostly fake, as you would expect, bad reviews are real.

I had a very good experience at this location. I highly recommend Sean Black, who was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Top of the hill, Daly City Midas, I met Milton further on I met Eddie, which was trained by Milton the Manager of Midas.It showed he was trained very well. I notice from Eddie, his detailed and professional conduct, which aware me of the events that was going or needed to take place while smogging my car co-incidentally by way of a registered catalytic converter license in the state of California and not from the dealership. I am from Miami which never ever have to register any vehicle for smog. Being a complete idiot he expressed himself very well at the point from being abused, scarred in life forever. This did not happen because of Milton s training and backed Eddie the entire time of events that took place or in question. I never doubted Eddy s integrity and continue to be lead down that road of uncertainty only based in the eyes of a on looker. Hurry by my own time table, I tried to get out of the next step by branching out to a new location to smog, and was failed because of my own stupidity, not listening to Eddy s leadership. After consulting with Eddie noticing his patience I got back on track following his directions to a completed passed smog inspection.I am old school and the way they treated me from loosing my cool is because how men supposed to treat one another contributed by Miltons experiences towards one another. I take my hat off to both of these guys, and hopefully this gets pass on to other professionals and people alike that can learn from how they conduct themselves in any business affairs.

This Midas is my go-to car maintenance place when I can t do something myself or don t have the time. The guys are always so friendly, make sure I get the best deal possible, and the work they do is top-tier. Outstanding customer service, thank you Sean and the Midas Daly City team! I was a morning walk-in with a screw in my tire. Thankfully the screw was positioned in a way that was repairable. They fixed the tire, fastest tire service I ve ever had - and at no cost! Thank you Midas Daly City for taking care of me and saving the day!
