Great experience getting breaks replaced on the same day on my Range Rover. Highly recommended. Pricing was reasonable and work was clean and good.

I m so disappointed with this shop. $95 for a full synthetic oil change. Herbert and his team used some generic Made in China oil filter. God knows what type of oil they used. Hook screws under my hood were missing. The stereo s code was not even set. Just a simple task they can t do!!!! Jackie wants me to do it, really??? Even if he offered, he doesn t realize customers are busy. After paying more than $400 just to reprogram a key. $95 for oil change. $70 at my other mechanic at The Shop in San Bruno. Herbert said they will top all fluid but when I checked, it wasn t done! So quick to point out what s wrong with the car which is fine but never coming back for important jobs. Not very reliable. Herbert was my mechanic in the 1990s but I m sooo disappointed. Shop has no parking and no decent waiting area. He is charging $25 more for oil change compared to my go to mechanic. I thought I could trust him. NOT RECOMMENDED despite good reviews by others being fooled!10/30/23 update: I spoke to Herbert to address my concern. He never offered to even correct the issue. Independent shops need to step up with the competition!

I was visiting from out-of-state, certain I had a big problem. Daily city auto clinic could not work on my car so they recommended me to Jackie at K West. My Car was inspected. He fixed a minor issue free of charge!Thanks Jackie!

Hubert really nice, honest and helpful. He cares that s all matters and they have standard and good ethics very recommend to get your car care here instead go to dealer expensive services

The local Hyundai service centers told me for a diagnostic I d have to wait 1 month for an appointment, so my aunt recommended K West Auto. I was a bit nervous taking my car somewhere other than the dealership service center but Jackie and Hubert made me feel extremely comfortable. They did an amazing job communicating the needs for servicing and work to find the best possible price. They took great care of my vehicle and their confidence made me feel very comfortable taking my Hyundai to them. I ll definitely use them again for my vehicle service needs!

I drive a 20 year old car and I ve been bringing my car to Jackie and the team for 10 years, they ve been able to keep my car running like new. I brought my car here for everything, power steering issues, cat converter, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, tires, coolant leaks, power door lock issues, smog checks, brakes, oil changes, etc. I even bring my girlfriend s Prius here. They re really good at diagnosing issues and they ve never tried to upsell me on anything. Major props for keeping my 20 year old car running like new.

I recommend them because only K West Auto Care saved my trip. Tire on my VW Tiguan went flat and this was in the middle of my trip from Cincinnati, Ohio to Las Vegas via San Francisco. They fixed the flat within 15 minutes without any appointment. Thank you so much

They were very helpful and honest people. I ran into an emergency and needed a new battery right away. They didn't have the battery my car needed but they ordered it and got it in a few hours and installed it right away.The pricing was also on the lower end for a San Francisco mechanic.I am very happy with their careful and attentive service. I highly recommend them!

Was recommended by my usual repair shop. Needed smog check & even though they were busy, my vehicle was finished in 30 minutes. The fee was less expensive than places I've gone to in the past. I highly recommend this business.

I took my Silverado truck for air condition service and they did a spectacular job, it's like new now. Herbert was great, he's very professional and cordial. Great work!

I initially went to The One Auto for wheel alignment but unfortunately they couldn't do it because my car is lowered. They recommended K West Auto which is nearby and they have the equipment to work on lowered cars. Very professional and affordable. I was out on the road in less than an hour. I've been going to this shop to get service all my vehicles since it was opened . They are very helpful, honest , reliable and trustworthy mechanics. They're willing to work with your budget when it comes to parts. Either original or aftermarket. They even let you know if they find a problem other than your current repair. And I would recommend this shop to anyone, family, friends and relatives.

Came here to install coilovers and to get an alignment about a month ago.- brought in around lunchtime on a monday- Herbet (owner, I assume said he'd have it done by the end of the day (i expected 5-6ish)- i call around 5:45 to ask, and he says it won't be done till around 8ish- he calls back 5 mins later and says hismechanic will finish by noon, the next dayThe delay is fine. I understand. There may have been cars that had priority over mine. They might've been backed up on other projects.What I DON'T understand is the over-$1000 I had to pay for a job that's supposed to take 5 hours at most... about $850 for the coils installation and about $150 for the alignment. I honestly could've done the coilover install myself and saved $800. Sigh.The coils were installed just fine, the owner was polite... but beware of the cost of what may seem like a simple mod.Will upload pictures later.
